Part.1 AMERICAN ANIMATED FILM
On American animated film, I want to talk about its typical example—Disney.
Today’s Disney cartoon remains its precious advantages and becomes more mature. They usually have following features
First, they usually have complicated plots and profound purport.
Second, they mostly end with happy ending, which cater to the needs of the audience. They are almost without any violent and bloody scene as well. Above all, the contents do conform to moral norms.
Character is one of the most important elements of the animated film, Disney Company is good at figures design. Characters are lively and imaginative. People in cartoons are close to reality, as animals or m onsters are exaggerated, lovely and interesting.
According to this, Disney has succeeded in making many classic animated stars.
Music is also a highlight in the film. It sounds beautiful and infectious.
In addition to what has been mentioned above, high digital technology should not be ignored. Americans use their advantage of high-tech to make the image more and more perfect.
Part2. JAPANESE ANIMATION
Now we turn to Japanese animation. Japanese animation has clear categories for different ages, children teenagers or adults.
Here we mainly say something about animations which close to us.
Japanese animations are mostly adapted from comics. Similar to American animated film, Japanese animation also has fine images and good characters. And its characters’ information is more detailed. We can know
their birthday, height & weight, hobbies and so on.
Japanese animation sometimes becomes a series, such as GUNDAM, DIGIMON. Or it may publish in magazine for very long time. Like Detective CONAN, ONE PIECE, NARU TO.
Combination of fantasy and reality is also a necessary characteristic of Japanese animation. For example, Dragon ball,Saint Seiya these fantastic animations, or sports animation Captain Tsubasa, which makes Japanese football dream come true and encourage Japanese football.
Then I will talk about casts. Dubbing is very important in animation. J apanese CV (Character Voice)are very famous in Chinese just like i n Japan. Their voice is so emotional that makes character like a re al man.
Why Japanese animation is so popular all over the world? I think a good subject and positive meaning are necessary.
Friendship and keeping the faith are blood animation’s favorite subjects. Just like my favorite one SD, characters’ stories move so many people and bring us positive energy.
But recently, there are few good works in new season. It becomes boring or vulg. Most people prefer to watch the old or classic ones. I hope be better in the future.。
