I've been asked to talk about a small object, and so I guess the most useful small object to me is my mobile phone. I use my phone whenever I'm travelling around Beijing, and also to make sure I can get ,in immediate touch with my clients, because often they make fast decisions and are looking at various options at the same time, so time is very precious. I've had my mobile phone for about a year. At the time it was about 2000RMB, but I believe now you can get one for about 1500RMB. At that time it was considered to be very basic and small. Now the new phones are also small, but they are also much more sophisticated with so many different functions.
I know some people it as a toy, or just as an ego booster, but I really have to have one because I'm a real estate agent. You know, I travel around the city a lot and if my company secretary can't reach me then I'd
