2、拆除砖石构筑物高度5m以上的,上部用人工与风镐配合凿除,下部视其坚硬程度和场地条件,分别采取挖机直接挖除、凿岩台车粒除、风镐凿除等不同方式。

3、拆除工程的全部垃圾必须及时装车运至合法的地点弃土。
