新版教材含量人、要求高,总复习如何进行是所有毕业班老师面临的重要问题。
为使复习能在内容繁多、吋间有限的情况下取得实效,制订切实可行的复习计划很有必要。
总复习不同于将所有学过的内容简单地再过一遍,其关键在于对8册教材的内容进行梳理,使学生在脑海里建立起知识间的联系,达到举一反三、融会贯通,从而夯实已学知识,并形成运用能力。
要达到这种效果,在教师方而,教师们对教材系统必须要有比较透彻的了解,对各模块之间的关系、各主题是在8册教材中如何循环扩展、各大知识和话题板块内容及要求如何有深刻的认识,这样才能避免眉毛胡子一把抓,才能制订出有效的复习方案。
从学生方面來说,他们需要的是有效的复习策略指导和高质量的复习材料來帮助他们事半工倍地进行学习。
由于新教材的使用仅仅完成第一轮,加Z很多毕业班老师是半路开始接手新教材教学的,对教材系统并不熟悉。
因此,复习计划如何制订,包括内容的选取、时间的分配、复习的方式等都是迫切的问题摆在他们面前。
一种简单的方法是按照教材顺序,将各模块逐一过一遍。
这种方式简则简单,但效果如何就很难说,对学生形成知识网络、提高能力则肯定是没有多大作用的。
因此,我们有必耍对教材进行纵横的分析,形成条块、点面,建立起立体的复习系统。
贯穿整套教材的主线有三条,第一是知识主线,包括词汇、语法;第二是技能主线,包括听、说、读、写;第三是话题主线,包括主题、功能。
其屮,第一、二主线是由第三条主线带出来的,而第三条主线中的话题和功能在教材中的编排都是呈螺旋上升模式的。
以“people”这一主题为例,教材在不同册次的多个模块中分别从称谓、年龄、职业、理想、外貌、性格、爱好特长、生活习惯、成长与变化等方而对这一主题进行了学习,而这些模块又涉及一般现在时(含第三人称单数)、现在进行时、一般过去式等语法内容和表达喜好、描述外貌、对比等的功能语言。
因此,在制订复习计划时,一定要考虑这些线索间的相互关联,从而使复习有效。
处于上述的考虑,向各位老师介绍以下的复习计划:一、复习内容的整理与划分第一部分:知识1)词汇:名词及复数、动词及过去式、形容词这个部分可各词类按主题又进行了进一步的划分,如名词分为职业、场所、服装、食品等;动词分为运动、休闲娱乐、家务等;形容词分为外貌、性格、情感、天气、表示“好” 的形容词等类别。
这样分类的目的使帮助学生整理知识,并丰富他们的积极词汇量,如学生在描述人物性格时,可以有多个不同的形容词涌入头脑,供其选择。
这样说(写)出来的东西词汇和内容都会比较丰富。
这种分类也是对学生学习策略的一个提示。
策略研究的结果表明分类记忆的词汇效果较好,并易于提取。
词汇部分对学生的要求主要是记忆其意义和拼写。
可让学生用排除法记忆单词,即将自己会的单词划去,重点记忆不会的词,直到所有的单词都被划去为止。
这个工作可以在学期初就布置给学生,由他们自己执行。
教师适当进行抽查。
2)语法:代词、介词、副词、连词、to do、情态动词等;动词时态等;比较级等其中介词有分为了时间介词、方位介词和其他介词。
主要是通过教材中选出的不同例句来对介词的用法进行对比、归类和总结。
其他的语法也主要是以语境屮的对比、总结为主。
这部分的学习记忆不是重点,重点是知道在什么语境中运用。
教师在攵习时用的例子要有代表性和全面,如介词foi•在教材中就有表示目的、吋间延续、用途等的意义,因此教师要给出相应的例子。
这不是说教师要介绍术语,但复习要全面。
要注意引导学生对容易弄错的内容进行对比,并给予巩固练习。
回忆在学过的课文什么地方用过,表达的是怎样的意思,并能自己举出使用这些词和语法现彖的例子,是复习掌握这部分的内容的有效策略。
第二部分:话题、功能和任务(含读、写)这个部分可在第一部分的复习完成后进行。
也可与第一部分的内容结合进行。
教师耍将8册书屮的各模块间的关系进行分析,将那些相关的内容放在一起,作为一大主题进行复习,建立起纵向的联系,而不是把他们当作孤立的模块逐一处理。
每大主题的复习应包括相关词汇、常用句型、典型对话(段落)等几个方面,包括听、读、写的练习。
划分出的每个板块应从相关课文模块、重点涉及语法、重点涉及功能等方面进行复习。
如:生活习惯与健康:相关课文模块:B6M2 B6M5主要涉及词汇:描述体质的形容词、描述身体感觉的形容词、日常作息的动词、看病用语涉及重点语法:一般现在时的各种句式、情态动词should的用法、祈使句涉及重点功能:描述身体感觉和状况、看医生、提建议这个部分在复习时要注意对学生能力的培养。
这就意味着教师们不要简单重复教材屮的对话,或简单的对教材对话进行部分词的替换,而是要将小学阶段学过的同某一个主题相关的内容综合起來,灵活地加以运用,使学生们加深对己学内容的理解。
本复习计划将8册教材划分为以下几大块,教师们可按此板块组织复习。
一、数字、数量、时间、日期二、服装、购物三、学校生活:课程、作息、课外活动四、家庭生活:家庭成员及其职业与爱好、家务与休闲五、人物:年龄、外貌、性格、职业、爱好与特长、理想、生平六、食品七、生活习惯与健康八、(电话)邀请与聚会九、动物、公园十、天气与季节十一、节假日、旅行、城市、计划与建议十二、方位与方向十三、变化:人的变化、地方的变化十四、过去的事情复习如何进行一、复习内容的安排及课时的划分:见表1:小学英语总复习知识、话题板块与课时分配建议二、复习每个话题板快时应包括:•本话题涉及的词汇、短语等•本话题主要的语法•谈论本话题常用的句式、用语等•本话题的听、读、写的练习三、复习每个话题板快时对学生的要求:•自觉复习相关单词(教师需告诉学生不同类别词汇中应记背的具体单词,e.g.名词、动词、形容词等)•自觉复习相关模块(见《表2》)•布置老师完成的练习四、关于单词复习•按单词分类复习•按教材词汇总表复习•按字母顺序复习五、其它•对学生就复习安排进行解释,以帮助制订相应的复习计划。
•对学生进行复习策略的指导。
如单词的分类记忆,用排除法全面复习单词等。
•注意在全面复习的基础上,突出重点,查漏补缺。
•帮助学生形成综合运用语言的能力。
•注意复习的趣味性。
