（二）新课呈现（Presentation）：1.师生先用“Good morning”互相问候，然后由教师手拿国旗作自我介绍，引出“I'm from China”句型。
2.学生进行自我介绍：I'm ×××.I'm from…（三）巩固与拓展（Consolidation and extension）：1.学生小组内操练课文对话，并进行竞赛评比。
2.学生戴上头饰、上台表演，操练重点句型“I'm from…”。

本节课是开学的第一节课，我充分利用生活情景介绍新来的学生，调动了学生的学习积极性，给学生创设了真实的语境，同时采用师生、生生合作以及上台表演的形式，让学生听懂并会说一些简单的问候语，并学会了简单的自我介绍，学生在愉快的学习氛围中学得轻松、记得牢固。

第一课时
一、教学设计思路
本课时的教学在轻松愉悦的气氛中展开，教师采用生动活泼的方式讲解新知，同时教师为学生创造机会，进行新知的操练，“朗读单词一条龙”，“看看谁的反应快”及“找朋友”的游戏帮助学生保持较高的学习兴趣和热情。
最后教师通过让学生动手画画的方式，进一步巩固所学知识。
二、教学目标
（一）知识
本课时需要重点讲解有关学校设施的五个单词并了解他们的功能。
（二）能力
1.能够听、说、认读本课时的主要单词：teacher’s office, canteen, garden, play ground, library.
2.听懂指令语，并按照要求做出相应的动作，如：Go to the garden, water the flowers.
（三）情感
学校是我们每天学习与生活的地方，创建一个干净美丽的校园，让我们的校园生活更愉快。

本课时的难点是library中辅音连缀的发音。

1．教师准备一张校园的分布图。

1.导入
（1）师生间先进行简短的问候。

2.呈现新课
（1）教师把一张学校的分布图贴到黑板上，教师用英文向学生提问：What can you see in the picture? 学生回答：I can see… （学生可以用汉语回答）
（2）教师把五个教学设施的单词卡片分别贴在学校分布图的周围，每个教学设施的单词卡片要最接近学校分布图上的相应教学设施。
（3）教师开始教授单词：teacher’s office, canteen, garden, play ground, library.
教师可以采用如下方法：
首先是教师领读学生跟读，教师可以采用“高低声”的方式来练习，教师读低声学生读高声，或者教师读低声，学生读高声生。
教师领读单词过程中，采用循环朗读单词的方式，开始一个单词重复一次，然后两个单词重复一次，如：教师领读第一遍时：teacher’s office, teacher’s office, canteen, canteen,... 教师领读第二遍时：teacher’s office, canteen, teacher’s office, canteen,... 之后依次类推。
然后采用教师指黑板上的图片，学生抢答的方式。
接下来采用一个学生指图片其他学生抢答的方式。
最后采用其他学生任意说单词，一个学生指书上或是黑板上图片的形式。
（4）教师把flowers, story-book等单词的图片分别放在相应教学设施的附近，比如，教师把flowers的图片紧挨着黑板上garden 的图片放置。
教师让学生听Let’s do 部分的录音。
学生先听，然后教师边做动作边领读，学生跟读。
（5）待学生较熟悉后，教师发出指令，学生做动作，也可以是学生发出指令，其余的学生作动作。
3.操练
（1）朗读单词一条龙
教师让学生按照一定的顺序读单词，比如：前三个学生分别把单词teacher’s office读一遍，然后接下来的三个学生要把单词canteen分别读一遍，以此类推。
读错单词的学生“罚”他（她）用英语来提问比如：How are you?/ What’s your favourite food?最先给出答案的学生，获得接着读单词的机会，游戏继续进行。
（2）看看谁的反应快
教师选两名学生来教室前面，教师发出指令，“Touch ‘canteen’”最先触摸到这个单词的学生的一分。
每组学生分别有8次机会。
最后积分最多的学生获胜。
（3）找朋友
教师让10个学生分别拿着Let’s do 部分出现的单词：garden, flowers, library,
story-book 等单词的卡片。
教师宣布游戏开始，10个学生分别行动起来去找自己的“朋友”即拿着garden图片的学生和拿着flowers图片的学生站到一起，教师让其余的学生做小裁判，评出动作最快的组合。
获胜的小组，获得小奖品。
4.课堂评价
教师在游戏过程中给与学生公正客观的评价。
5.学以致用
教师让学生拿出白纸和笔，教师说本课有关设施的单词，学生快速快出相应的简笔画。
