三、影响分析。
玩手机游戏虽然有一些乐趣，但是如果过度沉迷会产生一些不良影响：1.影响学习，玩手机游戏会让同学们花费大量的时间和精力，导致他们无法专心学习，成绩下降。
2.影响健康，长时间盯着手机屏幕对眼睛和颈椎都有不良影响，容易导致近视和颈椎疾病。

四、解决方法。
