尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学：大家好!
战国七雄，争锋并起，而最后却只有秦国横扫六合，统一天下，那究竟是什么原因秦
国能够在众多诸侯中统一天下呢?带着这些疑问，我便在百家讲坛看了王立群读《史记》
的节目。
在看节目时，我仿佛遨游在历史的海洋里，在寻求知识的奥秘。
我回到那群雄并起、
诸侯混战的世界里，揭开历史的面纱，学习成功的秘诀。
“一个人要想有所作为，要想让
人生有些光彩，必须具备四个‘行’：一、自己要行，二、要有人说你行，三、说你行的
人得行，四、你的身体得行。
”王立群老师所说的话时常在我的脑海里回荡着。
人生要想
成功，首先要相信自己，信心是很重要的，也必须要得到别人的认可，这样才能在人生中
绽放光彩。
谈起李斯，无人不知道他的“老鼠哲学”。
李斯一生坎坷，先被吕不韦收为门客，后
被秦始皇看重，成为丞相，与赵高密谋让胡亥登上皇位，最后被赵高杀害。
有一次，李斯
在厕所里看到老鼠躲在角落里寻找食物，见人而逃，而在粮仓里，老鼠却衣食无忧，不用
过着担惊受怕的生活，李斯便感叹道：“一个人一生能不能成就一番事业，就像老鼠一样，关键看他在什么平台上。
”这说得很有道理，人也只有拥有一个自己的平台，才能充分地
展现自己。
机会不是每时每刻都有的，秦国之所以能够统一天下，不仅是因为秦国自身的强大，
还是因为其他六国不能抓住机会来强大自己的国家。
机会一旦失去了，便很难再拥有，像
王立群老师所说，“一个人的一生中，机遇是非常少的，当机遇来临之时，千万不要放过，这对一个人来讲，非常重要，对一个国家而言，也是如此。
”所以，“花开堪折直须折，
莫待无花空折枝。
”只有牢牢地抓住每一个机会，才能展现自己，突出自我。
成功并没那么难，只要努力和拥有展现自己的平台，每个人都能成功。

不知不觉，新学期开学已经过去了两周的时间，两周以来，老师们用自己扎实的工作、辛勤的付出，同学们用自己饱满的热情、必胜的信心迎接了新的学年，新的开始，实现了“新学年、新气象”的良好开局。
新的学年，学校新领导班子继续弘扬“忠诚、立人、求索、致远”的东营教育精神，
践行“和融力行·拼搏致远”的学校精神，坚持“创规范、求改革、谋发展”的工作思路
不动摇。
在继续坚持“为学生终身发展奠基、为教师专业成长搭台”的办学思想的基础上，新学年学校提出了“三年振兴行动计划”的奋斗目标。
通过强化教学、管理、服务的规范
化、精细化、程序化，进一步提升学校管理、教学质量和办学效益的内涵发展，从而实现将二中建设成为现代化的优质学校。
新的学年，学校的各项工作正在顺利有序的开展进行中，特别是：
20XX级新生军训工作的顺利圆满完成，既锻炼了同学们的意志品质，又为同学们快速适应忙紧张有序的高中生活打下了基础。
开学后的校园环境卫生清扫活动，不仅美化了校园环境，也增强了同学们的环保意识和卫生意识，充分展现了东营市二中全体师生的良好精神文明风貌。
同时，这也是上学期我校“三告别三向”活动的延续，为促使“20XX规范创建年”活动的进一步深化奠定了基础。
9月10日的教师节晚会，既表彰了那些为学校的改革发展做出贡献的老师们，有让同学们的文艺才华有了展示的舞台，践行了我校“个性教育、多元发展”的教学理念。
新的学年，三个年级的同学们用自己的实际行动为学校“三年振兴行动计划”尽着自己应尽的义务与责任：
高三的同学们，学校一年多来的变化发展，你们是最大的经历者，学校的今昔对比，你们是最好的见证者。
你们已经明确了人生职业发展方向，目标清晰而又具体。
现在的你们正用自己百倍的努力辛勤的耕耘着，用自己辛劳的汗水默默的浇灌着，脚踏实地而又拼尽全力，站在高考冲刺点上的你们，高中的终点已近在咫尺，胜利的大旗已在向你们“挥手”，相信有了老师们的陪伴和家长们的支持，最后的辉煌必将属于你们!
高二的同学们，经历了一年的高中生活，现在的你们在德、智、体、美、劳等各个方面都已经有了长足的进步，学习上自觉性更强了，纪律上对自己的要求也更严格了，生活中也更加懂事了，成熟了，作为老师的我们都看在眼里，记在心中。
现在的你们已经处在了高中三年长跑的中途跑的最关键的阶段，持之以恒的耐力和毅力是现在的你们最需要坚持的。
相信目标明确的你们有了老师的引领，家长的期盼和同学之间的互帮互助，相互鼓励，必将顺利跑过这最艰难的旅程，为高三的冲刺打下坚实的基础。
高一的同学们，你们已经很好的适应了高中生活的节奏，开学以来，无论是课堂上的学习状态，就餐时的紧张有序，还是宿舍里的卫生、两休纪律，都能较好的达到学校的要求。
作为学校“三年振兴行动计划”的起始年级和实现中期发展目标的见证者，你们责任重大，使命光荣，三年后你们的成功必将在我们二中的发展史上具有划时代意义里程碑、分水岭。
俗话说的好“良好的开端是成功的一半”，新学年，新的起点;新学年，新的征程;新学年，新的气象!在学校新领导班子强有力的正确领导下，有了全体老师的乐于奉献，再加上全体同学们的脚踏实地、齐心协力，我们二中人一定会创造出属于我们自己的辉煌!

同学们，在生活中你遇到过挫折吗?比如测验不及格，考试成绩不理想，等等不顺心
的事，使你心烦意乱，闷闷不乐，打不起精神。
如是遇到这种情况，我今天教你一招，你
别急，也不要气馁，首先调节好自己的心态，正视挫折，去挑战挫折，那么成功就离你
不远了。
同学们，你们还记得上个学期，来我们学校演出的北京心灵之声艺术团的那些大哥哥
大姐姐吗?他们都是身残志坚的楷模!现在我再讲讲张海迪姐姐的故事吧!海迪姐姐5岁时
就得病，高截位瘫痪夺去她自由行走的权利，病魔还想夺她的学习权利，这时海迪姐姐就
挺起腰板挑战病魔，以无比顽强的毅力与不懈的恒心在病床上自学小学，中学，大学课程，甚至获得硕士学位。
还自学好几个国家的语言，出版了很多书。
一个高位截瘫的病人不仅
在学业上有成就，还自行购买很多医学书籍，自学钻研，掌握一定的医学技术，免费为患
者治疗一万多人次。
这是一个多么惊人的数字啊!
同学们，由此可见，一个成功者是需要无比坚强毅力和非凡勇气的。
每个成功者都有
经历过无数次的失败，不管这些挫折有多严峻，多么冷酷，在他面前只有一条路——正视
失败，挑战挫折。
其实一个人经历一些挫折并不是坏事，它是一个人成长中最好的锻炼机会，没有困难的存在，或者不敢迎接困难的挑战，就不可能形成坚强的意志。
人们常说
“困难像弹簧，你弱它就强。
”是的。
古人也是这样说的：“自古雄才多磨难，从来纨绔
少伟男。
”在我们成长的道路上，有坦途，也有坎坷;有鲜花，也有荆棘。
在你伸手摘取
美丽的鲜花时，荆棘同时也会刺伤你的手。
如果因为怕痛，而不愿伸手，那么再美丽的鲜
花也只是可望而不可及的。
同学们，听了这个故事，你不妨学着试试，要是在学习中有遇到作文题目无从下笔，
遇到数学难题毫无头绪等等困难时，你就该正视挫折，去挑战失败，挺直腰板向前走。
同学们，趁我们现在年轻，多去体验体验生活中的酸甜苦辣。
即便是弄得遍体鳞伤，
至少也可以证明我们曾经奋斗过，我们不是挫折的奴隶!我们是驾御挫折走向成功的主人。
我们要对成功说：你不要来得太快，太容易，笑在最后才是最好的;我们要对挫折说：让
暴风雨来得更猛烈些吧!
