Although I don’t do too much exercise, I do have a healthy diet--plenty of fruit and vegetables. I’m not a member or a fitness centre, but I do go swimming occasionally at the weekends.—I used to be, but I only went for about six months. I found it useful, but I couldn’t go on a regular basis because I was working different hours each day. If I had more regular working hours, I think I might join a fitness centre.—Like most people, I only go to the doctor when there is a serious problem with my health. For minor ailments, I go to the chemist’s and get some medicine. It’s not very expensive and saves time. I did have to go for a check up with a doctor a few years ago when I applied for medical insurance. The insurance company wanted to check that I didn’t have anything wrong with me before I took out the policy.—Not usually.
