这篇散文很简单也很朴实，但是翻译起来就变得有哲理了，我喜欢的是那句不做情绪的奴隶。
现在的我以是从教4年的老师了，慢慢越发懂得教师这一职业的不容易和委屈，那事情发生了，我就要各种发脾气或者各种郁闷吗？不行，自己作为老师，作为班主任时常和小同学们说，凡事不能冲动，要理性思考不要做让自己后悔的事情。
那如果，我自己也没能做到，学生们怎么会变成你想让他们变成的样子呢。
所以，如果自己做好了，能够调节好自己的情绪，相信学生们也会做好，最后会有很融洽夫人师生关系。
以上是我在工作中，结合散文的感悟。
在生活中，同样也是这样。
现在的我年纪也不小了，但是个人问题却好没解决，那父母一定是很担心的，回家偶尔会问长问短的，但我并没有觉得烦，不会因此而想他们发火，反而很耐心的去安慰他们，结果他们确实也听进去了，也没有时常提起。
和家人相处的氛围就是很温馨和快乐。
有时，父母间有些小矛盾了。
我也会沉淀下来去引导父母把心里话讲出来，并且告诉他们别做情绪的奴隶，讲出或做出伤害至亲的事情。
小时候，是爸妈教我怎么做人，走路。
现在，我长大了，他们一天天老去，是该我牵着他们走了。
控制好了自己的情绪，工作和生活都将给你带来惊喜，这不就是一种掌握命运的方式，甚至是改变命运的方式吧。
