KL型整体手术无影灯1、范围本标准规定了KL型整体无影灯的分类与命名、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志和使用说明书、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于KL型整体手术无影灯（以下简称无影灯），该产品可作为各种手术场合照明的需要。
2、引用文件下列文件中的条款通过标准的引用而成为本标准的条款，凡是注日期的引用文件其随后所有的修改单（不包括勘误的内容）或修订版均不适用于本标准，然而，鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方应研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。
凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本适用于本标准。

d)无影灯按灯臂结构不同分为万向节和普通型。
e)无影灯按灯头直径、组合方式不同分为KL500-Ⅱ、KL500/500-Ⅱ、KL600-Ⅰ、KL600-Ⅱ、KL600-III 、KL600/600-I、KL600/600-Ⅱ、KL700-Ⅱ、KL700/500-Ⅱ、KL700/700-Ⅱ、KL700-III、KL700/500-III、KL700/700-III、KL900-III、KL900/600-III。
3.2 结构组成：无影灯由固定盘、横臂、传动臂、灯头、调光机构等组成。
其型式见图1(万向节结构)、见图2(普通型)。

【特点】
(1)无影、冷光、多反射系统设计，确保手术区域无影；有冷光源过滤器和冷光反射镜，最大限度地减少热辐射。
(2)灯的外形设计符合层流净化手术室要求，确保手术间的净化空气能顺利地进行对流循环，使手术区域保持无菌状态。
(3)结构轻巧，且调节范围广，稳定性好，并有可拆装的调节灯柄，方便手术者在术中的随意调节，通过调节灯柄及中央控制板面调整手术所需的照明。
(4)光线色彩逼真，接近自然光，使人容易辨别出组织的最细微的差异，同时可减少手术人员的眼睛疲劳。
⑸预留中央摄像系统，以供教学、科研及手术演示使用。
【注意事项】
(1)定期督查专业人员检查无影灯的紧固件是否松动，防止发生事故。
(2)非专业人员勿随意拆卸无影灯或控制电路。
⑶做好手术灯的清洁工作，手术前半小时及手术后应湿式清洁1次，确保无尘、无污迹。
清洁完毕，无影灯应固定在功能位，保持平衡，防止持重不同影响固定功能。
(4)调节手术灯位置时，应注意移动范围，勿碰撞吊塔、显示屏或输液架等，以免损坏。
(5)调节无影灯应注意由弱到强，禁止一下开到最大开关；手术结束应将光亮度调节至最弱，再关闭电源开关或控制面板。
(6)调节灯柄每次使用完毕应拆卸下来进行清洁、灭菌，灭菌可采用低温灭菌法，以供手术者在手术台上随意调节。
按压控制板面上的膜片时勿用力过大，以防破损而失去控制。
(7)手术间内常规备用同型号的灯泡，以便损坏时及时更换，更换灯泡时，
确认无误方可使用，以免损坏控制电路。

Before operation, switch on the power, if the green indicator is on, itmeans the power has been turned on. Turn on the switch and regulate the lamp position as well as focal point of light spot. After operation, pull out the plug and cut off power；2. The aseptic dimming knob is used to regulate the focal area of lightspot.3.The aseptic handle is mainly used to regulate the position oflamp and rotate the lamp around the lamp bracket.4. When move the whole lamp, move the lamp to middle (the samedirection to the switch on lower post）, then push or pull the upright post at the position 1m distance to ground.5. When move the whole lamp up and down, the gradient isrequired to be less than10°.（2）For stationary type1. Before operation, switch on power and turn on switch, then regulate thelamp position as well as the focal point of light spot. After operation, turn off the switch and cut off the power；2. The long lever handle is used to rotate the lamp body around rotationmechanism or rotate the balancer or the move the lamp body up and down.During rotation, keep the lamp body away from collision；3. The short lever handle is used to rotate the lamp body around the lampbracket only；4.The aseptic dimming knob is used to regulate the focal area；5. The aseptic adjusting knob is used to regulate the light intensity oflamp.6. Care and maintenance1) Before replace bulb or fuse, cut off the power supply and only after the bulb has been confirmed to be cold down, the operation is allowable to carry on；2)Check each screw frequently to see if they are under good condition, if any abnormal, screw down it immediately（quarterly）.3) When the lamp head is not at the very position, you are suggested to adjust the damper and balance force to guarantee normal operation.4) Clean the surface of lamp faceplate with glass cleaner.5) Before operation, it is recommended to use 75% alcoholic solution to clean the dimming handle to assure the cleanness which is required to comply with “GB15982-1995Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals”. In addition, if wantto remove the dimming handle, just press handle button.6) After operation, use one soft cloth to clean the operation table.7. Matters need attention1) Only the professional is allowable to install this lamp, also all theconnections are required to be reliable；2) Before power link, use one screwdriver to turn the power option switch to local voltage and select one proper fuse.（1A FU1、2 for～220V±10%,50±1Hz; 2 A FU1、2 for～110V±5%、60±1Hz, as shown in circuit diagram）；3) The circuit breaker for stationary type lamps lies at the external position；4) Check the shadowless lamp regularly to see if it is under normal condition, specially for each joint, in case cause drop due to the loosening of screws（it is required to check one time every quarter by our company）；5) Before replace bulb or fuse, cut off the power；6) Using this lamp under the environment with flammable or explosive gas isprohibited.7) Only the technician from our company or professional person is allowable to maintain this lamp, otherwise, our company will be free from any responsibility forany damage caused by wrong operation.8) When replace the light fitting(such as bulb and fuse and stuff）, it is strongly recommended to use the same model or spec, for more information, you may contact out after service department.9) The warranty period for this shadowless lamp is ONE year since the purchasing date indicated on invoice, so hereby please fill in the return receipt and post to our company together with the copy of invoice to acquire warranty service.10) The guarantee period for safety performance is 10 years, you are requiredto renew when exceed the time limit.11) The flash of lamp due to voltage drop or short-time power-off is normal.12) The technical specification is subject to the change without prior notice.8. 手术无影灯使用说明书
手术无影灯在安装施工中有严格要求，请用户仔细阅读产品说明书的相关内
1、 请勿乱划、敲击灯面玻璃。
2、 更换灯泡时，请关闭电源，并确认灯泡后再更换，以免烫伤。
3 、 因灯 头内某些部位的工作温度超过 75?，所以导线采用氟塑
料耐高温电线，工作温度可达 200?。
4、 如果灯头内的吸热玻璃破碎、拆除或两个灯头同时照射到同一
手术区域温升有时可能超过标准要求，患者的手术部位有可能存 在过热危险，请用户在使用时加以注意。
5、 手术无影灯悬吊式设备，请经常检查紧固件是否松动，防止发
生事故。
6、 未经本公司认可的人员，请勿随意初阶、改装手术无影灯，以
免导致安全方面的危险。
7、 手术无影灯正常安全使用期为十年，过期必须强制性报废。

TOP LITE-G 系列手术无影灯能消除手术中的阴影，适用于医疗单位作手术照明
之用。
灯头部位用于照明；平衡部位用于悬挂灯头，并使灯头在活动范围内保持平衡
和任意定位；旋转臂部位用于悬挂灯头和平衡臂，并使灯头和平衡臂在活动范围内 任意移动和定位；电气控制部位用于控制灯头的照度、灯泡自动切换、灯泡损毁报 警。

三、安装调试（见安装示意图）
1、将固定板调整水平后完全固定在预埋件上（禁止使用膨胀螺栓
安装固定板）。

将旋转臂用4 组安装螺栓牢固联接在固定板上，并将旋转臂外
侧的红、绿电线剥线10mm.图2）
3、将弹簧一端的红、绿电线剥线10mm用接线帽将弹簧臂上的
红、绿电线与旋转臂外侧的红、绿电线对应连接，将弹簧臂用3
个M5X 10的螺钉固定在旋转臂外侧。

4、将装饰圈穿过弹簧臂，悬挂在旋转臂横梁上。
（图4） 5 、将弹簧臂外侧轴护套上的螺钉取下，向上推动护套，拔出限位
片，将灯头弯管插入弹簧臂，卡上限位片，放下护套，旋上螺钉。

6、按线路图将外接电源线接入电气盒内的接线端子后，盖上盒
盖，罩上防护罩，套上装饰圈，其顶部贴于天花板; 电源线须用
线夹或线槽固定于墙面或天花板上。
注：外接电源线必须符合GB5013.1中的规定的普通耐磨橡胶护套软电线或普通聚氯乙烯护套软电线，线径为0.75mm2并经由一个固定的两条路同时通断的总电
源线开关，开关应符合IE,328《电器用开关》（1972）中所规定的对爬电距离和电
气间隙的要求，开关其操作部位的动作方向必须符合GB4205《控制电气设备的操作件标准运动方向》的要求，符号应符合GB9706.1附录D表D1的规定。
7、用
相应的内六角扳手调整刹车螺钉松紧和弹簧臂的活动范围，
直到旋转臂和灯头能在活动范围内任意定位，且手感轻松。
四、使用操作
1、打开总电源开关后，电控拉手上的触摸面板POWE指示灯亮，按“ 0”键开
灯，按照
度调节键.至适照度。
手术完毕后，应先按“ O'键关灯，然后关闭总电源开
关。
2、旋转灯头中央的聚光手柄，进行聚焦和调整照射角度; 手柄外套可取下消毒手柄外
套消毒后供给手术者在手术中操作，非手术者在手术中请勿碰触手柄以免污染手术。
( 只需按下手柄上方的按钮即可取下手柄外套)
3、当发现触摸面板上的报警指示灯闪烁时，请在手术完毕后及时更换新灯
泡，以免影响下
一次手术使用，更换灯泡时，请关闭总电源开关，并确认灯泡冷却后再更换。
更换灯泡
参见灯泡包装盒所示。
( 声明: 手术无影灯只能使用指定灯泡，灯泡型号为
OSRAM HLX64640 24V 150W。
)废弃灯泡请遵照当地相关规定进行处理。
4、当发现保险丝陨坏时，请关闭总电源开关，卸下装饰罩和电气盒盖进行更
换。

内部标签上斯庄明的相应规格保险丝) 。
5、当发现手术无影灯无法任意定位时，请按安装调试中步骤7 进行调试。
6、建议: 手术无影灯外表用千净的湿布进行清洁，但不可进液，然后采用甲醛
或三氧剂熏
蒸消毒，并用紫外线照射消毒: 手柄外套可采用戊二醛浸泡消毒或134?的蒸气
消毒，消毒时间为20 分钟。
用户所在国或地区有相关灭菌消毒规定的，请遵照相关规定执行
五、售后服务
1、TOPLITE-G列手术无影灯正常安全使用期为十年，免费保修期为一年，由于
用户使用不当、私自改装、拆解而造成的损坏，不在免费保修范围内。
2、易耗品（灯泡、保险丝和备用手柄外套）不在免费保修范围内。
3、本公司
提供终身维修服务和技术咨询，必要时可向用户提供有关技术资料。
六、维护保养
用户应至每三个月对手术无影灯进行一次检查，主要检查紧固件是否松动，备用灯泡是否完好，以及灯头是否能平衡定位，如发现问题，请按产品说明书及时解决，若有不能排除的故障，请及时与本公司联系，以免影响正常手术。
七、故障分析与排除
在使用手无影灯时如遇到故障问题请参考以下的说明进行排除，若问题还存在，请联络本公司。
