在暑假期间和家人一起去旅游英语作文全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1Summer Vacation Adventure with My FamilyYay, school is finally out for summer! That means two and a half months of sleeping in late, playing outside, swimming, and most importantly - going on a big trip with my family. Every year we go somewhere fun and exciting for our summer vacation. This year, we decided to go to the Grand Canyon in Arizona. I've never been there before, but I've seen pictures and it looks like the coolest place on Earth!A few days before our trip, Mom and Dad had us pack our suitcases. I made sure to bring my favorite t-shirts, shorts, sunglasses, and hiking boots. Oh, and I couldn't forget to pack Mr. Snuggles - my loyal teddy bear who goes everywhere with me. Once we had everything ready, it was finally time to head to the airport bright and early. The flight was pretty long but it went by quickly since I had my Nintendo Switch to keep me entertained. I barely even noticed when the pilot announced we were starting our descentinto Phoenix. Looking out the window, I could see reddish-brown rocks and desert terrain as far as the eye could see. It was dry, dusty, and totally different from the green trees and hills back home. This is where desert adventures begin! After landing and getting our rental car, we started the drive up to the Grand Canyon itself. The landscape was like nothing I'd ever seen before. Huge towering rock formations seemed to burst out of the ground every few miles. Some of them had cool shapes that looked like pyramids or alien sculptures. My sister Sam and I spent the drive guessing what they might be called. My favorites were the "Squatty Potty" and the "Prickly Staircase."Finally, we pulled into the park entrance and I caught my first glimpse of the true Grand Canyon. It's impossible to describe how immense and beautifully colorful it was. A gigantic chasm opened up before us, over a mile deep and up to 18 miles across at some points! The layers of red, orange, and beige rock winding along the canyon walls looked like an artist's palette. In that moment, I understood why it's considered one of the natural wonders of the world. We stayed in a rustic cabin right inside the park grounds. That first evening, we roasted s'mores around the campfire and recharged for our first full day of hiking. Falling asleep to thecool night breeze and chirping crickets under a starstruck sky was pure bliss.Day 1 started with the Bright Angel Trail, which we took partway down into the canyon before turning around. Even though we only hiked a few miles, the obstacles made it pretty tough for a kid like me. Having to carefully maneuver over and around boulders while dealing with steep switchbacks left my legs feeling like jelly by the end! The tradeoff was being surrounded by the canyon's majestic beauty from up close. We passed through a section called "The Plateau" and learned about the diverse plant and animal life that manages to survive in this harsh environment. After the hike, Mom and Dad let Sam and I burn off more energy at the park's indoor recreation center. We swam in the pool, played video games in the arcade, and even went bowling. Then it was time to refuel with a cowboy-sized dinner of ribs, baked potatoes, and bottomless lemonade at the Old West themed restaurant. I was stuffed but still managed to find room for a thick, gooey slice of chocolate cake! The next day, we woke up bright and early for the prime event: a helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon! Scoring a window seat, I was in awe as we soared over the endless canyonsand buttes below, dipping down into the deepest gorges. The bird's eye view gave us a new appreciation for the canyon's immense size and vibrant colors. Our pilot even did a few splashy "dips" down into the Colorado River which was both terrifying and thrilling. What an incredible experience! After the helicopter ride, we hit up a few more viewpoints around the South Rim to soak in those breathtaking vistas. The most unique spot was Desert View which is the highest point on the South Rim at 7,400 feet above sea level. From there, we could see an extra 20 miles into the flat desert lands of the Navajo Nation in the east. A super cool stop on our Grand Canyon adventure. No trip to the Southwest would be complete without watching the sun setting over the layered canyon walls. We grabbed some snacks and settled into viewing areas on the South Rim to watch nature's nightly light show. Seeing the burnt-orange canvas transform into shadows and silhouettes as the sun dipped below the horizon was magical. One of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever witnessed! The rest of the vacation was a blur of more hiking, exploring historic buildings along the South Rim, learning about the area's Native American culture, and tons of delicious Southwesterncuisine (I became a mega-fan of huevos rancheros). We even drove out to see a sculpted rock formation called "The Wave" in the Vermillion Cliffs area which was about a 3-hour trip from the park. Seeing those undulating, rose-colored ridges of sandstone was so incredibly cool! Before we knew it, the week was over and it was time to pack our bags and head back home. Even though I was sad to leave behind the Grand Canyon's splendor and warm desert air, I felt so grateful to my parents for this unforgettable summer adventure. We made memories that will stick with me forever, like watching that first sunset over the canyons, conquering tough hiking trails together as a family, and getting my mind completely blown by the helicopter tour. I can't wait to see where we go next year!篇2My Awesome Summer VacationThis summer, my family went on the coolest vacation ever! We had been planning it for months and months. Finally, when school let out in June, it was time for our big adventure to begin. Our destination was the country of Costa Rica in Central America. It's a beautiful place with gorgeous beaches, toweringmountains, and amazing rainforests full of exotic animals and plants. I had studied a little bit about Costa Rica in my geography class, so I was really excited to go see it all for myself. We had to take two planes to get there from our home city. The first flight was 3 hours long and went to Houston, Texas. Then after a short layover, we got on another plane that flew for almost 5 more hours down to the capital city of San José, Costa Rica. By the time we finally arrived, we were pretty tired from all the traveling. But as soon as we stepped outside into the warm, tropical air, we knew it was going to be an incredible trip. For our first few days, we stayed in San José and explored the city. We visited markets selling beautiful handmade crafts and souvenirs. We ate delicious Costa Rican food like gallo pinto (a tasty dish of rice, beans, and eggs), patacones (fried smashed plantains), and fresh tropical fruits. One evening, we even went to see dancers performing traditional folk dances in bright, colorful dresses. It was amazing! Then we drove out to the coast to a beach town called Manuel Antonio. We rented a little house right near the stunning white sand beaches and turquoise ocean waters. Every morning, I would wake up and run straight down to the beach to goswimming, boogie boarding, and building sandcastles. The sunsets over the Pacific were just breathtaking. But as awesome as the beaches were, my very favorite part was when we went on a guided hiking tour through the nearby rainforest inside Manuel Antonio National Park. Our guide taught us all about the incredible variety of plants and animals that live there. We saw all sorts of crazy-looking critters - sloths hanging lazily from the branches, mischievous white-faced monkeys swinging through the trees, colorful toucans and macaws, tiny tree frogs, massive iguanas, and more cool critters than I can even remember. On another day, we went on a river safari tour and cruised down a rainforest river in a boat, spotting caimans, Jesus Christ lizards (they can literally run across the water!), and countless tropical birds. I felt like a real explorer, venturing deep into the exotic jungle.Towards the end of our vacation, we visited a coffee plantation and chocolate factory to learn how two of Costa Rica's most famous exports are made. We even got to sample some fresh coffee and chocolate creations - so delicious! On our final day, we drove up into the mountains to go on a zipline canopy tour through the cloud forest. We soared likebirds from treetop to treetop, high above the misty forests below. What an incredible adrenaline rush! I felt so brave zipping across the jungle that way. After two wonderful weeks, it was sadly time to return home to the United States. I have so many amazing memories from that trip - the gorgeous natural scenery, the fascinating wildlife, the thrilling adventures, and quality time spent together as a family. We took hundreds of incredible photos and videos to reminisce over.I feel so grateful that my parents worked hard to save money to take our family on such an unforgettable experience. Not only was it one of the best vacations ever, but I learned so much about the geography, culture, and biodiversity of another part of the world. Visiting Costa Rica opened my eyes to the incredible diversity of life on our planet.I know that someday I want to go back and explore more of that beautiful country. Until then, I'll always cherish the memories of my awesome summer adventure in the rainforests, beaches, and mountains of Costa Rica. It's a trip I'll never forget!篇3A Fun Summer Adventure with My FamilySummer vacation is the best time of the year! No school, no homework, just weeks and weeks of free time to have fun. This summer, my parents surprised me and my little brother Tommy with a very special trip. "We're going on a family adventure!" my dad announced one morning at breakfast. Tommy and I looked at each other with big grins. A family adventure? That sounded exciting!A few days later, we piled into the car loaded down with suitcases, snacks, and games to play in the car. "Are you guys ready for an awesome road trip?" asked my mom from the front seat. We cheered loudly. I wasn't sure where we were going, but I knew it would be a blast if we were all together. After driving for what felt like forever, we finally arrived at our destination - a huge cabin nestled in the mountains surrounded by tall trees and a sparkling lake. "This is where we'll be staying for our vacation!" said my dad. My jaw dropped. I had never seen a prettier place. As soon as we unpacked, Tommy and I raced outside to explore. We chased butterflies, waded along the edge of the pristine lake, and went hiking on twisting trails through the woods. In the evenings, we roasted marshmallows over acrackling campfire. We even went fishing one day and caught three tiny bluegill. In the middle of our trip, we drove a couple of hours to visit the biggest outdoor water park I had ever seen. There were world-class water slides, a gigantic wave pool, and splash areas just for kids. Tommy and I spent the whole day zooming down slides and getting drenched over and over again. We were totally pruned up by the end!Another day, we went horseback riding at a dude ranch up in the hills. At first I was a little nervous around the huge gentle horses. But after a while, I was trotting all around like an old pro. The wrangler taught us how to guide the horses and everything. We even went on a trail ride through a wildflower meadow. It was so peaceful and beautiful.Towards the end of our adventure, we visited a massive underground cavern as part of a guided cave tour. It was incredible...yet also a little creepy with all the dark, twisty paths and eerie rock formations. I'm glad we had our headlamps! We saw stalactites, stalagmites, and all sorts of bizarre carvings created by nature over thousands of years. On our final day, we spent every last minute at the lake near our cabin. We went canoeing, built gigantic sandcastles on theshore, and had one final cookout over the fire pit. I felt so happy and FREE, but also a little sad that our amazing vacation was coming to an end.The drive home felt twice as long. Tommy and I snoozed most of the way, exhausted from all of our incredible adventures. Finally back at home, I gave my room a big hug and jumped onto my familiar bed. "Best...summer...EVER!" I shouted. And it really was. Going on a fun family trip and experiencing so many new things together had made this an unforgettable summer. I was already counting down the days until next year's big adventure!。

During the summer vacation, my mother and I planned to visit lianyungang, where my mother packed up the other day.
Early in the morning, I sat on a bus to lianyungang, filled with anticipation. After more than two hours of travelling, we finally reached our destination. We settled in a resort on the sea.
In the afternoon, the bus arrived in the bay of suma, where the naughty sun had hidden behind the clouds, and the weather was not very hot.
Finally, I see you, the real sea, the sea that I have long yearned for, I read you in the text, the TV sees you, I am in a state of great excitement. Change bathing suit, in swimming laps,
rushed at the endless sea, sea water is slightly cool, white spray, pat rush to me, I loudly exclaimed, both nervous and excited, thanks to seize the mother, or I'll be off a fall, the water
ran into my mouth, "yeah ~ yeah ~", ah, feel like eating salt, salt. I clapped the water and cheered loudly, and the waves came again, and I screamed and ran towards the shore, but the waves
were in pursuit... The evening came, and I left the sea of azure.
The next day, another fine morning, we took a cruise ship. The ship was moving peacefully on the sea, the wind blowing my hair. After lunch, we drove
to huaguo mountain again, at the foot of
the mountain, there are many retail establishments with a variety of toy
monkey, full of beautiful things in eyes, I selected a lovely brown plush monkey. We took a sightseeing bus and came to
the water curtain cave.
The short two days soon ended, and I reluctantly left, for I had a good time.
Today is Saturday. I go on a trip with my parents. This is the activity of my father and their company. Our destination is the golden bay. It is located in the beautiful west.
We immediately went to the village of bud, and moved the luggage up, ready to live here. We were going to go swimming in the sea, but it was raining and we couldn't go, but after a while the
rain stopped and we went swimming.
When we arrived at the beach, the guide said, "folks, the waves are very big today. Please don't go deep." Then we got off the bus. I listened to the guide and sat on the beach. At this
event, my father and I always helped me find the perfect seashells. Suddenly a big wave, I had no time to escape, all is the water of the sea, but I feel I felt a thing, I gave it to dad, dad
said, this is coral fossils. I can't believe my eyes. The white hole in front of me is the fossil of coral.
We also caught a lot of jumping fish and crabs. In the evening, when we had finished eating, we went back to the mountain village.
The next day, we were going to go on a speedboat, and we had to go to the golden bay on the other side of the beach. When we got to the golden bay, we rented the speedboat and took the
speedboat, and an uncle said, "now we're going to sprinkle the net! I said timidly: "don't catch a shark. That's what you hear.
