MFG M anufacturer 制造厂家MRB M aintenance Review Board 维修审查委员会由有资格的局方人员组成，其任务是在制定MRBR及改版过程中，向工业指导委员会（ISC）和工作组（WG）提出审查意见。

它受航空器评估组（AEG）指派的MRB主席的领导。

WG Working Grouping 工作组由ISC选定制造人和维修审查委员会和维修审查委员会报告航空运营人的代表组成，其任务是按照PPH、用MSG－3的逻辑方法确定MRBR建议书中的维修任务和维修间隔。

EM 工程部负责各种手册资料的管理，工程文件的颁发及监控。

PM 维修部负责维修计划及工程文件的执行。

MM 航材部负责航空公司正常运营所需的航材保障。

其他ALI Airworthiness Limitation Item 适航限定项目通常与CMR一起作为MRBR的附件，是航空公司制定维修计划的基础之一。
