用英语表达时间有以下几种方法： 整点表达法：如果时间是“整点”，应说： ……点钟＋o’clock (o’clock可以省略)。 如：① It’s seven (o’clock) a.m. now.

(课本第8页)(1)from...to...意为“从……到……”，既可指时间又可指空间。
(2)o'clock用在整点的时间上，意为“……点钟”。
3．That's a funny time for breakfast！那个时间吃早餐真有意思哟！(课本第8页)time for sth.等同于time to do sth.，意为“做某事的时间”。
4．After that, I usually exercise at about ten twenty.那之后，我通常在10点20分左右去锻炼。
(课本第8页)exercise意为“锻炼”，是不及物动词。
exercise也可以作名词。
作不可数名词时，exercise意为“运动；锻炼”；作可数名词时，exercise意为“一套动作；习题”。
5．When do you go to work？你什么时候去工作？(课本第8页)这是以when引导的特殊疑问句。
when的使用范围比what time广，回答可以是具体钟点，也可以是其他表示时间的词、短语或句子。
当when问的是具体时间时，可以与what time互换。
