经了解，我们很多同事都非常渴望提高自己的英语口语水平。
为了给大家创造一个全英语交流学习环境，公司将为员工组建一个“English Club” .
加入到English Club 中，你可以在这里通过个人演讲、口语交流、电影赏析、电影原声模仿、情景剧等有趣的活动说说你嘴里的那些word。

为保证学习效果，俱乐部人数不宜过多，限定在20人以内。
并将采用“会员制”管理模式。

英语俱乐部主持人需要拥有流畅的口语水平，并在活动中扮演好培训师和引导者的重要角色。
我们将通过内部选拔来发掘这样的人才。
我们也希望给具备优秀口语表达能力的同事提供一个表现自我，锻炼演讲表达能力的平台。
主持人职责如下：
1.主持人和培训主管共同负责每周活动主题的选取，并准备相应主题的素材。
于每周五发
送给俱乐部会员，以便会员提前知晓活动主题。
活动形式或素材内容需要有感染力，并贴近生活，并注重会员参入度。
2.在活动过程中，主持人既是会员的亲密合作伙伴，又是向导。
需要随时注意引领会话的
航向，帮助会员排除会话中出现的语言障碍，并鼓励全员投入。
这样不但减轻了会员的心理压力，也有利于会员准确了解学情，更能使交流朝预期的方向发展，收到更理想的效果
3.在活动中主持人要帮助学员树立自信心，克服虚荣心和自卑心理，最重要的是在确定话
题时一定要慎重。
使学员面对话题有话可说，有话想说，其次，主持人要尽量使学员在交际过程中更多地体会到成功的喜悦和幸福。
如适时适度的送上鼓励和赞扬的话语。
“Very great!”、“How clever! ”、“Excellent!”、“Well done!”等，使他们获得成就感，从而激发学习兴趣，在轻松愉快的演练中，摆脱畏惧和胆怯心理。
4.给学员展示自我的机会，满足他们的成功欲。
定期举办“情景剧表演，原声模仿，经典
配音”等活动，让学员在全体学员面前表演，使会话效果升华，同时起到以点带面的作用。
5. 为赞赏主持人为俱乐部做出的努力，由公司出资赞助，主持人每次活动有50元?培训费。
