2. 能听懂“Let’s check”部分的录音并完成听力任务。
3. 能听、说、认读单词“want”，“send”，“email”，和“at”。
4. 能读懂“Story time”部分的趣味故事。
5. 培养学生综合运用英语的能力，保持学生高昂的学习兴趣和积极合作、交流的精神。
二、教学重难点（一）重点1. 能完成“Read and write”部分的阅读任务和写作任务，复习本单元的主要句型。
2. 能听懂“Let’s check”部分的录音并完成听力任务。

三、教学准备1. 教师准备多媒体课件、课文情景动画或音频MP3。

三、教学过程（一）课前热身(Warm-up)1. 课堂口语练习。

学生同桌玩“剪刀、石头、布”的游戏，赢的一方问“What can you do?”，输的一方用句型“I can …”回答。
设计意图：用竞赛型的游戏练习本单元的主要句型，激发学生的好奇心和开口说话的热情。
二、新课呈现(Presentation)1. B. Read and write.(1) 教学新单词。
教师用多媒体课件呈现邮件的图片，说：“This is an email, I want to send the email to my friend.”（教师边说边做发送邮件的动作），然后教师接着说：“I can send the email at mary@163com.”。

What can you do? 此句是what引导的特殊疑问句，其回答是直接回答内容I can…，而不用yes 或no。当表示为某件事做准备时，用介词for，例如：What can you do for the party?聚会上你会做什么？
