怎样去学校的英语作文 七年级作文
怎样去学校的英语作文七年级作文How to Go to SchoolGoing to school is a big part of my life as a 7th grader. I have to do it every weekday, so I've become an expert at getting there! There are a few different ways I can go to school, and each one has its own pros and cons. Let me tell you all about them. The main way I get to school is by taking the bus. My mom or dad drives me to the bus stop bright and early, usually around 7:15am. I live pretty close to the school, so the bus ride isn't too long - maybe 10-15 minutes. But I have to be ready and at the stop on time, or else the bus will leave without me! I really don't like missing the bus because then my parents have to drive me, which can make me late.Riding the bus is mostly fun, but it can also be kind of boring or annoying sometimes. In the mornings, a lot of the kids are tired and grumpy, so they don't feel like talking much. And the bus driver gets mad if we make too much noise. But my friends Michael and Emma also ride the bus, so at least I have some people to chat with. We like to joke around and talk about video games, movies, sports, you name it. Just got to be careful not to goof off too much or the driver will yell at us.One bad thing about the bus is that you can't choose where you sit - it's first come, first served. So sometimes I get stuck in an uncool seat, like the ones right over the wheels that make your books bounce all over. Or even worse, I end up sitting next to a big smelly kid or a chronic nose-picker (you know who you are!). I much prefer getting a window seat towards the back where I can look out, listen to music on my headphones, and chill with my friends.Another thing that can stink about the bus is if it gets really hot in the afternoon after we've been cooped up in school all day. Or on cold mornings, the heater sometimes doesn't work right away so we're all shivering. I always dress in layers so I can adjust if needed. Speaking of heat, the older kids have a nasty trick where they'll crack open a window at the back when it's freezing outside, then the wind and cold air comes blasting in on the rest of us! So annoying. One time I even saw some big bullies holding a skinny kid out the window upside down by his ankles! That's just crazy and mean though, most kids aren't like that.On nice days, I actually enjoy the bus ride and it gives me time to slowly wake up before getting to school. I'll watch the scenery go by - the houses, parks, stores, and other buildings in my neighborhood. Sometimes I'll even see wildlife like squirrels, rabbits, or birds, which is cool. And every afternoon I get to do homework or read a book or comic on the ride home, which I like. Now, while the bus is my main way of getting to school, it's definitely not the only way. Another very common option is having my parents drive me themselves. This works out if they happen to be going in to work late on a particular day and can swing by the school first to drop me off. My dad in particular does this pretty often.I have mixed feelings about getting rides from my parents. On the one hand, it's nice because the car is warm and comfortable. I get to control the music instead of having to put my headphones on. And since it's just me and them, I can talk to them about my day or anything else. We have some good conversations. But on the other hand, getting a ride can be really embarrassing, at least in the morning. When I get dropped off, a lot of the other kids see me arriving "with my parents" instead of on the bus like a normal kid. They always snicker and make fun of me for it, calling me a "momma's boy" or a "daddy's girl" even though I'm a boy! Some of them will even do those annoyingkissing noises at me. It's so immature and ridiculous, but kids can be cruel. In the afternoon it's not quite as embarrassing because most of my classmates have already gotten picked up by their parents or are on buses by then. Though I do have to be careful that none of the little kid car riders from younger grades see me and start mocking me. I swear, third graders can be the meanest of all sometimes! There are also pros and cons to getting dropped off. My parents are always lecturing me about being on time, not talking in class, doing my homework, and all that. Like I don't already know? It gets annoying. But I do have to admit it's probably better than zoning out and not listening when the teachers ramble on.Another downside of driving is that we sometimes hit bad traffic in the mornings and end up being late to school. When that happens, I have to get one of those tardy slips from the office. Not the end of the world, but still embarrassing when you have to walk into class after the final bell rings and everyone is already working. I shuffle in trying to not make eye contact as the teacher glares at me. So uncool. The absolute best way to get to school, in my opinion, is by walking or riding my bike. I live close enough that it's totally doable as long as the weather is nice. My parents won't let me do this in the winter when there's snow and ice on the ground, but pretty much any other time is fair game. And riding my bike makes the trip go by much quicker than walking. For one, riding or walking allows me to get some exercise and fresh air instead of being cooped up in a bus or car. That's a great way to help wake up and get energized for a long day of learning ahead. I love feeling the sun and breeze on my face as I ride along. And in the spring, the air smells amazing when all the flowers are blooming.Another awesome thing about traveling this way is the freedom and independence. I don't have to wait on my parents or follow some bus driver's rules. I can leave for school exactly when I want, taking my time or going at whatever pace I feel like.I can stop anywhere along the way if I need to, like to grab a snack or drink from the convenience store. And I can listen to music through my portable speaker instead of headphones if I want. Just an overall much more chill experience than the bus or getting rides. The only real downside is that sometimes I have to leave pretty early in order to get to school on time, especially if I'm walking instead of riding my bike. But in my opinion, it's totally worth it to not have to deal with buses or being driven around like a little kid. My neighborhood is nice and safe, so my parents let me go by myself which is awesome. However, no matter how I'm getting to school, there are a few key things I always make sure to do: Get up with plenty of time to get ready, double check that I have all my homework and books, eat a decent breakfast, use the bathroom one last time, and not leave anything behind. You'd be surprised how many times I've had to go racing back to the house at the last second because I forgot something!I also try to look reasonably presentable in terms of combing my hair, wearing deodorant, brushing my teeth, etc. I may not be a total fashionista, but I don't want to show up looking like I just rolled out of bed either. Gotta have some self-respect, you know? Can't be smelling funky or have my shirt on backwards and zits all over my face if I want people to take me seriously and not get clowned all day. Presentation is key, as my dad is always saying. So those are the main ways I get to school each day as a 7th grader - bus, car rides, walking, or biking. They all have theirgood points and bad points. But no matter which method I use, I know I have to get there one way or another so I can get my education on! After all, having a solid education is what will allow me to get into a good college someday and then get an awesome job. That's the idea at least.Sometimes it's hard to have that long-term mindset when I'm just 13 years old and dealing with immature bus riders, grumpy drivers, traffic jams, or getting made fun of for getting dropped off. And I'll admit some days I really dislike going to school or think it's pointless and want to just stay home and play video games instead. We've all felt that way before! But at the end of the day, I know being a successful student and making the most of my education now is extremely important. So I'll keep finding a way to make it to school each morning, even if it means walking or biking alone through rain or heat sometimes. Maybe I'll look back on these days years from now and laugh about having to deal with school buses! But for now, it's just part of my daily routine as a middle school。

介绍自己上学出行方式的英语作文
介绍自己上学出行方式的英语作文全文共5篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Way to SchoolHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm 8 years old. I go to Oakwood Elementary School. Getting to school is kind of an adventure for me every day! Let me tell you all about it.I live pretty close to my school, which is nice. It's only about half a mile away. But my parents both have to go to work really early, so they can't walk me to school themselves. Instead, I have to take the school bus!The school bus comes to my neighborhood bright and early at 7:30am. I have to be ready and waiting at the bus stop by then. The bus stop is at the end of my street, right on the corner. A bunch of other kids from my neighborhood are there too, waiting for the bus. When the big yellow bus pulls up, we all line up single file to get on. The bus driver is named Mr. Jackson. He's a nice guy who always tells jokes while we're getting on. "What kind of shoes dofrogs wear?Open toad!" He loves tongue twisters too, like "She sells sea-shells by the sea-shore."I like getting a window seat on the bus so I can look outside. We stop at a few more neighborhoods to pick up more kids before heading to school. Some of the houses we pass are really big with fancy cars in the driveway. But others are pretty small or run-down. I feel lucky that my house is just right - not too big and not too small. The ride to school takes around 15 minutes. We go over a few hills and around some curvy roads. If it's raining, the raindrops race each other down the window which is fun to watch. When we get close to the school, I start getting excited and a little nervous too. I really like school but I hate being late! Finally, we pull into the school driveway and go around the back to the kid-drop off area. There's always teachers out there making sure we get off the bus and into the building safely. I grab my backpack, make sure I have all my stuff, and follow the line of kids going inside. My classroom is right near the front entrance, so I don't have too far to go once I'm in the building. I pick up my homework from my teacher at the door and then go pick out a fun book to read before class starts. The best part of my day is when the final bell rings at 3:00pm because that means it's time to go home! I get my stuff from my locker and wait in the pick-up area for my bus. I'm always starving by then so I eat my after-school snack on the bus ride home.Getting picked up is just like the morning but in reverse. We leave school, stop at different neighborhoods to drop kids off, and I watch out the window at all the houses and trees going by. As we get closer to my neighborhood, I get more and more excited. Finally, the bus stops at my corner and I get off to walk the short way back home.Phew! That was a lot of details about my trip to and from school every day. Getting there is truly an adventure, but it's worth it because I love learning new things! School can be challenging but it's always rewarding. And the best part is I get to do it all over again the next day.篇2My Journey to SchoolHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm 8 years old. I'm in 3rd grade at Oakwood Elementary School. Today I want to tell you all about how I get to school each day. It's kind of an adventure!Every morning, my mom wakes me up at 7am. She makes me brush my teeth and get dressed in my school uniform - a white polo shirt and navy blue pants. Then we head downstairs for breakfast. My favorite is when mom makes pancakes! But most days I just have a bowl of cereal like Frosted Flakes or Lucky Charms. Yum!After breakfast, it's time to get my backpack and lunchbox ready to go. I pack my folders, pencils, crayons, and any homework I have to turn in. I also get a juice box, an apple, and a PB&J sandwich that mom packs for my lunch. Once I have everything, I put on my light up Sketchers sneakers and a jacket if it's cold out. Then the real fun begins - my trip to school! First, we walk about 3 blocks to the corner where my best friend Michael lives. His mom drives a red minivan and she gives me and Michael a ride to school each day. We all pile in and Michael's mom starts driving. The drive to school takes about 15 minutes. Michael and I like to people watch out the window and make up crazy stories about where they are going. Like "That guy in the giant truck is actually a secret agent!" Or "That woman is a princess traveling in disguise!" We also sing really loudly to the songs on the radioand do silly dances in our seats. Michael's mom must think we are total goofballs!About halfway to school, we hit some traffic on Main Street. There's a lot of cars and trucks trying to get through the intersection. While we're stopped, I look around and see one of my favorite places - the donut shop! They make the most delicious chocolate donuts with sprinkles. The smell wafting out when someone opens the door makes my mouth water. I'm not allowed to have donuts before school though. Maybe on my birthday!Eventually the traffic clears up and we keep driving. We go past the dry cleaners, the hardware store, and the dentist office. Then we reach the school zone which means we have to go really slowly and watch for kids crossing the street. Safety first! When we finally pull into the school parking lot, I see tons of kids getting dropped off from their parents' cars or hopping off the buses. There's always a huge crowd heading into the main entrance. Michael's mom lets us out right at the front door and we say goodbye.I head inside and go straight to my locker to get my things for my first few classes. The hallways are packed with chattering kids catching up with their friends. I see my friend Emma andgive her a high five. Then I go sit at my desk in Mrs. Peterson's classroom and wait for the day to begin. Whew, what an adventure just getting to school! But I love my journey and watching the neighborhood go by. Getting to school is an event in itself!Well, that's how my mornings start - the amazing trek to make it to Oakwood Elementary. Between the walking, the driving, the traffic, and the crowds of kids, it's never a dull trip! I'm sure I'll have many more amusing school journeys to tell you about soon. But for now, I need to get started on my math homework. Thanks for reading all about how I get to school each day. Until next time!篇3My Way to SchoolHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm in 4th grade. I'm here to tell you all about how I get to school each day. It's actually kind of an adventure!Every morning, I wake up at 6:30 am. My mom comes into my room and says "Rise and shine, sleepyhead! Time to get ready for school." I groan and pull the covers over my head. I'mNOT a morning person at all. But Mom is stubborn and keeps bugging me until I finally drag myself out of bed.Once I'm up, I go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and splash some cold water on my face to wake up. Then I head to the kitchen for breakfast. My favorite is pancakes with syrup and bananas! Mmm mmm good. I also have a glass of orange juice to drink.By 7:15, I'm dressed in my school uniform - a white polo shirt, navy blue pants, and black sneakers. I grab my backpack full of books and head out the door. That's when the real adventure begins!I live kind of far from my school, so I can't just walk. Instead, I take...A SCHOOL BUS! How cool is that? The big yellow bus pulls up right in front of my house at 7:30 on the dot. I wave goodbye to my mom and dad and hop on board. The bus driver is named Mr. Jenkins. He's a really nice older man with grey hair and glasses. "Good morning, Timmy!" he says in a friendly voice as I get on. I tell him good morning back and go find a seat. There are already a bunch of other kids from my neighborhood on the bus when I get on. I spot my best friendMichael and plop down next to him. "What's up dude?" he says as we do our special handshake. Michael and I have been buds since kindergarten. As the bus goes along its route, it picks up more and more students. By the time we finally start heading to school around 8:00, the bus is pretty full with probably 50 kids on board. It gets kind of loud with everyone talking and laughing, but Mr. Jenkins doesn't seem to mind. He's a really cool driver. The ride to school takes around 20 minutes. To pass the time, Michael and I play "I Spy" and joke around with each other. Sometimes we make faces at the kids across the aisle to get them riled up. Just typical fourth grade boy stuff!Around 8:20 am, the bus finally arrives at the school entrance. "Have a wonderful day at school, kids!" Mr. Jenkins calls out in a cheerful voice as we all start getting off the bus. "Thanks Mr. Jenkins, you too!" I reply. He's just the best bus driver ever.Michael and I hop off the bus and join the big crowd of students heading into the building. We go our separate ways once we get to our classroom doorways since we're not in the same class. "See you at lunch and recess!" Michael says, giving me a wave. And that's pretty much how my morning routine of getting to school goes! The bus ride is definitely the most exciting and fun part. I've made a lot of friends from around the neighborhood from riding the bus each day. We always have a blast joking around and playing games to pass the time. Some days I wish I could just walk or bike to school since it's not that far away. But then I wouldn't get to ride the awesome school bus and see Mr. Jenkins! Plus, I'd miss out on all the fun times with my friends on the bus each morning. No way would I trade that for anything.Getting to and from school is an adventure all its own when you're a kid. The school bus makes it even more fun and exciting! Even though I may not be a morning person, the bus ride in the morning helps wake me up and get me energized for a great day at school. I just love it!Well, I think that's about all I have to say about my way of getting to school. Writing this has made me super nostalgic for the school bus already, and I can't wait to hop on board again tomorrow morning! It's just such a memorable part of the elementary school experience. Okay, time for me to go play some video games before bed. Thanks for reading all about my school bus adventures!篇4My Way to SchoolHi there! My name is Emma and I'm 8 years old. I go to Maple Grove Elementary School. It's a pretty big school with lots of kids. Getting to school is an adventure for me every day! Let me tell you all about it.I live about a mile away from my school. That's a decent walk, but my mom doesn't like me walking alone. She's worried I might get lost or something bad could happen. So instead, I have a few different ways I get to school each day. Most days, my mom drives me to school. We leave the house around 8am to get there before the bell rings at 8:30am. I really enjoy our little car rides in the morning. Mom and I chat about what's for lunch that day and any fun things planned. We listen to kid music and sing along too! It's awesome bonding time. The drive doesn't take too long. We go down Maple Street, take a right on Oak Road, and the school is right there. Mom pulls up to the drop-off circle in front of the big doors. I give her a hug and a kiss, then hop out with my backpack. The safety patrol kids are there to make sure everyone crosses the street okay. I always wave back at mom as she drives away.Sometimes if mom has an early meeting for work, my dad takes me instead. He's a real jokester! On dad drop-off days, we blast fun music and dad does crazy dances in the driver's seat. It makes me laugh so hard. He makes driving to school a total party!A few days a week though, I don't get driven at all. Instead, I take the school bus! The bus stop is a few blocks from my house. Mom or dad walks me there in the mornings to wait. I love looking out for that bright yellow bus coming down the road! When the bus arrives, I get in line to climb up the big stairs. I show the bus driver my pass and she gives me a sticker. Then I get to pick anywhere to sit! Sometimes I ride alongside friends from my neighborhood. Other times I sit alone and watch the houses and trees go by through the big windows. Riding that huge bus makes me feel so grown up.After making a few stops to pick up other kids, the bus pulls up right at the front of my school's entrance. All the kids pile out in a huge rush. We hand our passes back to the driver and say thanks before running off to join our classes. On really nice days though, my favorite way to get to school is by walking. If the weather is sunny and not too hot or cold, my dad or mom will walk with me the mile to school. We take ascenic route through the park nearby. I get to pick up cool leaves or rocks along the way. We look for squirrels and birds too. Walking is way more fun than riding! No matter which way I get to school, I always make sure to be on time. Being late isn't allowed unless you have a really good excuse. The mornings can be a little rushed, but I don't mind. Getting to school is just the start of my day!Once I'm inside, I walk to my locker to drop off my backpack and lunch box. Then I'll head to the playground to play before the bell rings. Lining up to go to class is no fun, but at least I get to chat with my friends while we wait.School days are long but they go by pretty quickly. We have reading, math, science, and other subjects. Everything we learn is so interesting! Sometimes we have tests but I try my best not to stress too much. As long as I pay attention, study a little, and actually try hard, I know I'll do just fine.By far the best part of any school day is lunchtime! Eating a yummy lunch while chatting and laughing with all my besties is the best. I'm definitely a pizza lunch kinda gal. But I'll never say no to chicken nuggets either! We get about 30 minutes to eat and then we can go play on the playground or do an indoor activity. That break re-energizes me for the afternoon. After lunch it's more learning time, including my favorite classes like art, music, and gym. Getting a little wiggle time between sitting at desks is really helpful for staying focused. I love expressing my creativity through drawing, singing, and running around! Those fun classes make school a million times better.Eventually the final bell rings at 3pm to dismiss us. I collect my stuff from my locker and then figure out how I'm getting home that day. Most days it's the same way I came, whether by car, bus, or walking. But scheduling can get tricky with my parents' work, so I always double check before heading to the right spot.No matter what though, I make sure to be ready on time! The last thing I want is to get left behind or make my ride wait on me. My teachers are super strict about that. Once I see my mom's car, my dad waving, or that yellow bus pulling up, I know I get to leave school behind for some home relaxation time!Getting to and from school keeps me pretty busy each day. Between driving, riding, or walking, it's a little adventure morning and afternoon. I'm just glad I have plenty of options to make the trek safe and easy. My parents take good care of me!Well, there you have it - the full scoop on my daily travels to school and back. It may seem like a whole production, but I don't mind one bit. To me it's just part of my normal routine as a kid. Every day I get to school is another day to learn new things, see my friends, and have fond experiences to look back on. Not bad for an 8-year-old if I do say so myself! The journey is all part of the fun.篇5My Way to SchoolHi there! My name is Emma and I'm 10 years old. I go to Oakwood Primary School which is about 2 miles away from my house. I don't take the school bus or get a ride from my parents to get to school though. Instead, I have a really fun way of getting there that I'm going to tell you all about!Every morning, I wake up at 7am to get ready for school. After I brush my teeth, get dressed, and eat my breakfast, it's time to head out at 8am. I put on my shoes, grab my backpack, and go out the front door. Waiting for me on the driveway is my awesome bike! It's bright pink with streamers coming out of the handlebars. I just love riding it.I always wear my helmet for safety when I ride my bike. My dad taught me that it's really important to protect my head in case I fall off. Once my helmet is on tight, I hop on my bike and start pedaling down the street. I live on a nice quiet road without too many cars, which makes it perfect for bike riding. After a couple of blocks, I turn right and go through Monroe Park. It's a huge green space with lots of trees, walking paths, and even a playground. I pedal on the walking paths, ringing my bike bell and saying "morning!" to people I pass by walking their dogs. The park is my favorite part of my route. Sometimes I see squirrels or birds and it smells so fresh from all the flowers and plants. When I reach the other side of the park, I go back onto the street and keep riding. I have to cross a few intersections by pushing the button and waiting for the walk signal. My parents went over street safety with me a bunch of times. I always stop, look both ways, and make sure it's clear before I ride across. Safety first! The last leg of my journey takes me down Pine Street where there are lots of cute houses and friendly neighbors. Mrs. Thompson, a nice older lady, always waves to me from her porch when I ride by. I return the wave and ring my bell to say goodmorning. Just before I reach school, there's a bicycle rack in front of the building. I park my bike there and lock it up tight with my bike lock.I made it! I walk through the front doors of school feeling energized from my bike ride and ready to start my day. My awesome way of getting to school by bike keeps me active, gets my body moving, and lets me enjoy the lovely neighborhoods and parks around where I live. Plus, it's better for the environment than driving a car! After school, I just reverse everything. I unlock my bike, hop on, and pedal my way home through the streets and park again. I always feel so free whizzing along on my bike with the wind blowing through my hair. My dad taught me bike riding when I was little and I've loved it ever since. Getting to use my bike to get to school every day is the best! Some days the weather isn't so nice and it rains or snows. When that happens, my mom or dad has to drive me to school instead. But I definitely prefer my normal routine of bike riding. It's so much more fun than just sitting in a car! As long as it's not thunderstorms or blizzards, I'll brave the rain or snow. I just bundle up in my rain jacket and pants or snow suit to stay dry and warm. That's my awesome daily bike ride to school and back. It's about 4 miles of pedaling each day, which is great exercise for a kid like me. My parents are happy I stay active, and I feel good getting that physical activity before sitting at my desk all day. Who knows, maybe I'll be a professional cyclist when I grow up! For now though, I'm just thrilled to ride my pink bicycle with the tassels to school every morning. Bike riding rocks!。
