一、说教材1.教材内容我说课的内容是小学六年级下册第一单元A部分，Le t `learn，本课的中心话题是围绕询问身边的人或事物的年龄、身高、重量及长度并做比较的，从而掌握其形容词比较级的用法。
2.教材的地位本课时教材是在五年级学习了表示年龄、身高、重量级长度的形容词以后,为了升华学生对形容词的日常运用而设计的。
这些比较级对原来词汇的巩固和拓展是一个阶梯式的提高。
二、说目标新英语课程标准指出，基础教学阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。
而综合语言运用能力又以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等方面的综合素养为基础。
基于以上认识，对教学内容的分析及本教材的特点，我将教学目标确定为：【知识目标】能听、说、认读、写Let’s learn的四会单词：taller、shorte r、 younger、older、stronger 并灵活运用入句型“I，m (tall)er than you. You’re t aller than (your brother) ”。
使学生掌握句型：“I’m /She is……cm tall”。
特别要能运用比较级句子进行自由对话。
掌握长度单位centimeter的发音。
【能力目标】1、能根据图片及真实情境说出单词和句子并学会用形容词的比较级来谈论自己和朋友,如I’m taller than you, you are stronger than me.学会用英文的长度单位来描述人身高,并能根据所给数据,对两种事物进行比较.2、能够听懂教师的指令，按不同的年龄、身高，并用所学语言进行表述。
