4.6 采购收货
当备件进入仓库时，仓储管理员需要扫描员工身份标签进行确认，传感器驱动 电子标签读写器自动读取备件标签内容，形成WMS验收单。固定读写器将自动
当供应站备件库存低于WMS系统中最小储备量时，系统进行预警，系统自动产生的移 库申请；物资总库库存低于最小储备量时，触发采购补库程序，采购数量不能高于最 大储备量。
4.3 车辆调度
1)产生移拨单后，WMS系统通过接口将数据传输至车辆管理平台，配送部门根据配送任务合理 安排所需车辆，优化配送路线，实行搭载和沿途配送，提高车辆使用率；并根据车辆体积、 最大车载量、备件体积及重量，计算配送任务所需的车辆规格和数量，也可以通过手工分配。
如果是周转箱或货箱，将电子标签粘贴在一侧，如下图所示：

在叉车的两侧处，粘贴电子标签各一枚，如下图所示：
1.1.2 备件标识方式
备件摆放原则：
1) 备件如果叠放，电子标签不能被遮掩。
2) 可独立标识的备件，电子标签应固定或悬挂在备件一侧，当备件摆放在托盘或货 位上时，应当将电子标签的朝向一致，并朝向通道或人员，以提高读取准确率。
2) 自动化立体库的货位，将电子标签粘贴在周转箱上。 3) 阁楼式货架的货位，将电子标签粘贴在货箱上。
4) 地铺和悬臂式货架的货位，将电子标签粘贴在原有的一维条
形码旁边。
1.1 货位标识方式
如果是高位货架上的货位，将电子标签粘贴在托盘上，作为货位的唯一标识， 如下图所示：

电子标签RFID（Radio Frequency Identification）是将存有信息的标记状或卡片状芯片附于人或物品上，用电波进行读取和识别的自动识别方法之一。
芯片大小从几毫米到几厘米不等,分为"无源型"和"有源型"两种，"无源型"是指受读写器发射的电波激发而工作的类型，而"有源型"是指由内臵电源向读写器发射电波的类型。
将记录从价格到生产流程等在内大量信息的芯片贴在商品表面或埋入商品里,通过读取器来读取、更新信息。

汉朗电子货架标签系统，硬件主体主要包含三个层级架构，并通过“数据对接层”与用户数据进行交互，如下图所示：A: 系统管理层系统管理层主要是为了完成整个汉朗电子货架标签系统方案的状态管理，通过idiLinker 服务器体系来实现数据的采集、传送和状态的实时检查。
与用户的数据对接也是通过idiLinker 服务器来完成的。
标签价格信息本身来自于商超已有的POS机服务器系统，通过汉朗服务器上面的管理软件（idiLinker）可以实现与商超目前现有的数据库系统进行同步，确保汉朗系统的数据信息全部来自于目前超市本身的POS数据系统。
这个对接部分可以延伸为“数据对接层”，该层可以灵活匹配对应不同用户的数据对接方式。
B: 无线发送层无线发送层主要是完成服务器的数据信息通过通讯协议处理转发给相应需要显示的idiTag，即电子标签终端。
无线发送层主要是idiStationⅡ基站组成，每个基站控制的区域和电子标签终端是预设好的，实现了根据客户自定义需求对标签信息更新。
C: 终端显示层终端显示层主要是电子标签节点，显示了从服务器分发下来的标签显示内容，这些电子标签终端安装在汉朗设计的防盗导轨上，而导轨与货架本身是可以稳定固定起来的。
汉朗idiTag 终端显示层从超市需求角度出发，保证了无线通讯数据的高可靠性，提供超市稳定安全的价格管理方案。
在日常的运行过程中，本方案可以实现基本的无人机工作模式，从超市修改商品信息到最终的电子标签信息更新，整个过程都是由汉朗服务器和无线通讯系统来自动完成的，可以实现对电子标签的批量数据修改、实时价格更新，大大提高超市价签管理的效率，降低管理成本和错误率。
汉朗的idiSolutionⅡ是以用户为核心，一个简洁实用的完整解决方案，同时又可以客制化显示终端的显示分辨率和面积，以及与POS机对接接口协议。
因此是电子标签产业发展过程中的一个重要的里程碑式的产品系统。
其中，一个典型的应用举例如下图所示，其中“商超Server”是其超市现有的POS机服务器，在一个局域网内与其结账系统的POS机终端相连，POS机终端的数据信息同步于该POS机服务器。
汉朗的服务器和idiLinker软件也是布置在同一个局域网内，与POS服务器同步工作，我们命名为“”架构（局域网模式）。
汉朗电子货架系统典型应用示意图（局域网模式）另外，还有一种典型的应用举例如下图所示：其中“Database”是其超市总部现有的POS机数据库，通过分布式方式与其多门店的结账系统的息同步于该数据库。
而汉朗不需要布置一个内网服务器，直接与总部的数据中心同步，获得数据后，通过汉朗在公网布置的云服务器来存储更新数据并及时直接下发给相对应的门店内汉朗基站idiStation2，基站收到数据后会处理并回传状态。
我们定义这个结构为“idiLinker.cloud”构架（云模式）。
汉朗电子货架系统典型应用示意图（云模式）2终端显示模块（idiTag）终端显示模块idiTag是由多稳态液晶显示模块、射频通讯模块、纽扣电池和外壳等四个主要部分组成。
2.1多稳态液晶显示模块LCD屏技术：idiTag是以汉朗尚白技术为核心来开发的点阵式多稳态液晶屏。
尚白技术显等宽ASCII字符、7*5 ASCII字符、38*18和28*14价格、EAN13条码、电池电量等信息，其中条码格式为EAN13，价格字体含。
（部分语言字体需要单独定制开发）显示模板：通过以上图形处理技术，客户可以根据自身显示需求来定制显示内容的位置和字体的大小，打破了传统TN液晶断码屏只能显示数字和固定位置显示固定文字的局限性。
而且，对超市常用的EAN13下面是客制化显示模板举例：2.2.1射频频段描述终端采用双天线Sub－GHz无线通道技术，即433MHz和434MHz。
其中433MHz主要是用作无线数据传输，434MHz是用来提示用户报警信息(如电池更换、刷屏异常等)。
2.2.2射频通信模块功能描述1、无线通信采用同步唤醒模式，即在40s内定时检测是否有射频信息，如果有信息则进入更新模式，否则自动进入睡眠模式。
2、无线通信支持最大255Bytes数据传输，可以传输码字信息或者小图片信息。
3、与显示屏通信时，将上层发送的坐标、字体、内容下传至显示模组。
根据此功能，用户可以很便捷的控制显示模板及内容。
4、无线报警功能，电池更换、刷屏异常都会通过无线报警通道发送至用户端。
5、无线系统不受节点的限制，可以支持最大65534个节点。
侧面图3基站（idiStation2）和无线通讯3.1无线频段选择参考国际通信联盟无线电通信局定义，可应用到电子标签无线方案的免授权ISM (Industrial Scientific Medical) 频段参考如下，需要遵守一定的发射功率(一般低于1W)，并且不要对其它频段造成干扰，汉朗无线支持多频段通讯。
3.2基站结构基站idiStation2采用了ARM处理器为核心的控制电路，通过TCP方式从idiLinker接收标签数据，基站内部进行数据有效性检查，通过RS232串口方式，将数据送到无线通讯模块，形成符合无线通讯模块传输协议的特定格式，并通过天线以EM或者EG的无线电波传输给电子标签终端idiTag；电子标签终端在接收到基站数据后以相同频率的无线电波反馈接收状态信息给基站，基站再通过TCP方式将标签的反馈信息传输给idiLinker，这样上层的服务器就得到了该反馈信息。
基站内部433M模块与标签进行通信，采用434M采集标签刷新错误信息。
同时基站与标签之间工作软件协议上采用无线双向校验机制，进一步保证数据通讯的可靠性。
基站数据流向示意图3.3基站接口和连接目前基站的是基于低功耗稳定型的ARM处理器构架体系系列。
基站接口从左至右为：网线（用于和idiLinker连接）和5VDC电源接口。
4管理软件（idiLinker）4.1概述idiLinker安装在服务器上，是用于管理idiTag和idiStationII的应用软件，软件功能实现了对基站和标签的多权限管理模式，是汉朗专为电子货架标签系统开发的上层控制系统软件套装，通过文件或数据的对接模式，实时同步商超POS系统的商品数据库，使电子标签实时显示内容（如品名、价格、产地等）与数据库中的数据同步。
该数据同步过程对用户来说是透明、自动的，属于无人机操作过程，这样不仅节省了大量的人力资源成本，也极大地降低了出错率。
同时，系统支持多种对码和数据更新模式，比如任务定制和手动修改等，进一步方便了客户的多种使用需求。
该系统同时支持局域网模式和云模式两种，既支持单门店系统管理，也可以实现多门店系统统一管理。
其中，云模式是一种基于WEB服务，提供可调整云端idiLinker与各个超市基站链接的云技术，整合了计算、存储与传输服务，具备独立控制各个基站能力的云服务，具有很高的灵活性、可控性、扩展性及资源复用性。
4.2使用环境配置软件服务端idiLinker标签管理服务器操作系统要求：Windows Server 2003、IIS6.0，出厂服务器默认已安装。
从客户端电脑可通过网页方式登录，客户端操作系统要求：IE6.0以上。
4.3idiLinker4.3.1软件安装安装在汉朗指定的商用标准服务器上，是用于管理标签和基站的应用软件，软件功能实现了对基站和标签的多权限管理模式，可以根据接入不同类型的用户已有的数据结构（通过Adaptor程序转换），是由汉朗公司出场配置完毕后，交付给客户使用。
4.3.2登录系统网络版软件是通过服务器已经配置好的http服务进行登陆、管理和配置的，需要在服务器连接入用户网络后，在服务器的IE浏览器的地址栏中输入服务器端IP地址，如：http://192.168.1.200/（实际情况根据用户网络环境设置），出现如图1登录界面，输入用户名密码点击“登陆按钮”登陆标签控制系统。

系统状态中显示当前基站下所有标签的当前状态信息，如标签ID、所属基站、电量、标签状态和最后更新时间等，如下所示：图5 标签明细对话框4.3.3标签对码在标签对码界面，可以将电子标签与商品信息进行一一绑定，且有查询标签绑定信息，更改绑定与取消绑定关系的功能。
