重庆万盛煤化有限责任公司煤制醋酸项目仪表接线箱采购技术规格书1 总则1.1 本文件规定了重庆万盛煤化有限责任公司（以下简称招标人）煤制醋酸项目仪表接线箱的生产、检验、运输、售后服务等各项工作内容有关技术方面的基本要求，并未对该工作的一切细节进行规定，也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文，遵循标准规范和本文件的要求不能理解为可以减轻和解除投标人的一切责任和义务。
1.2 本包标的物主要供货技术参数、供货数量：共计245台。
1.3当投标人认为招标文件有模糊或不明确之处时，投标人应将问题以书面方式通知招标人，以便招标人给以澄清。
1.4 本文件和相应请购单所提参数和要求并非限定，招标人可以接受投标人产品的合理偏离，投标人对招标人要求的标准、规范、请购单及本文件规定（统称招标人要求）的任何偏离, 均应汇总填入后面的“技术偏离表”，并写明偏离的原因。
