（5）整体化有利于节约用地和预留发展
问题： （1）高等教育迅速发展的结果是使各老校区用地日益紧 张，教学楼扩建受到了用地的限制。传统的分散式建楼的 方式不但占地多，而且在不断的扩建中往往突破校园原有 的规划，插建在老校区的空档之中，降低了校园的环境质 量。 （2）新校园建设占用了大量的农业用地和生态用地。 措施：整体式教学楼设计有利于还耕于民，保护生态、有 利于校园未来的进一步发展。 举例：日本中央大学多摩校园，两万民学生的大学占地只 花了50公顷，和我国教育部92指标人均一分地，2万人学 生占地约200公顷相比，整体式设计在满足了使用功能的 前提下大大的节约了土地资源。2.5

开窗对应：尽量使建筑物的进深方向南北向的开窗在同一 条直线上。 通廊：外廊或内廊道 局部开洞：将面宽较长的建筑物局部两至三层抽空，使风 能从洞口中间穿过，并且视线通透、有镜框作用，丰富立 面造型，提供交往和绿化的灰空间。 外廊 单边外廊的模式在南方建筑中较多采用，减少进深 获得最大可能的通风 通透 尽量大面积的开窗，交通空间和平台尽量采用半室外 的方式而不是封闭的室内空间。
