专业介绍

行政管理( public administration)是运用国家权力对社会事务的一种管理活动。也可以泛指一切企业、事业单位的行政事务管理工作。行政管理系统是一类组织系统。它是社会系统的一个重要分系统。

行政管理最广义的定义是指一切社会组织、团体对有关事务的治理、管理和执行的社会活动。同时也指国家政治目标的执行，包括立法、行政、司法等。狭义的定义指国家行政机关对社会公共事务的管理，又称为公共行政。

复试内容

复试的主要方式包括笔试、实践（实验、技术）能力考核、面试，综合面试时间一般不少于20分钟。在对考生德智体等方面全面考察基础上，突出对思想政治素质和品德、专业能力、专业外语、创新潜质和实践能力等方面进行深度考查，客观评价、择优选拔。

思想政治素质、品德及综合素质考核

考核内容包括：考生的政治态度、思想表现、诚信状况、工作学习态度、道德品质、人文素养、协作精神、沟通能力、事业心、责任感、心理健康状况、组织纪律性（遵纪守法）和社会实践能力等方面的表现。考核分为合格和不合格，由马克思主义学院和各有关学院共同组织实施。

专业考核

1.专业理论考核要求

①根据专业研究方向（或研究领城）的特点拟定题目，试题题型一般为论述题或方法应用题。重点考查考生的专业理论知识、综合分析和论证能力，以及文字运用和表达能力等内容。

②每位考生至少完成2道试题。

③采用笔试或面试的方式，面试时专家可根据考生对试题的理解和掌握程度进行深入提问。

2.专业技能考核要求

各有关学院考前陆续公布复试细则，考生可登录学校招生主页（https://www.360docs.net/doc/4185310.html,），并按要求参加复试。

外语听力、口语测试

主要考核考生的外语听力和专业外语语言表达能力，由我校国际体育组织学院（外国语学院）统一组织实施。其中，外语听力部分，考试方式为笔试或机试；外语口语部分，结合体育特色，主要依据制定的考核问题或情景设计，考查考生专业外语语言表达能力，考试方式为面试。

复试材料

1.考生本人有效居民身份证原件及复印件1份；

2.应届毕业生须提供完整注册后的学生证原件及复印件1份或提供《教育部学籍在线验证报告》；（入学时统一查验本科毕业证书和学位证书原件）；

3.往届生提供毕业证、学位证原件及复印件1份；

4.本科阶段学习成绩单原件或复印件（复印件须有“原件复印”并加盖原件存档单位公章）；

5.境外获得学历/学位的考生，须提交教育部留学服务中心出具的认证报告及复印件1份；

6.对于在2018年9月1日前可取得国家承认本科毕业证书的自学考试和网络教育本科生，需提供颁发毕业证书的省级高等教育自学考试办公室或网络教育办公室出具的相关证明原件及复印件1份；

7.对于在读研究生，须查验培养单位出具的同意报考证明；

8.考生自行提供可证明本人综合素质和研究潜能的背景材料（自愿原则，不作统一要求，但提交时须装订成册，封面处注明考生姓名，报考专业，考生编号）。

9.享受教育部文件规定加分政策的考生查验原件加分材料。

复试分数线

根据各学科门类、初试成绩分布和拟招收规模，我校2018年硕士研究生复试基本分数要求如下（已于3月20日公示）：

录取办法

1.考生的初试成绩与复试成绩加权之和得出入学考试总成绩，以此作为拟录取依据。权重分配：初试成绩占60%，复试成绩占40%。

入学考试总成绩并列且刚好处于某专业录取名额边缘的考生，按照录取名额录取初试成绩较高的考生。

2.已在教育部调剂网上确认其他高校拟录取的考生不得调回我校录取。

3.有以下情况之一者不予录取：

（1）考生的思想政治素质和道德品质考核结果为不合格；

（2）复试总成绩不及格（低于300分）；

（3）报考体育教育训练学、民族传统体育学专业学术学位的考生，以及报考体育硕士、艺术硕士专业学位的考生，技能考核不及格（低于180分）；

（4）对同等学力、跨专业考生须加试两门本科主干课程，单科加试成绩不及格（单科低于60分）；

（5）复试期间发现考生有考试违纪行为（违纪的认定依据国家教育违规处理办法）；

（6）考生不符合《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》规定的体检标准；

（7）对资格审查未通过的考生，不予录取。
