Offsoon Mark II Fiber Endface Cleaning MachineInstruction ManualV1.0Dimension Technology Co.,Ltd.§1 Brief IntroductionOffsoon Mark II Fiber Endface Cleaning Machine is an effective instrument in cleaning and removing the contamination from endface of female connectors, through which highly ensures low insertion loss and high return loss when connectors connected.Offsoon Mark II uses Liquid+Gas method to clean endfaces. Handle Trigger Button— press it to finish one cleaning procedure.§3 Offsoon Mark II Installation3.1 Working EnvironmentKeep Offsoon Mark II from dust and humidity environment, in the mean time keep theenvironment ventilated,Operation temperature : 15℃～25℃.There is an exhaust tube which should be extended to outdoor , so it’s better to put the machine near the window of the workshop.3.2 The hardware connection3.2.1 The gas tube connectionThere are two gas tubes need to be connected, one is gas-in tube, the other one isgas-out tube, before connected, please put “gas switch” to “off” status. Connect gasresource(cleaning and dry N2, CO2, or air) to gas-in interface by gas tube; connectexhaust gas to gas-out interface by gas tube to outdoor.3.3.2 Power connectionPlease connect the power adaptor that we provided to the back panel. Do not use any other power adaptors that could damage the machine.3.3 How to refill cleaning liquid3.3.1 How to refill cleanning liquid.1. Put the machine to a horizontal working stage2. Turn off the gas switch, then turn on the power switch3. Open the container, pour cleaning liquid into cleaner container with funnel. In the mean time observe the liquid window to control the cleaning liquid cubage4. Screw the cleaner cover tightly5. Emit remain gas by press red button of “LIQUID LED” on the back panel till liquid spout,means all the remaining gas vented.3.3.2 Cautions1. The cleaner is inflammable liquid with strong smell, please keep far away from flames,2. Contact with eyes or skin may cause irritation, if did please rinse well with water.3. Do not breath huge amount of the fumes, if did, move person into fresh air and take theperson to the hospital if in emergency.§4 Instruction Manual4.1 User guideThe machine could start work after hardware connection and cleaning liquid filled, screw relative adapter onto the handle, make sure the gas switch is in “on” status, then switch the electronic power on.Press the trigger switch to initial test, if little cleaning liquid and gas spray out, shows it working normally, otherwise, re-start the machine in ten seconds after power off the machine.After above initial test the machine could work normally, insert cleaning adapter into the female connector fully, press trigger switch to start cleaning, it lasts about 1 second for one cleaning circulate, do not withdraw the adapter before the gas fully blow.4.2 How to replace adapterUser need to change relative adapter before start cleaning different fiber connector, unscrew the “screw nut” to take off the original adapter, replace the suitable one needed. Cautions:1. Cleaning liquid is inflammable, keep it far from flame when fill it into cleaner container.2. The gas must be dry and clean.3. Gas switch must be in “off” status while refill the cleaning liquid.4. The gas and cleaning liquid must be clearly vented if machine is going to be long term idle.。

‧煮飯完成後，會聽到 " 喀擦 " 一聲，[ 煮飯 ] 開關按鍵自動跳起，自動進 入保溫狀態，此時 [ 保溫 ] 指示燈將亮起。
打開鍋蓋時，請注意水蒸氣，避免造成 燙傷。
使用中，人員不可遠離或外出，以避免發 生危險。若有發生異常時 ( 有燒焦味等 )， 請立即停止運轉。
長時間不使用時，請務必拔起電源插頭， 才不會造成絕緣惡化、漏電等異常事件。
拔出插頭時，請先按住插頭後再拔除， 勿硬拉扯電源線。

如滤波器污染严重，上方照射的灯光就会变暗。 如果灯光很暗，请洗涤或更换滤波器。 永久静电膜滤波器即便有灰尘，也能在简单清洁后继续使用， 能够保持和发挥出新的一样的功能。运行后滤波器即使变成黑色或黄色， 性能也会慢慢增加。请用吸尘器吸去肉眼能看到的大的粉尘。 1~2个月清洁一次就能保持上佳的性能。请1年（最长）更换一次滤波器 或洗涤后重复使用。
启动注意事项
请勿堵塞吸气口和排气口。 请勿在取暖器等发热物体的附近或上面使用。 请勿安装在油渣等发生油雾的场所。 清洁时请勿使用洗剂 (有可能造成龟裂等损伤) 请勿在没有过滤器的状态下使用(没有净化效果时有可能造成故障)
有关滤波器注意事项

主机的清洁
请经常清洁以避免残留污渍或脏物。 (如有污渍请尽量清洁干净) 用柔软的干抹布擦拭。有不易擦去的污渍或脏物时， 用温水蘸湿抹布并把水拧干后擦拭(请勿弄得太湿)。 请勿使用挥发性溶液。 (苯、油漆辛那、亮光粉等有可能造成表面损伤) 清洁时请勿使用洗剂。 (洗剂成分有可能造成表面损伤) 请保管于干燥场所，避免受潮。

室内(家庭)使用方法
使用橡胶垫时 把随附的橡胶垫均匀贴在主机底部后使用。 使用支架时 把适配器插头插到支架下面的孔后连接主机。 把橡胶垫贴在支架下面的边角后使用。 贴在墙上时 在粘贴的墙面上打上混凝土用钢钉(25mm)，只留5mm左右。 贴魔术贴时，用力按压相叠部分，取下产品时慢慢揭下。
