1、戴无菌手套时，应该洗净擦干双手。
首先，核对手套号

翻开手套袋，取滑石粉涂抹双手，注意避开无菌区。

双手分别捏住袋口外层，翻开，
一手持手套翻转折局部〔手套内面〕，取出；另一手五指对准
戴上。

最后
将两手套翻折面套在工作衣袖外面。

无菌手套戴脱方法
一、戴无菌手套方法
1、打开手套包，一手掀起口袋的开口处如图1。
2、另一手捏住手套翻折部分(手套内面）取出手套，对准五指戴上，如图2。
3、掀起另一只袋口，以戴着无菌手套的手指插入另一只手套的翻边内面，将手套戴好。
然后将手套的翻转处套在工作衣袖外面，如图3。

二、脱手套的方法
1、用戴手套的手捏住另一只手套污染面的边缘将手套脱下，如图5。
2、戴着手套的手握住脱下的手套，用脱下手套的手捏住另一只手套清洁面（内面）的边缘，将手套脱下，如图6。
3、用手捏住手套的里面丢至医疗废物容器内，如图7。

三、注意事项
1、诊疗护理不同的患者之间应更换手套。
2、操作完成后脱去手套，应按规定程序与方法洗手，戴手套不能替代洗手，必要时进行手消毒。
3、操作时发现手套破损时，应及时更换。
4、戴无菌手套时，应防止手套污染。
