①信头。指发信人地址及日期。位于 信笺右上方,先写地址,最后一 行写日期。 ②信内地址。指收信人姓名、地址。 信头下隔行靠信笺左侧。公务信 函必须写信头和信内地址。
③称呼。指对收信人的称谓语。 信内地址下隔行顶格书写。 称呼可以根据收信人的性别、 职务、婚姻状况、姓名等个人 信息来写,如:Mr. Williams, Mrs. Bush, Professor Li, Dr. Smith, Dear Mum and Dad。
