各有关普通高校：
为做好2011年普通高校专科接本科教育选拔工作，现将有关事宜通知如下：
一、报名
（一）报名条件
1、河北省内按国家招生计划招收入学的普通高等学校2011年应届专科（高职）毕业生；
2、拥护中国共产党的领导，政治上积极进步，德、智、体、美全面发展，思想健康，品行端正；
3、专科就读期间无违纪违法经历，无考试不及格课程(补考后)，综合测评在全年级前70%（实行学分制管理的高校，可根据上述原则，自行提出相应的学分要求）；
4、确有其他专业特长者，须征得拟报考本科院校同意后，可跨科类或跨专业报名。
师范类专业与非师范类专业可互相兼报。
（二）报名方式
2011年专接本考试继续实行网上报名，请考生务必在规定时间内登陆报名系统（）按照报名流程图和提示步骤完成报名。
不按要求和提示步骤进行报名造成报名不成功的后果自负。
（三）报名时间
网上报名时间为2011年3月20日8：00—3月30日17：00，报名时间截止后将关闭报名系统，不再受理考生注册和报名。
二、报名资格审核、现场确认、缴费及指纹采集
考生报名期间，生源学校和考生报考的一、二志愿接收学校务必每天及时审核考生报名相关信息。
专科生源学校和本科承办院校必须于3月30日17：00之前将所有报考本校的考生信息审核完毕。
4月9日之前专科生源学校将已经审核通过所有学生的照片导入专接本报名系统。
4月9日—4月12日，考生到生源院校主管部门核对报考信息无误后在•报名登记表‣上（样式见附件1）签字确认（专科生源学校在报名系统下载后打印），同时签写•2011年河北省普通高校专接本考试考生诚信承诺书‣(样式见附件2)。
•考生诚信承诺书‣由专科生源院校留存一年。
考生确认报考信息并签署承诺书后缴纳考试费用。
报名考试收费标准按冀价行费[2006]13号文件规定执行。
具体收费标准为：艺术、体育类每生120元，其他类别每生100元（公共课与专业课合计）。
为加强考试管理，2011年我省专接本考试实行指纹采集和验证工作。
考生报名资格确认时由生源学校负责报考考生的指纹采集工作，考生参加考试入场时进行指纹身份验证。
2011年5月4日-5月13日，报名考生可登录专接本报名系统打印准考信息表，凭准考信息表到考点院校换取正式准考证书。
三、考试
(一)考试内容
考试分为公共课和专业课两部分。
公共课考试分为文史类、医学类、理工类、财经类、管理类、农学类、艺术类、体育类、英语类九类。
文史类、医学类专业考外语、政治、计算机应用技术；理工类专业考外语、高数（一）、计算机应用技术；财经类专业考外语、高数（二）、计算机应用技术；农学类、管理类专业考外语、高数（三）、计算机应用技术；艺术类、体育类专业考外语、计算机应用技术；英语类专业考政治、计算机应用技术。
公共课试题全省统一命题，其中，外语120分，高等数学或政治100分，考试时间150分钟；计算机应用技术40分，考试时间30分钟。
专业课考试由本科教育承办学校确定，考试内容为专业基础课、专业综合课，考试用参考教材目录见附件5。
专业课考试总分值，文史、医学、理工、财经、管理、农学类专业为300分，英语、艺术、体育类专业为240分。
英语专业的专业课考试不进行口语测试。
艺术、体育类专业其专业理论与专项测试的成绩约各占50%。
具有相同专业的专业课考试命题由省教育厅指定牵头院校实行全省联合命题。
音乐学、美术学、体育教育等部分专业实行全省联合考试，参加联合考试专业的考生其公共课及专业课的考试均在联合考试考点进行。
(二)考试时间
公共课考试时间定于2011年5月14日上午，以外语、高等数学/政治、计算机应用技术为序，实行一次发卷，分段考试，分段收卷。
文史、医学、理工、财经、管理、农学类
专业8：30分至11：35；艺术、体育类专业8：30分至10：35；英语类专业8：30至10：05。
实行联合命题的专业课统一考试时间为2011年5月14日下午14：30至17：00，其他专业的专业课考试具体时间由各考点院校自行确定。
（三）试卷发放及成绩报送
各本科院校务于2010年5月13日上午到指定地点领取公共课及联合命题专业试卷，并于5月15日交回。
5月25日前各本科院校将专业课考试成绩报送省教育厅。
6月6日左右公布公共课选拔最低控制分数线及考试成绩。
四、选拔录取
按专业类别或专业全省统一划定公共课成绩总和 (不含•计算机应用技术‣课程成绩)最低控制分数线，专业课分数线由本科选拔院校划定。
按照公共课和专业课考试总成绩排名，从高分到低分依次选拔。
对报考生源不足的学校，可按成绩依次选拔第二志愿及服从调剂的考生。
2011年6月将召开专接本选拔录取工作会议，具体事项另行通知。
五、其它事项
（一）免考•计算机应用技术‣科目有关规定
参加河北省教育厅指定考点的全国计算机应用技术证书考试（即NIT考试），已取得任意一个或两个模块合格证书者，报名系统都默认为是申请了•计算机应用技术‣科目的免考。
考生网上报名时，系统会自动提示考生具有免考资格的情况。
对取得NIT考试一个模块合格证书者按•计算机应用技术‣科目考试满分（40分）的60%（即24分）计入其考试总成绩；对取得两个模块合格证书者按•计算机应用技术‣科目考试满分的90%（即36分）计入其考试总成绩；考生如果参加•计算机应用技术‣科目的考试，按两者中的最高成绩计入其考试总成绩。
（二）具有普通高职（专科）毕业学历的退役士兵接受普通本科教育招生办法
根据•教育部办公厅关于做好普通高职（专科）毕业生服义务兵役退役和“下基层”服务期满后接受本科教育招生工作的通知‣(教学厅…2009‟6号)中•普通高职（专科）毕业生服义务兵役退役后接受普通本科教育招生办法（实行）‣有关规定，2011年专接本考
试部分本科院校面向河北省具有普通高职（专科）毕业学历的2010年退役士兵招生。
采取计划单列、自愿报名、统一考试、单独录取的办法。
有关注意事项如下：
1、报名条件及办法：凡户籍在河北省，毕业于河北省普通高校具有国家承认的普通高职（专科）毕业学历的2010年度退役士兵均可到原高职（专科）毕业院校主管部门报名；毕业于省外普通高校具有国家承认的普通高职（专科）毕业学历的2010年度退役士兵可到所报考本科院校报名。
2、报名时间及材料：
报名时间为2011年3月21日—3月31日，报名时需携带身份证原件及复印件2份；学历证书原件及复印件2份；•义务兵退出现役证‣原件及复印件2份，省级或地市级民政部门复员退伍军人安置办公室出具的相关身份证明原件和复印件各1份。
各专科生源院校和本科院校要以高度负责的精神对考生报名材料进行严格审验，原件审验无误后退回，报名材料复印件一份由负责报名学校留存，另一份注明“复印件与原件相符”字样，审核人签名并加盖本部门公章后上报省教育厅，同时上报退役士兵接受普通本科教育报名数据库文件（数据库结构见附件3）。
退役士兵报名相关材料和数据库文件需于2011年4月2日之前上报省教育厅学生处。
3、退役士兵必须在教育厅公布的2011年河北省专接本招生专业范围内选择报考专业，是否允许跨专业报考请考生提前与报考院校联系确认。
通过生源院校和本科院校资格审核的考生分别在负责报名学校签字确认、采集指纹信息，同时签写•2011年河北省普通高校专接本考试考生诚信承诺书‣后按规定交纳考试费用。
4、报考考生参加2011年河北省专科接本科教育选拔统一考试，单独划线、单独录取。
考生在报名及考试过程中如发现有违反诚信承诺行为，视情节轻重，将依据•河北省教育厅关于印发河北省普通高校专科接本科教育选拔考试管理暂行办法的通知‣（冀教规…2005‟4号）、•河北省教育厅关于印发†河北省专科接本科教育选拔考试违纪作弊认定处理办法‡的通知‣（冀教学…2009‟15号）及相关管理规定严肃处理，直至开除学籍。
