We've had weeks to work on it, but did I start it early? Of course not! I kept putting it off and putting it off. Finally around 8pm last night, my mom yelled up to my room "Shouldn't you be working on that project that's due tomorrow?!" That's when I realized, oh no, the project! I had completely forgot about it.So I panicked and ran around my room like a crazy person looking for all the supplies I would need - the posterboard, markers, glue, scissors, my notes and research, etc. It took me forever just to find everything. By the time I actually started working on the project, it was after 9pm. I tried my best, but I wasrushing so much that I made a bunch of mistakes. I had to keep fixing things and re-doing parts over and over.Mom kept calling up "Time for bed!" every 30 minutes, but I couldn't go to sleep until it was done. I was so tired but I forced myself to keep working. My eyes felt like they were going to fall out of my head. Finally around 1am, I finished the stupid project. But I was so exhausted from rushing at the last minute that I could barely keep my eyes open in class today when I had to present it in front of everyone.This kind of thing happens to me all the time - with homework, with chores around the house, with getting ready in the morning before school. No matter how much time I have, I wait until the very last second. I don't mean to, it just sort of happens without me realizing it. I always think "Oh I have plenty of time, I'll do it later." But then later comes and I'm scrambling at the last minute again. It's a terrible habit and it causes me so much stress and anxiety.I'm not really sure why I do this. Part of it is just being lazy and not wanting to do things until I absolutely have to. Another part is getting distracted by video games, TV shows, or messing around on my phone or computer instead of doing what I'm supposed to be doing. I have a really hard time focusing onboring tasks like homework or chores. My brain just wants to keep doing fun things instead.But procrastinating and leaving everything to the last minute doesn't actually make things more fun in the end. It just makes me stressed out and rushing around at the last second like a crazy person. I stay up way too late trying to get things done at the final hour. I turn in sloppy, half-effort work on assignments because I ran out of time. And I make silly mistakes on tests because I didn't give myself enough time to study properly.I really want to break this habit of procrastinating, but it's really hard. 每一个人都有优点和缺点,那些都是我们的好习惯以及坏习惯。

相信大家都不想要有不好的缺点,今后一定想把它改为正确的做法,变成一个最新的开始。

我有很多缺点,其中一个是──动作太慢。

每天晚上,我的功课都写到很晚,睡觉时,都会半个小时后才会睡着,因为我有近视和斜视,还得要冰眼睛三十分钟;第二天早上起床就好累,好困,好想继续睡又没办法。

所以,从今天起,我功课要写快一点;从今天起,我要先在学校把功课做一些;从今天起,我要一回家先写功课,写完功课再做自己想做的事情,这样第二天早上才不会没精神。

我还有一个缺点,是很会浪费时间。

常常放学回家之后,我就开始玩我的东西、做自己想做的事、看书……我常常因为浪费时间而被妈妈骂,有时候写功课写到一半就跑走很久,或是休息眼睛的时候休息太久,就忘记回来继续写功课……从今天起,我不可以再浪费时间;从今天起,我回家后,不可以再做其他的事情;从今天起,我发誓,时间是很珍贵的,我要珍惜每一天、每一时、每一分和每一秒,不要把它浪费掉。
