2.能够分角色自如表演Story time中的故事。
3.了解中西方交通规则的差异。

(二)情感目标教育学生要热情好客，注意交通规则。
二、教学重难点(一)重点能够理解故事，并理解句子In the UK you drive on the left side. In China, people drive onthe right side.突破方法：采用拆分法，小组讨论法进行故事教学；通过搜集课外资料，了解中西方交通规则的差异。
(二)难点能自如表演故事，并了解中西方交通规则的异同。
突破方法：教师示范，学生模仿，反复听音练习；教师讲解，学生交流，突破难点。
三、教法与学法引导法，点拨法，情景教学法。
四、教学准备教师准备多媒体课件、单词卡片、C. Story time课文情景动画或相应的音频MP3。
另外，需要准备教学挂图、头饰等。
五、教学过程Step 1：Warm-up1.请一小组学生上讲台，根据教师发出的指令做动作，然后换另一小组进行操练。
反应快、动作确凿的小组获胜。
如：Show me your left hand. (学生伸出左手)Turn left. (学生向左转)Turn right. (学生向右转)2.教师在黑板上画好公路的分道线，在线的右侧画一辆车行驶的情景，介绍：Drive onthe right side of the road.然后在分道线的左侧画—辆车行驶的情景，并介绍：Drive onthe left side of the road.最后组织学生讨论：Which is right and which is wrong when youare driving in China?Step 2：PresentationStory time1.教师展示Story time部分的挂图，让学生先通过观看图片大致了解故事内容。
