根据本节课的教学要求,我进行了以下几点的设计。
首先以一首欢快的歌曲《BINGO》导入,借助《玩具总动员》动画片段,引出课题chapter5 My toys.我主要利用实物玩具来刺激学生的感官。
同时为学生创设学生耳熟能详的情境,如通过PPT出示玩具,引起学生兴趣,在本课时的教学中我还根据知识掌握的重点,通过各种玩具以及学生喜欢什么玩具,老师问学生答,学生问老师答,以及学生间互相问答的方式,增强教学的直观性和趣味性,以有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,加深对所学单词与句型的理解。
在本堂课上,我遵循了:在用中学,学中用,学用结合,学以致用的原则。
对于教学设计和课件制作这两方面,个人还是觉得可以,但具体落实到课堂教学中,还是有很多不足,尤其是在课堂气氛的调动这方面,还没有体现出年轻教师的青春活力,整节课的感觉就是太传统了,没什么新意。
具体不足之处有以下几点:1.总的说来在教单词的时侯,使用的方法过于传统,没有调动起学生的积极性。

Teaching contentsThe lesson discusses some toys.The new words and using of the words in 2 sentence patterns.The study of this lesson will help the Ss know more toys and describe the existence and situations of the toys.2. Teaching aims:(1) Knowledge aims:a) Enable Ss to master the new words:puzzle, yo-yo, toytruck,spaceship, computer, robot, cupboard and shelf.b) The Ss can understand and use the new words in the structure: There’s a…… It`s on ……(2). Ability aims: Devolop Ss’ basic abilities of listening and speaking. Enable them to use the structure freely to decribe the existence and situations of the objects.(3). Emotion aims:By completing the task , the Ss increase their interest and set up self-confidence in language study;3.The key points and diffcult pointsThe key points : 8 new words and the using of the 2 strucrures .The difficult points : the prounoncation of the words: toy truck, spaceship, cupboard and the using of the strctures freely.How to achieve the teaching objectives better, to stress the keypoints and break through the difficult points? The key is how tomake use of the proper teaching methods, I’ll tal k about my Ss and teaching methods below.Part 2 The situations of the Ss and teaching methods: The Ss in Grade 5 have some basic English knowledges.They are good at imitation. They are lively and have good memeries. So it require to use all kinds of teaching measures in class. According to the modern perception theories and social intercourse teaching theories, I adopt the CAI , material cards, the radio in my teaching, to stimulat the intresting of studying andappetites for knowledge . I also arrange individual work , pairwork and group work for Ss to practice. To make use of the modern electricity teaching quipments and all kinds of teaching means, It can mobilize the Ss’ enthusiasm and creativity in learning English.Part 3 Teaching Process:Step1 Warm-up.1.Greetings.2.Let’s chant: Do you like……?The Ss clap their hands and read .T:Do you like toys?Yes?OK, today,I will show you some toys cards here. (Lead Ss enter the next part.)(So as to the characteristics of children , having a chant can make Ss feel pleased in rhythm. And lively cards can arouse exciting motion. So the design can not only consolidate the old knowledges but also lead the Ss into a thick English studying atmosphere.)Step2 Presentation and practice.1.Words presentation and practiceTo teach the words one by one by using the materialcards and the words cards. At the same time , stick them on the blackboard . Methods I adopt:ponit and read, read ingroups, read by deviding boys and girls. Now I adopt the followings 4 activities to practice:(1)Flash the cards:Take off the material cards and show them quickly.Let Ss speak out the words.(2) Guess and spell:The CAI presents a out line of toys,The Ss guess thewords ,then speak and spell it.(3)Find the friends:Stick the cards which are taken off near the relevant words cards.(4)Listen to the tape(To grasp the words is a basic and important abilities. The four activities I designed can make Ss remember and grasp the words quickly and effectivly in relaxed and natural atmosphere . Then achieve the teaching aims)2.Sentences presentation and practice:Sentence1 presentation :The CAI presents a room. T : There’s a room.What’s in the room?To guide the Ss answer it with the structure:There’s a...Then write it on the blackboard.Let the Ss talk about the others in the room with the structure .Sentence2 presentation :I put a card on the book andask:Where’s the card? Ss:It’s on the ……Write the structure on the blackboard.Practice in/ under/near in a same way.Practice:(1)Look at the CAI. Let Ss listen carefully:There’s a……It’s on the……Click the CAI, it will appear diffcult toys. let Ss practice.(2)Stick and speak: To show a room picture.Let Ss stick the toy cards on the picture wherever they want, then practice the structures.(In this course,Let Ss remember how to express the existence and situations of the objects by showing of CAI and making sentences.)Step3.Consolidation1.Look at the picture of the book. Practice in pairs.Then choose some Ss to practice.2.Fingers game.Practice:What’s in the room?There’sa….Where’s the ……?It’s on/in//under/near the….Practice and check.(This step is very important and neceeary.After the Ss grasp the new words, it require to express the structures freely.Also,it is the diffcult point of the lesson.)Step4. Have a chant: Do you like ……..?(This time the cards will be changd)(This design can consolidate the new words and make the ending of the lesson correlated with its beganing)Step5 Blackboard Design:There’s a…… It’s on the……Ending :Anyway, the teaching of this lesson aims to develop not only the Ss' language technical abilities, but also the diverse intelligence by integrated teaching methods.As teachers, to make our English classrooms shine with vitality, we are laid with heavy burden, and we still have long way to go.Above is the lecture notes of my lesson.
