教师的工作是紧张而忙碌的,对于我来说,这个学期尤其如此,由于学校人员的调整,这个学期我被“委以重任”,担任初二两个不同层次班的英语教学、班主任、备课组长、科组长以及奥英辅导,每一项工作都那么重要,不可怠慢,这对于我的体力及心理承受能力来说都是一个不小的挑战,但强烈的责任心驱驶我尽力而为,不求有功,但求问心无愧。

然而各项工作迫人来,多种角色集一身,上课、听课、评课、开会、反思、审卷、录听力题、各项评比、比赛、班主任工作,有时真的忙得让你没有喘息的机会。

能安顿下来,批改作业已是一种“奢侈”,备课,几乎成为我每晚的家庭作业。

但我依然清醒地意识到,教学应始终放在第一位,我一直在努力寻找这些工作与教学的平衡点。

很多老师,尤其是班主任都有这样的同感,因工作量加大,难以抽出时间去辅导学生。

因此,要保证教学质量,就只能充分利用课堂上的45分钟。

课堂是教学的主阵地。

叶澜在《让课堂焕发出生命活力》一文中说到:“对于学生而言,课堂教学是其学校生活的最基本构成部分,它的质量,直接影响学生当前及今后的多方面发展和成长;对于教师而言,课堂教学是其职业生活的最基本的组成部分,它的质量,直接影响教师对职业的感受、态度和专业水平的发展,生命价值的体现。


我知道,“汝果欲学诗,工夫在诗外,”要提高课堂教学效果,关键不在于一堂课上了满满的45分钟,甚至拖堂,而在于教师如何安排45分钟的教学。

这就需要我用加倍的时间花在备课。

我任教实验班和平衡班。

学生的知识水平、认知能力、学习习惯等方面有一定的差距,同样教学内容,我通常得设计两套教学方案,力求适应每个班的特点。

在实验班,体现“大容量、快节奏、高密度”的特色,而平衡班则保持“高速低频”,使课堂教学效益得到充分提高。

教师的劳动是富有创造性的,这一点在课堂教学设计中尤为明显。

有时,我也会感到黔驴技穷,苦思无良策,我就会查阅一些教辅书、教学案例、教学理论的书籍,寻找和选择一些更好更新的教学方法。

我知道,要提高课堂教学效果,关键在于教师积极热情的工作态度和对学生真心诚意的爱护和关怀。

我选择教师这一行业,。
