民勤三中2015届高考备考研讨会发言稿(英语)高三英语备课组尊敬的各位领导、老师:大家上午好!年年岁岁的高考备考研讨会如期而至,今天我很荣幸在这里代表民勤三中高三英语备课组我们三中2015届高考英语学科一诊试卷命题质量、成绩分析、存在的问题以及后期复习中的策略谈一下自己的看法。

在这最后的一个多个月内,如何提高学生的学习效率,提升学生的成绩,是我们师生共同的心愿。

为了使后期复习能扎实有效地进行,确保今年高考取得优异成绩。

针对高三教学实际, 下面我就英语学科谈一下自己的看法。

一、大纲分析与往年相比,今年的高考英语试题类型基本定型,依旧考察考查语言运用能力以及以篇章阅读为主体的阅读能力。

二、一诊试卷质量分析、一诊考试的情况及存在的问题1、试题质量分析本次考试英语试卷的试题紧扣《考试大纲》凸显能力为先,试卷特点如下:1)、试卷注重基础,体现灵活运用,难度和区分度恰当,无偏题、怪题出现。

2)、试题从知识立意逐渐向能力立意转变。

3)、书面表达难度控制适中。

2、一诊考试的情况及存在的问题我校高三共有八个教学班,五理三文322名学生,理科186人,文科136人。

本次考试理科最高分488分,200分以下40人;文科最高分459分,250分以下45人。

其中艺术类学生17人。

大家都知道,我校生源极差,特别是这一级学生,基础十分薄弱,对高中阶段的内容学习起来非常吃力,可以说有一部分学生就不适宜读高中,尤其不适宜学习理科。

但从目前高三学生的整体情况来看,学生学习态度端正、勤奋刻苦、秩序良好,好学上进,升学的心情非常迫切。

基于这种情况,在第一次诊断考试中才能取得令人鼓舞的成绩。

具体答卷情况如下:(1)选择题部分,从全校前50名学生来看英语70分选择题,大多数学生35分左右,分数较低的原因主要表现在阅读部分词汇量上不去,每篇阅读时间把握不好。

刘老师,谢谢你!我们期待着你进一步的指导!刚才听了前面五个兄弟学校的发言,我觉得都有好多值得我们学习的地方、值得我们借鉴的做法,感觉我们做得还相当不够。

接下来,我将就我们备课组在前期教学中的主要做法、成绩与问题和大家进行一个简单的交流。

我们统一使用的资料有百朗听力、5年高考3年模拟、英语周报以及一本词汇书,不同老师会根据自己班级的实际教学情况增减资料的使用。

一、具体的做法:1、词汇教学:(1)讲解:包括词汇书上重点词汇的讲解、话题词汇讲解、高频词汇讲解、考纲外词汇讲解、构词法讲解;(2)积累:标记重难点词汇、关注并记录每次练习中出现的重点词汇、积累与写作相关的单词、短语和句型;(3)过关:通过听写、默写、运用三种方式过关,一部分老师通过批改检查学生是否过关,另一部分老师通过课堂的及时检查来发现学生的问题;(4)运用:包括英翻汉汉翻英、词语替换练习、一词多义练习、熟词生义练习、单句翻译练习、话题词汇写作训练;(5)在整个词汇的复习过程中,我们注重了对词汇的重复和复习的落实。

2、阅读:(1)长难句专题复习或者在文章里面遇到就及时讲解,帮助大部分学生学会梳理句子结构;(2)根据“5年高考3年模拟”所提供的资料,分专题进行阅读技巧的系统复习,帮助学生学会如何分析题干、选项、文章以及如何将这三者结合起来统一分析,使部分学生达到熟能生巧的地步,使阅读理解不再成为绝大部分学生的噩梦;(3)选用其它省市的阅读理解题,或者定时练习,或者考试,或者布置成课后作业,天天都有一定量的练习;(4)重点讲评学生把握不准的体裁或者难度很大的文章或者难题;(5)学生记录阅读理解文章中的重点词汇、短语或者句型并背诵,老师检查笔记。

1、科学定位,明确思路。

因为我区优质生源主要被一中录取,我校生源质量并不高,学生基础差,能力不强。

针对现实我们就提出了不搞“高精尖”,强化基础能力备考思路。

2、注重读背,重在落实。

为了强化学生的基础知识,我们特别注意书本知识的掌握,为此我校规定了每周五早自习为文综早自习,而且各班还规定每天晚自习前的半小时时间也为读书时间,做到时间有保证,同时我们引导学生根据自己的实际制定背书计划,我们为了落实背书效果还专门利用课堂时间或课后时间进行检查,对没有达标的学生给予一定的惩罚。

(2)英语知识运用部分,本套试卷语法填空题比较简单,但绝大多数学生得分很低,平均分5分,主要原因是没有写对给出的7个单词的正确形式,答题时粗心,动词短语的固定用法没有记住等。

(3)写作题部分,短文改错得分3分左右,原因是学生的语篇理解能力很弱,根本找不出错误,更别提如何去修改,相当一部分学生修改符号还是出错。

书面表达题给学生留有充分发挥能力的空间,大多数学生都有话可写,学生得分大概是15分左右。

一诊结束后,学校及时组织我们高三级任科教师对考试情况进行分析,总结了成功的经验和做法,也梳理出目前存在的不足和问题:
一是有待进一步加强高考应试方法的指导。

从一诊情况看,大部分学生还不能适应正规高考题目,感觉无所适从;既便是相对好一点的学生也不会解答综合性较强的阅读题目,成绩相对低下。

二是有待进一步加强知识综合分析运用能力的培养。

从试卷分析看,试卷中出现的问题,不是缺乏积累而是不会运用,学生分析问题解决问题的能力还有待进一步提高。

三是有待进一步引导学生调整心态轻松应考。

从目前的情况看,一两个尖子生成绩相对突出,但心态极不稳定,焦燥、恐惧心理也相对突出;中间层面的学生,学习劲头也很足,但是由于基础太差,面对繁多庞杂的知识点,无从着手,急燥而又无奈。

部分薄弱学生,特别是报了单招的学生已经放弃了学英语。

四是有待进一步加强基础知识与基本技能的训练。

从第一次诊断考试的情况来看,学生对一些基础知识的掌握还不够扎实,特别是学生书写普遍存在潦草、不认真的现象,在一定程度上也影响高考得分。

根据以上存在的问题,在后一阶段的复习当中,我们高三英语备课组针对教学实际,特制定如下计划:
1、依纲据本,详解考纲变化
对考纲需整体把控,尤其是2015年《新课标考试大纲》中的三大变化:
1)、命题词汇量增加至3500左右
今年的《考试大纲》和《考试说明》词汇表中的单词都是3500个左右,并且增加了“主要国家名称及相关信息”的词汇,包括国家、人民和相关的形容词形式。

2)、改变阅读中对词义推断的要求
2015年的《考试大纲》在语言运用部分对阅读的能力要求中,将原来的“根据上下文推断生词的词义”改为“根据上下文推断单词和短语的含义”,也就是旧词新义,这是一项全新的变化。

3)、改变语法填空题中所填词数的要求
2014年的《考试说明》中首次出现语法填空新题型,当年的全国课程标准试卷中对该题型的做题指令是“阅读下面材料,在空白处填入适当的内容(不多于3个单词)或括号内单词的正确形式”,今年的《考试说明》中对该题语言材料空白处所需填写的内容要求更改为“1个单词”(其余内容未变),这仅对未提供单词的空白处所填单词作出了明确的词数限制(只能填入1个单词)。

但是,对于提供单词的空白处,要求填写所提供单词的正确形式。

这样的空白涉及所供单词的词形变化和词的用法,其正确形式有些只填写一个单词,主要涉及词性的转换(如形容词与副词的相互转换)、词形的变化(如名词的数、代词的格)等,有些需要填写一个以上的单词,主要涉及单词的用法(如动词的时态、语态、语气以及非谓语动词、形容词和副词的比较级或最高级)。

因此,如果将今年《考试说明》中对语法填空题词数的限制仅仅理解为“10个空白处都只能填1个单词”,这是片面的。

《考试说明》的参考试卷(样题)中,语法填空题是2014年全国课程标准试卷(甲卷)的原题,括号内提供的单词有7个,所给答案中有9个空白只填了1个单词,但有一个填了to stop。

可见,要求填“1个单词”的空白是没有提供单词的空白,提供单词的空白是要“填入括号内单词的正确形式”,这个正确形式就不会全部都是“1个单词”了。

因此,师生要正确理解《考试大纲》和《考试说明》中的内容与要求。

2、高效备考,提高复习效率
我校2015届学生生源很差,根据学生的实际,结合他们存在的问题,做好以下几个方面:
1)、认真研究新考纲,细化考纲内容,依据考纲进行复习
考纲中的考试性质、考核目标与要求是备考的指南,其中的语言知识、语言运用项目以及附录中的语音、语法、功能意念、话题项目和词汇都是高考考查的内容。

因此,在复习备考中,一定要把考纲内容目标落到实处,依照考纲进行复习。

2)、重视词汇的记忆和应用,强化读与写,提高语言运用能力
考纲及其说明要求考生掌握约3500个单词,这是高考命题的词汇范围。

在二轮复习中一定要及时弥补一轮中没有复习到的词汇,加强训练,可以通过多种练习形式训练考生掌握常用单词的主要用法和搭配,例如在句中练习单词拼写、在短文中用单词的正确形式填空、进行单句或短文改错练习、做汉译英练习、做书面表达练习等。

在下一阶段中,要巩固词汇的记忆、理解和应用,可采用高考的各种题型进行训练。

读与写是高考的重头戏,要始终把读、写放在重要地位,要贯穿整个高三复习的始终,以提高考生的综合语言运用能力为目标。

我们建议平时限时阅读、创设氛围,训练考生的读、写速度,提高语言知识的运用能力,可以将语法填空与词汇运用、短文改错、书面表达相结合,可以将阅读理解与完形填空相结合,可以将书面表达与短文改错相结合,也可以用整套试题进行综合训练,特别是阅读,一定要五篇连做以训练学生的耐性。

3)、深入研究语法填空题型,把握命题规律,讲究作答技巧
针对今年语法填空题要求的新变化,师生很有必要认真研究这种题型,掌握其命题规律与作答技巧。

该题主要从词法和句法两方面考查语法基础知识,兼顾考查行文逻辑、惯用法、构词法、固定短语或句型。

作答时,根据题目要求,空白处一般都只填入一个单词,往往是冠词、代词、介词、连词、从句的引导词等。

另外,题目要求中的“填入括号内单词的正确形式”,主要针对于给出单词的空白,涉及动词的时态、语态以及非谓语形式等,有可能填入一个以上的单词。

除此之外,要求用给出单词的同根词填空,如形容词或副词的词性变化、名词的数的变化等。

给出单词的词性最终变化是有规律可循的,动词最终变为不同的时态、语态或非谓语形式,形容词、副词最终词性互变或变为比较级、最高级,名词最终变为复数形式或形容词等。

4)、利用改错本整理错题
对于改错题,除加强语言基本功训练外,主要通过做改错题提高观察能力、纠错能力,了解改错题的命题规律,如冠词、时态、人称、介词、名词复数、连词等方面的错几乎每年都有,训练改错思维。

高三题多,保存不是件容易的事情,因此,每次做完题后,先把做题的情况进行分析并找出错误的原因,把重点、易错点和新鲜词汇进行归纳、总结,每周检查、复习、巩固,做到温故而知新。

通过这样反复训练,明显降低出错率,培养自信心。

后期复习过程中,除了进行学业上的辅导之外,更要重视心理辅导,关注学生心理,积极疏导,缓解学生心理压力,帮助学生解决学习中的困难。
