学生要掌握基本词组 a big elephant, a small mouse, a naughty monkey, astrong tiger, a beautiful bird.基本句式：Look at that/this elephant. It’s big.教学方法：本课主要应用情境教学法和任务教学法。
导入环节设计一个情境，让孩子们身处动物园中，自然过渡到动物单词以及相应形容词的教授。
加上课前准备了很多动物面具和图片，配合丰富多变的游戏，学生都积极举手发言，渴望表现自己，获得扮演动物角色的机会。
我还引入竞争模式，让学生分组比赛答题，充分调动学生表演积极性的同时，张弛有度地管理课堂，保证学生在一个活泼有序的环境下自然掌握新知识。
本堂课主要是教会学生应用相应形容词简单描述动物特征。
在学生初步掌握主要句型和词语后，我尽量让学生练习句子，适当带入形容词，为课文的学习奠定了良好的基础。
练习环节，我采用自己设计的新游戏，listen andstick，不仅给优秀学生单独表现的机会，而且关注了大多数学生的需要，抓住大部分孩子注意力，充分调动学生的课堂积极性。
总之，采用情景教学和任务教学结合的方式，我创造了宽松愉悦的学习环境，培养了学生团队协作能力，也激发了孩子学习英语的兴趣和快乐学习的热情。
