成长英文演讲稿篇一：企业文化与个人成长—英语演讲稿The Pursuit of HappinessGood afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Hulei, coming from the Mechanical and Electrical Information limited company. The title of my speech is the pursuit of happiness, the same with a very famous American film acted by Will Smith.In this film, Will Smith acted as a stockbroker intern named Chris Gardner in a stock company, who had neither bachelor degree nor great family background. As an intern, he was required to work at least 6 months without any salary. What’s worse, there were other 19 competitors, because only one of them could get this job. Meanwhile, due to the poverty, his wife left him away to New York. At last, he could not even pay the rent, and had to take his son and join the queue waiting for the relieving house from church. Even so, he still kept optimistic and told his son never to give up, just like the words he usually said ‘if you have a dream, you’ll have to protect it, and then happiness will come to knock by itself’. At last, the good fortune cameto knock his door, and Gardner became a real stockbroker by his effort and persistence.This film makes me understand that the chance will always favor the person who prepared well. To get a good fortune, you have to pay more perspiration and persistence for your dream up to success, regardless of poverty or difficulty.Compared to Chris Gardner, I think I was very lucky. In May 21st of this year, I joined in Jiangsu complete equipment limited company and became an editor of the journal of Mechanical and Electrical Information. At the beginning, the strangeness of new environment and the lack of editing knowledge made me feel less belongingnessin our company. During the review of manuscripts, I could not find the mistakes effectively, and sometimes even not understand the content correctly because of the lack of specialized vocabularies. In this case, the review quality could not be guaranteed, affecting the next work procedure. However, our company provided much training about editing standards and specialized knowledge, making me gradually qualifiedfor this job.Until now, nearly 6 months have been away. As a new employee, I participated in many training subjects in our company, such as company culture, project management, project bidding and so on. Obeying the mission to seek happiness for the employee, the company built an extensive development platform and provided many training chances to us, making me truly integrated into this family. Just like the words in the film, ‘this is a little part in my life, but it names happiness’. Here, I would like to express my great gratitude to my superiors and colleagues.Generally, the stabilization and development of company will promote the individual progress. In reverse, the individual should undertake some responsibility for the company’s development, and accomplish our own work as well as possible. These characters looks very nice, but at that moment, they were merely nine simple words in my mind. After a year of work here, now I find these nine words have been rooted in my heart.Taking great responsibility: that is to say, we all should be ambitious ,keep our mission supreme and make our objective clear . we should always dedicate to our career bravely and readily .Marching on broad Road : that is to say , we shoud cultivate ourselves to be a man with loyalty 、credit and professional discipline.Achieving significant value: that is to say ，we should try our best to pursuit a successful career, creat an outstanding achievement, realize our life purpose .Based on this motto, XCMG has accomplished a significant rise in annual revenue from $386 million at its birth day to $66 billion in XX and keeps itself as a pioneer of construction machinery industry in China for 22 years. Since its establishment, XCMG never ceased its steps to contribute to the society and alwaysshowed people a thriving State . Why Why can it be flourishing for 22 years. Having been here for a year, I could discover this mystery finally. The value of an enterprise is not decided by its achievement but by its contribution to the society. The more contribution a company dedicates to the society, the greater recognition it acquire from people. Conversely, if an enterprise always obtain without contributing, even to cause harm to the society,then the company’s existence does not make any sense.The same goes for an employee, as members of XCMG, we have been taking every piece of our energy to serve our people, dedicate our youth to our society. we keep our selves in coincidence with this philosophy, and always show a enterprise with" strict, practical, ambitious and innovative " spirit in front of the world.Recalling my first time that I entered into the company ,I saw various advanced products, professional working skills, as well as rigorous work attitude of our staff. All of these are what I have not experiencedat school and in my heart the fiery feeling told me : I like here!In practicing phase, we did not work at specific I helped my colleagues for a lot of sporadic works which got me a more comprehensive understanding of the company. During this period, I found that knowledges received in school textbook is far from enough for doing a great job here. Fortunately I was delighted to notice that all my colleagues from Technology Center were very enthusiastic to help me with my questions, and transfered their technology expertise to me without reservation. The indifference among employees in state-owned enterprise which I heard originally did not exist at all. I felt warmness just as if I had been working with my family members.
