English:As a high school student in Shanghai, I have witnessed firsthand the intense pressure and competition faced by my peers. The high expectations from parents and teachers, coupled with the fierce competition for top universities, have created a stressful environment for many students. The pressure to excel in academics, extracurricular activities, and standardized tests can take a toll on students' mental and physical health. Many of my classmates struggle to find a balance between schoolwork, social life, and personal well-being, leading to high levels of stress, anxiety, and burnout. It is crucial for both students and educators to prioritize mental health and well-being, and to provide support and resources for students to cope with the challenges they face.
