Starter Module 3教学设计教材及年级名七年级模块名称Starter Module3 My English book称教材分析本模块是《英语》（新标准）“一条龙”初中教材“预备级（Starter）”衔接小学英语和初中英语的补充教材的第三模块。
“预备级”不是对小学阶段教材的全面总结和回顾，而是从学习英语初中阶段教材所应具备的基本英语语言能力出发，考察或培养学生在开始学习初中教材前所必备的英语听、说、读、写基本技能。
让每一名学生以“话题”为中心，在真实的情境中合作与交流，在同一“话题”中尽可能多地覆盖小学阶段要求掌握的知识。
本模块围绕“MyEnglish book”这一中心话题，在真实语境中呈现了用英语表述身边物品，英语单词拼写，以及英语颜色的表述。
颜色、物品和食物的单词在小学阶段都已经出现过，这些知识的运用激活了学生原有的小学知识，并降低了学生运用固定句型做对话的难度。
在这一模块要求学生能够把这些词汇应用于固定句型的问答，以我们的现实生活为语言背景形成简短的对话并表演。
学情分析由于刚刚升入初中一年级的学生英语基础参差不齐，这就在一定程度上增加了初中一年级英语教学的难度。
1. 知识基础：部分学生小学时虽然学过一点相关的内容和知识，但缺少丰富的语言基础，对这些交际用语运用的相当不熟练，交际任务的完成有难度。
2．思维能力：有较强的记忆力和模仿能力，有待培养知识的扩展运用能力。
