Im 23years old and come from shangqiu of henan province .i major administrative management ,one of the top 10 popular profession,in School of public administration of ZhengZhou Univercity .Although my Alma 发哀音Mater is not as wellknown as nanjing univercity,i still appreciate it, because it offers me a chance to de velop my ability ,broaden my horizon and bring my dreams.As Deputy Secretary of the 2009 student Party branch ,i have led and helped it to Get the first place in the top 10 Party branch selection in which 286 branches competed.i have obtained National Encouragement scholarship and the title of outstanding student leadersand Outstanding communist party member. As a student reporter, I have trained for 40 days in jingjiu Evening News and published 35 pieces of reports. As a student of learning Administrative management, I have been to Zhengzhou zhongyuan District government office for practice.The Four years of wonderful university life have made me reconsider myself. :what major i on earth mosi like? What kind of people i on earth want to be .At last,I I understand the point :i want to learn business management, grasp its law, become a professor and teach student or entrepreneur.but which univercity i should go to?According to Wu Shulian 2014 Chinese University Rankings, The academic level of Teachers for nanjing univercity Stand the third place,and the Comprehensive strength rankedsixth.Besines ,I am deeply impressed by the academic atmosphere when i first came here.Many teachers have been to study abroad.Many students have gained tremendous room for development.and Many celebrities often come here to give wonderful speech.I love this place with admiration .I want to study here with enthusiaim .I want to explore the mystery of business management with reverence..in the boundless desert of northwest China , ,grows a rare variety of tree called euphrates poplar. Rooted over 50 meters down the ground, they thrive in hostile environments, defying droughts, sandstorms and salinization. They are known as the "hero tree", because a euphrates poplar can live for a thousand years. Even after it dies, it stands upright for a thousand years, and even after it falls, it stays intact for another thousand years. I like euphrates poplar because they symbolize the spirit of resilience.Well, that‟s who I am. If possible, I wil l go on with my study for doctorate degree.In a word, I am looking forward to making a solid foundat ion for future profession after two years study here.4.介绍你的家乡(about hometown)5.你的家庭(about family)There are five members in my family; my parents, my cute cat of 9 years old and me.6.你的大学(about university)重点;为什么要跨专业First of all,My Learning of administration aims at being a excellent civil servant and doing something good for the people's cause.But after i worked in goverment for one month , I found that civil servants,especially earlier in career, must write a lot of meaningless documents,take part in a lot of boring meetings ,but often ignore the most urgent problems about people.Besides,government’s organization structure is too mechanical,and the members in it have to comply with many nastypolicies ,procedures and rules .Thirdly ,many civil servants have no sense of responsibility.Finally,government don’t have strong learning atmosphere.People are busy building complex interpersonal relationship rather than exploring the solutions to the political, economic, cultural and social problems..重点：原来的专业对你有什么帮助。

Firstly,it inspired my interest in scholars and entrepreneurs.Secondly,it makes me have a deeper understanding about the government, which dealing with the government.Thirdly,my classes in half related to politics, half with management which is very helpful for my continuing study for business administration.。
