1、在教学中应把时间和空间多留给学生。
合作学习前给学生独立思考的时间。
提出一个探究性的问题，给学生思维空间。
给学生自主学习的时间和空间。
在课堂教学中，时间是最重要的学习资源。
一个教师对时间如何分配，直接反映这个教师的教学观。
探究的问题性、实践性、参与性和开放性决定了探究学习必须有充分的自主学习时间，否则就是一句空话。
2、精心设计教学环节，激发学生学习的主动性。
学生学习的主动性主要在于老师的调动。
在学生消除心理障碍后，就需要老师精心设计教学的各个教学环节，设计模仿、会话、口、笔头操练、提问，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，激活学生的思维，激起学生的情感，使学生全身心地投入到英语教学活动中。
3、创造性运用教材。
新课程倡导教师“用教材教”，而不是简单地“教教材”。
教材只是书面的东西，而且所载的信息是有限的。
传统的教学与新课程教学有很大的区别，以往的教学只是要求讲解知识点，而现在的新课程强调要引导学生学会观察，学会思考，学会如何学习的能力。
教师与学生的位置也发生了变化，从教师中心转向学生中心;学生的学习方式发生了变化，从独立学习转向了合作学习;学生的学习态度发生了变化，从接受学习转向探究式学习。
4、要让课堂“活”起来，学生“动”起来。
怎样能使
学生动起来?(1)激发学生在课前准备阶段动起来。
(2)引导学生在导入新课阶段动起来。
如果教师能增加一些新花样，变换一下方式的话，学生的注意力一定会保持集中。
如可以小竞赛、讲故事、做游戏等等。
(3)鼓励学生在练习中动起来。
在英语课堂上，让学生充分参与，对学生综合能力的提高有一定帮助。
在操练中我们不但要学生动口，而且还应让学生动脑、动手、动表情、甚至可以把教室当作舞台让学生去表演。
让学生在生动、形象、直观的情景下轻松、愉快地掌握所学的知识。
三、灵活运用语言学习规律。
英语作为一门与汉语完全不同的语言学科，它有它自己的词汇、语音和语法规则。
教师以学生的英语学习为中心，扎实抓好课堂教学，让学习落到实处。
现在很时髦的提法就是以“学生为中心”，认为应把学习的主动权交给学生。
此次培训为我提供了一个很好的学习机会，开阔了我的视野，增长了我的见识。
我发现自身在教学上存在着许多的不足之处，作为年轻教师，作为一线英语教师，我感到肩上的担子更重了，我一定要多努力学习。
今后，我会在教材的钻研上多下功夫，在新的课程改革的带动下，转变教育思想改变教学模式，实施真正意义的主体性教学，我会尽量将学到的知识技能运用到中学英语课堂教学中。
我会加倍努力，在以后的教育教学中勤于思考，善于分析，争取成为一名优

为了适应英语新课程改革需要，尽快提高学生的英语水平，达到新课标的要求，我在新学期里应该努力做到以下几点：
1、反复学习新课程标准理念，深刻领会英语课程的要求
我要不折不扣地按照上级的要求，学习有关文件精神，准确把握新课程标准的理念、目标和内容，运用教育学和心理学理论，研究英语教学的规律，根据教学目标、学生的需要以及当地客观条件，积极地和有创造性地探索有效的教学方法，同时加强中外文化修养，拓宽知识面，掌握现代教育技术，并能在自己的继续学习和实际教学之中加以运用。
2、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛
围
学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化、对英语学习有积极的情感，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩。
消极的情感不仅会影响英语学习的效果，而且会影响学生的长远发展。
因此，在英语教学中我应该自始至终关注学生的情感，努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。
3、尽量采用"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力
依据课程的总体目标并结合教学内容，尽量设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，要以学生的生活经验和兴趣为出发点，内容和方式要尽量真实，吸引和组织他们积极参与。
学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。
促使学生获取、处理和使用信息，用英语与他人交流，发展用英语解决实际问题的能力，同时，积极鼓励学生把活动延伸到课堂之外的学习和生活之中。
4、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础
使学生养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略是英语课程的重要任务之一、教师要有意识地加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和运用英语的过程中逐步学会如何学习。
5、要树立新的学生观和教学观，促进学生的英语学习
根据学生的年龄特点和兴趣爱好，积极开展各种课外活动有助于学生增长知识、开阔视野、发展智力和个性、展现才能，例如可以利用第二课堂的时间开展英语对话朗诵、唱歌、讲故事、演讲、表演等英语课外活动，培养他们的自主性和创新意识。
6、教师必须提高自身专业素质。
新课程对学生提出了更高的综合语言运用能力的目标。
教师的综合语言运用能力的高低，直接影响了学生相关的能力的提高和新课程目标的实现。
因此，每一位教师都必须不断提高自身的综合语言运用能力。
同时，教师还必须学习新的知识，发展新的教学策略，研究如何帮助学生形成有效的学习策略和文化知识，通过英语课程促进学生积极的情感和价值观的形成。
我会不断充实自己并且及时总结和借鉴经验，使英语教学工作更上一层楼。
中考英语培训心得体会5月6日，我们一行四人到池池河中学参加了由县教研室主办的“中考备考复习研讨会”，研讨会为期一天，早上由西安市曲江第一中学的英语教师分享了他的一节复习课—完形填空，下午由这位老师专讲了他们的复习计划和策略。
通过这一天的学习和交流，我受益颇深，接下来我就简单回顾总结一下，谈谈参加这次研讨会的感想。
1、发现自己复习教学中的不足
通过这次培训，我发现以前教学和复习中的许多弊端和不足：课本的复习很粗糙，学生只是被动的接受，主动整理知识点，有针对性的练习比较少，缺乏对知识的整合和练习;对中考复习资料的处理上，只讲解复习资料，仍然缺乏针对性，学生复习效率低;专题复习相对来说针对性强了，但往往难度太大，不能面向全体，效果还是不好。
2、修改和调整复习计划
通过这次培训，我便立即修改了复习计划，将许多计划中老师讲的内容让学生去整理和归纳。
特别是资料中设计的词汇拓展部分，是复习的重点内容，资料的第一大块让学生去重点掌握，而不是把书上的每一单元内容都强记，这样就减轻了学生的负担。
我们用的这套资料非常好，把中考该考到的内容都涉及到了。
因为这学期时间很短，资料上的的内容就是我们后一阶段复习的核心。
