2、组织目标对社会组织的重要意义【参考答案】:社会组织是人类创造的物质工具,它有其特定的目标系统。

组织目标是每个组织都必须通过自身的活动去达到的某种有待实现的未来状态。

它是组织开展活动的依据和动力,代表着一个组织的末来和发展方向。

社会组织的形成是特定社会分工的结果,社会分化程度越高,社会组织的类型也越复杂,组织之间的区别体现为目标和分工的差异。

因此,组织目标对组织的存在和发展具有重要意义。

第一.组织目标是组织的灵魂。

组织是依靠特定的目标来维持其存在的,组织内部的一切活动也是围绕目标而进行的。

失去目标,便意味看组织活动失去其合理依据。

第二,组织目标是确定组织活动路线的基础。

它包括括两个方面:对内是指组织在制定方针、政策和策略时,要以满足目标要求为准绳。

组织内部的各项方针、策略和政策正确与否,就看它是否有利于组织目标的实现;对外来说,是向社会大众宣告本组织的宗旨、性质和任务,明确其发展方向,使人们认识并了解这个组织,以便加入该组织或与该组织发生联系。

第三,组织目标是衡量组织活动效益与效率的标准。

组织活动都是围绕者组织目标进行的,这种活动是否有效益或效卒,以及效益和效率如何,就看它活动的结果接近于组织目标的程度。
