教师的工作是紧张而忙碌的，对于我来说，这个学期尤其如此，由于学校人员的调整，这个学期我被“委以重任”，担任初二两个不同层次班的英语教学、班主任、备课组长、科组长以及奥英辅导，每一项工作都那么重要，不可怠慢，这对于我的体力及心理承受能力来说都是一个不小的挑战，但强烈的责任心驱驶我尽力而为，不求有功，但求问心无愧。
然而各项工作迫人来，多种角色集一身，上课、听课、评课、开会、反思、审卷、录听力题、各项评比、比赛、班主任工作，有时真的忙得让你没有喘息的机会。
能安顿下来，批改作业已是一种“奢侈”，备课，几乎成为我每晚的家庭作业。
但我依然清醒地意识到，教学应始终放在第一位，我一直在努力寻找这些工作与教学的平衡点。
很多老师，尤其是班主任都有这样的同感，因工作量加大，难以抽出时间去辅导学生。
因此，要保证教学质量，就只能充分利用课堂上的45分钟。
课堂是教学的主阵地。
叶澜在《让课堂焕发出生命活力》一文中说到：“对于学生而言，课堂教学是其学校生活的最基本构成部分，它的质量，直接影响学生当前及今后的多方面发展和成长；对于教师而言，课堂教学是其职业生活的最基本的组成部分，它的质量，直接影响教师对职业的感受、态度和专业水平的发展，生命价值的体现。

我知道，“汝果欲学诗，工夫在诗外，”要提高课堂教学效果，关键不在于一堂课上了满满的45分钟，甚至拖堂，而在于教师如何安排45分钟的教学。
这就需要我用加倍的时间花在备课。
我任教实验班和平衡班。
学生的知识水平、认知能力、学习习惯等方面有一定的差距，同样教学内容，我通常得设计两套教学方案，力求适应每个班的特点。
在实验班，体现“大容量、快节奏、高密度”的特色，而平衡班则保持“高速低频”，使课堂教学效益得到充分提高。
教师的劳动是富有创造性的，这一点在课堂教学设计中尤为明显。
有时，我也会感到黔驴技穷，苦思无良策，我就会查阅一些教辅书、教学案例、教学理论的书籍，寻找和选择一些更好更新的教学方法。
我知道，要提高课堂教学效果，关键在于教师积极热情的工作态度和对学生真心诚意的爱护和关怀。
