英语校本研修成果

作为一名教育工作者,从教多年来一直担任英语科教学工作,在不断地提高自身专业水平和能力的同时,面对教育改革和创新需要新突破的新形势,不断探索,整体优化,创造性的进行工作,取得了较好的效果,得到学生的认可。

但是学生水平高低差距大,使教师在授课中难以兼顾, 教材的词汇量大、内容多、语法较零碎,操作难度大。

以新课程改革为指导,着眼于教育教学实践中出现的问题,通过校本研修,不断改进教学行为,提高自身的专业素质和教学质量,以全面实施素质教育为目标,以推进课程改革为重点,转变教学观念、深化教学改革、优化教学方式,提高自身的专业发展水平。

坚持理论与实践相结合,并及时发现、解决教学中的存在问题,以教研促教改。

同时利用共同研究这个平台,互相学习,为提高教学质量而努力。

一、研修目标
1、利用共同研究这个平台,积极参加研修。

使自己由学习型向研
究型转变,不断进行教学研究,努力探索和研究适合学生特点、能促进学生全面发展的教学方法,推动教学质量稳步提升。

2.以人为本,以关注人的全面发展为目标。

3、以新的教育理念为指导,以课程改革重点,以促进师生共同发
展为目的,以改革课堂教学为突破口。

把立足点放在解决教学改革和实验中所遇到的实际问题上;着眼点放在理论与实践的结合上;切入点放在教师教学方式和学生学习方式的转变上。

4.加强教育教学研究,寻找适合自己学生的分层教学方式和方法,努力提高课堂教学效率。

5.树立终身学习的理念,不断学习,不断提高自己的文化底蕴、理论水平和实践能力。

6.结合教学实践,把个人校本研修工作做好,从而为整个学校的校本研修而努力。

二、研修内容:
1、英语教学研究的最新动态与成果。

2、英语新课程标准。

以“分层教学”为具体研修内容,积极与同
事交流研讨,力争在提高自己教学能力的同时也大面积提高学生的成绩。

3精读一本教育教学专着,写好个人读后感并发表在个人博客。


学校有计划地安排下认真听课、评课。

4.认真研究教材教法,认真写好教学设计。

三、活动与实施:
1、以学校、教研组开展的校本教研活动为主,适时进行自主研
修。

2、认真参加“小组学习研讨”活动,将在培训学习中所得的,在具体的教学实践中尝试,使自己的教学水平逐步提高,寻找出一条适合本地,适合自己的发展之路,争取逐步形成自己的教学特色.设计出富有个性的教案。

3、利用网络进行学习与交流。

4、广泛地阅读各类有益的书籍,利用网络学习现代信息科技,不断构建、丰富自己的知识结构和理路水平。

5.教研并进:课前认真钻研教材和课标,备课注重教法,更注重学法指导。

努力提高课堂教学效率。

课堂上尊重个体发展,并鼓励创新。

课后认真反思,不断提高,用心辅导,让每位学生都能有最大程度的发展和进步。

?总之,我们在教学中应将传统与现代的有效的结合起来,按照《新课标》的要求,在教学思路和方法上不断创新;同时注意学生在学习方法上的突破,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略;培养自主学习的能力以及观察、记忆、思维、想像能力和创新精神,拓展视野,为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。
