美国英格索兰公司CENTAC离心式空气压缩机组是一种完全组装的由电机驱动，单层结构，单级吸气，单级排气，提供100%无油空气的离3心式空气压缩机组。
其流量范围可从11- 850m/min, 排气压力范围从0.8- 2.50Mpa。
压缩机和电机由法兰和联轴器连接，整机组包括冷却系统、控制系统、油润滑系统及其它辅助设备都装在一个公共底盘上。

Flange classes are specified in accordance with ASME B16.5 or ASME B16.47. Flange classes listed in the UOP Project Specifications are based upon design pressure and temperature conditions only, and do not account for other loads. The final design of all flanges shall account for gasket seating and external loads. Differential thermal expansion of dissimilar joints and transient thermal conditions such as startup/shutdown and operational upset shall be accommodated. Flanges intended for use with spiral wound gaskets shall have a flange surface finish of 125 microinch Ra minimum to 250 microinch Ra maximum. Finishes intended for use with other gaskets shall have a flange finish within the optimal range for the specified gasket. Finishes shall be judged by visual comparison with surface finish roughness standards confirming to ASME B46.1. Flange finishes shall be protected from damage during fabrication, heat treatment, shipping, storage and installation. Each compressor, driver, and associated equipment shall be mounted on a rigid steel baseplate. Lifting lugs shall be provided and shall be part of the baseplate. All items mounted on the baseplate shall be fully assembled, piped, and wired for connection to field piping and wiring. The complete unit shall be cleaned, primed, and painted with a finish coat.2.D NhomakorabeaSIGN

General a. b. The design and construction of centrifugal air compressor units shall comply with the provisions of API Standard 672. Centrifugal air compressor units shall include a compressor and driver (motor or turbine as specified) furnished with auxiliary facilities including an air intake filter-silencer (shipped loose), lube oil system, blowoff silencer, intercooler, aftercooler with moisture separator and automatic drain trap, interconnecting piping from the compressor suction flange to the discharge flange, interconnecting piping for intercoolers and lube oil system, alarm and shutdown system, vibration monitoring system, and an automatic control system with local control panel. A speed reducing/increasing gear shall be provided as required.

Compressor a. b. c. The compressor design shall be such that intercoolers, bearings, seals, and impellers are readily accessible for inspection and maintenance. The casing shall be horizontally or vertically split to facilitate the inspection or replacement of bearings, seals, and impellers without disturbing the rotors. The casing shall be cast iron of modular design and shall have a minimum design pressure 25 percent above the highest pressure that can be developed at rated conditions. The compressor inlet and outlet connections shall be flanged. Inlet and outlet expansion joints shall be provided as required.

Impellers The impeller shall have a performance curve that will provide a minimum head rise from the rated point to the surge line of 15 percent. The compressor shall have the capability to turndown to approximately 70 percent of the rated capacity.
2.4
Seals Seals shall be contained in a removable unit assembly or a horizontally split holder to facilitate inspection and replacement without disassembly of the compressor. Seals shall be designed to prevent leakage of oil into the air stream.
