城市是一个几百万人一起孤独地生活的地方。我不愿过着不是生活的生活,须知生活无限珍贵;我也不愿过消极顺从的生活,除非必须这样做不可。我要深入地生活,吸取生活 中所有的精华,刚强地、像斯巴达人那样坚毅地,清除一切不成其为生活的东西,大刀阔斧加以扫荡,仔仔细细加以清理,把生活逼到一个角落去,将其置于最低的条件之中。 让我们像大自然那样从容不迫地度过每一天,不让任何一片落在铁轨上的坚果壳或蚊子翅膀把我们抛出轨道。让我们黎明即起,迅速吃顿早餐,平心静气,毫不心烦;任客人来 来往往,任钟鸣孩子哭——下决心过好这一天。我们为什么要屈服,要随波逐流?……让我们自己平静下来,把我们的两只脚踩进那污泥般的意见、偏见、传统、错觉和表面现 象中去,这个冲积层把地球给蒙蔽住了。时间无非就是供我垂钓的河流。我饮着河水,但当我喝水的时候我看见河底的沙,发现河流是多么浅。对一位哲学家来说,所有所谓新 闻,无非就是些说长道短的东西,而编辑和阅读它们的人,则都是些正在喝茶的老太婆。可是,不少人却对这类闲扯听得津津乐道。人们对新闻消化力强,像吸入乙醚到令人麻 痹和不感觉痛苦,不调动意识,享受新闻的快乐和刺激——好奇心的满足、和隐秘的心理平衡空虚和无聊而平淡生活的刺激。最崇高的书面词语通常都远远地隐藏在瞬间即逝的 口语背后,或在它之上,正如繁星点点的太空隐藏在浮云后面一样。星星就在那儿,那些能辨认的人可以去辩认。一本真正的好书教给我的远不止只是阅读它。我必须很快将它 放在一边,然后按照它来生活。我始于阅读,终于行动。有时生病是有益于健康的。对一个生活在大自然中而且还有感觉的人来说,不可能会有太过暗淡的忧郁。对于健康而又 纯洁的耳朵来说,不管是什么样的暴风雨都是风神弹奏的音乐。世间没有任何东西能有理由使一个单纯而又勇敢的人堕入庸俗的悲哀之中。当我享受着四季的友情时,我相信任 何东西都无法使生活成为我的负担。我发现孤独在大部分时间里都是有益于身心健康的。和别人在一起,甚至和最好的友伴在一起,很快就令人感到厌烦,浪费精力。我喜欢孤 独。我从没发现一个像孤独那样好的伴侣。我出去置身于人群中间,多半觉得比呆在自己的室内更加孤独。我们能够爱的人,我们也能恨他们。而其余的人,则对我们无关紧要。 大多数人在安静的绝望中生活,当他们进入坟墓时,他们的歌还没有唱出来。新事物不断注入这个世界,而我们却忍受不可思议的乏味。 邂逅美好的时候,我们要活在当下。 欢欣雀跃的时候,邂逅惊喜的时候,幸福甜蜜的时候;赏一朵明艳的花,看一朵自在的云,听一支悠扬的曲的时候;吃一道美味的菜肴,进行一场尽兴的party,赴一场新奇的旅 行的时候;与家人亲友其乐融融同欢畅的时候,与ta眼神碰撞心弦震颤的时候......当我们作为有血有肉的人,感受和体会这人世间的种种神奇美妙的美好的时候,请活在当下。是 的,当邂逅任何美好的时候,哪怕只是一点点细微的美好,也要让自己全身心地沉浸于当下,敞开怀抱,调动所有感官,去深深地感受当下的美好带给自己的全部感觉。面对美 好的当下,我们不需要为此前遗憾懊悔,为此后担忧恐慌,也不需要有超脱淡然的“智者”心境。以丰盈的心和充沛的感情,拥抱当下,淋漓尽致地体验当下的一切就好。 经 历痛苦的时候,我们要跳出当下。愤怒的时候,忧伤的时候,痛苦的时候,烦恼的时候,绝望的时候,遭受突如其来的打击和挫折的时候,面对所有困难艰险的时候,我们要跳 出当下。这时,我们要站在比当下这一点的时空更高远的位置上,用宏观的眼光,客观冷静地看待当下。比如说,将目光投放到整个人生的长度后,就会觉得,当下这一刻经历 的这些事也只是暂时的小事,在漫漫人生中仅是刹那的灰暗,而此刻所有不好的情绪和感觉也是短暂的感受,这一切都会过去的。跳出当下后,当下的那些痛,就会被疏解许多, 人也会冷静通透许多。如果我们能站在更加超然和宏观的位置,从浩瀚无垠的时空的维度,来看待当下的自己在此刻的一切,也许会更加超脱和平和。因为,此刻你我的一切, 包括此刻全人类的一切,其实都是茫茫宇宙中沧海之一粟,是时间无涯的长河中稍纵即逝的一刻,不足为道。就像白居易说的那样:“蜗牛角上争何事,石火光中寄此身”,那 些功名利禄,贪嗔痴念,又有什么可执着的呢?我们都是从偶然中来,到空无中去。那还有什么是我们非要一味地纠结、为之饱受痛苦和折磨的事呢?所以,当经历和感受那些 对我们来说痛苦的事情的时候,不妨超脱一点,跳出当下,以宏大格局下冷静的观察者和分析者来看待当下的不如意,那么,一切痛苦也会变淡了。努力拼搏的时候,请活在当 下。稻盛和夫说:“满怀热情,全力以赴,聚精会神,埋头于眼前的工作,专注于现在的每一个瞬间”,对于努力拼搏的我们来说,只求耕耘,不问收获,不去想未知的结果如 何,倾尽全力走好当下的每一步,才最重要。面对结果时候,请跳出当下。无论是否如愿,都要以超然的心态告诉自己:从得到结果的这一刻起,结果就已经成为了过去。跳出 当下、看淡结果就会更清醒理智,不至于被当下的胜利冲昏了头脑,或者被当下的失败打击得一蹶不振。此时的超然和跳出,正是认清当前,走好以后的关键。人这一生,遇到 的事林林总总不可预期,时而顺遂时而失意,心情有时晴朗有时阴雨。面对这一切,有时我们要活在当下,忘我地沉浸其中,全身心的投入和感受;有时我们要跳出当下,理智 超脱,冷眼旁观。无论活在当下还是跳出当下,都只为过好此生,不负韶华。大道至简,而丰富的灵魂正源于此。欲穷千里目,更上一层楼一个人要想境界高远,就必须提升思 想和信念的高度,“会当凌绝顶,一览众山小”。禅师将要睡觉时,发现徒弟的房间还亮着灯,便问他:“你一天都干了什么?”徒弟随即回答:“在看经书。”禅师又问: “那你白天干什么了?”徒弟认真回答:“也在看书。”禅师紧接着问:“你早上是不是也在看书?”徒弟带着恭谦的表情点点头,期望着禅师的赞扬。禅师沉吟了一下,说: “可是这样一来,你用什么时间思考呢?”不畏浮云遮望眼,只缘身在最高层”,在繁忙的生活中,要在众声喧哗中保持独立思考,要在面对人生的不同状态时,时时能听到自 己内心的声音,方能做出正确的选择。千山同一月,万户尽皆春高远的境界如同月照千山,无处不在;又如春回大地,处处皆春。有语云:“千江有水千江月,万里无云万里 天。”千江有水,自然��
