摘要随着人民币存贷款利率的市场化改革和中国金融业的逐步开放,外资银行纷纷落户中国,商业银行仅依靠存款贷款的利差的传统盈利模式受到严重影响,成本低和高收益的中间业务受到公众的青睐和重视,是商业银行的新增长点。良好的中间业务可以提高客户对商业银行服务的满意度并提高客户忠诚度。因此,本文对中国银行的中间业务现状、问题作了研究,提出了改善中间业务的对策和建议。

但在发展中间业务的过程中,到底应该如何发展并没有明确的答案。尤其是我国的商业银行一直以来都是以资产负债业务为主,该如何转向突出发展中间业务是一个难题,涉及到如何认识中间业务,不同的中间业务风险和收益也不同,我国目前的经济环境消费环境对发展中间业务会形成哪些制约,中间业务的发展需要解决哪些问题等。所以本文先从对中间业务的认识入手,对于中间业务的定义、内涵、业务品种等进行了全面的介绍,并且通过对比中外银行中间业务发展道路的差异,凸现其中的差距。然后对银行的中间业务发展的状况、制约因素进行全面分析,以便有针对性地提出发展策略。发展中间业务是一个涉及很多方面,需要考虑很多因素的商业银行的重大战略选择,如果面面俱到地进行分析,一是本文可能难以完成,二是也难以突出重点,所以本文选取了四个相对重要的方面进行了重点阐述,即中间业务的经营理念,发展中间业务的组织保障,中间业务定价,中间业务的风险防范等,通过讨论上述问题提出一些举措,能使各项操作更有针对性和可行性。

ABSTRACT

With the market-oriented reform of RMB deposit and loan interest rates and the gradual opening of China's financial industry, foreign banks have settled in China. The traditional profit model of commercial banks relying solely on the spread of deposit loans has been seriously affected. The low-cost and high-yield intermediary business has been affected. The public's favor and attention is a new growth point for commercial banks. A good intermediary business can increase customer satisfaction with commercial banking services and increase customer loyalty. Therefore, this paper studies the status quo and problems of the intermediary business of Bank of China, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving the intermediary business.

However, in the process of developing the intermediary business, there is no clear answer on how to develop. In particular, China's commercial banks have always been based on asset-liability business. How to turn to the development of intermediary business is a difficult problem, involving how to understand the intermediary business, different intermediate business risks and benefits are different, China's current economic environment What constraints will the consumer environment have on the development of intermediary services, and what issues need to be addressed in the development of intermediary services. Therefore, this article starts with the understanding of the intermediary business, and introduces the definition, connotation and business variety of the intermediate business, and highlights the gap by comparing the differences in the development path of the intermediary business between Chinese and foreign banks. Then comprehensively analyze the status and constraints of the bank's intermediary business development, so as to propose a development strategy in a targeted manner. The development of intermediary business is a major strategic choice for commercial banks that involves many aspects and needs to consider many factors. If all aspects are analyzed, one may be difficult to complete and the other is difficult to highlight. Therefore, this paper selects four relatively important ones.
