三分钟英语演讲稿范文(通用5篇)三分钟英语演讲稿1三分钟英语演讲稿1I have been in University for about one year. During my stay here, I came to realize that university life is like drinking coke. We experience all tastes of life here, sour, sweet, bitter and hot.I am from Province, which is far away from here. I often miss my Mum, friends, and relatives in my hometown. However, I cant see them very often. So loneliness always keeps me company. I am sad that I cant be there with them.Lucky for me, life in university is rich and colorful. With more free time,we can do many more things besides study, such as joining societies clubs, and taking part-time jobs. Such activities not only make our life more colorful, but also help us improve all kinds of skills. The university is a society miniature, what we learn here will benefit our future life. Our path in life will not always be smooth. Setbacks cant be avoided. Failing an important exam, break up with boy or girl friend, or refused by a promising company, such setbacks are likely to get us down. Sometimes we fell so frustrated that we even burst into tears. Drinkin coke is wonderful, despite theundesirble consequent hiccups. Its bitter, sour and peppery, but also sweet. And youll even feel excited after gulping down a glass. A college experience is part of growing up. We cry, smile, fall in love, get hurt, leave, learn and then we become a better person.University life is like drinking coke. Im experiencing it. And I know, I enjoy it!三分钟英语演讲稿2三分钟英语演讲稿2Who arrived at the place all belong to yesterday. Even if the mountains green again the water to show that water again gentleness. Well, actually that’s the image you see if a person has no faith. Faith helps to guide us in our lives, encourage us to persist, and give directions when we are lost.In this peaceful era, our life paths seem to be already well-planned and determined. What we have to do is to follow. Yes, we may face different sorts of challenges, but at least they are less harsh when compared to those in the past. We do not need to worry about starving to death, or how to earn enough money to buy food for our siblings and sustain our lives. It is like driving from a muddy road into a highway. In the muddy road, path, you would say, as it is formed only by crossing on it many times, flattening the ground to form a smoother area so we can pass. The road is so bumpy and rough, with holes here and there and rocks lying all over. When we drive along this road, we have to be very careful, having a firm grip on the steering wheel, ready for a sudden turn or a large boulder that may appear any second. However, when we drive on a highway, everything becomes different. The road is smooth, straight, and visible. Since there is no unseenobstacle, we may lower our guard, relax a bit, and loosen our grip on the steering wheel. One may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheel?Nevertheless, one cannot foresee the future. Accidents do happen. For example, a car may suddenly appear in front of you. At such times, if you did not have the steering wheel, how could you make a sudden turn? Just as no one could foresee the Sichuan Earthquake nor the Japan Tsunami. If the one being trapped under the debris did not have faith, he/she would not have survived until being rescued. If we did not have faith, we could not recover from our sadness and rebuild our home.Faith is unique, just as happiness is. We feel happy for different reasons, we believe for different things. How can we know what we believe in? Recall the last time you are discouraged, and you felt you had lost all hopes in your life. What pulled you back into the world? What pushed you to stand up and continue to strive again? That is your faith, your belief. Faith is what makes you feel you can when others say you can’t.Faith is important…, faith is vital…, faith is necessary for us to live our lives. If we do not have faith, we are like a car without a steeling wheel. We can only afford to move along a straight and smooth path, and cannot meet any challenge in our lives. One must understand that no matter how smooth the road is, it is impossible for a car to go without a steering wheel. Or, put it in another way, have you ever seen a car without a steering wheel on the road? So, act now, my friends, find out what you believe in, find out your anchor in your life, hold on to your steeling wheel of your car, drive on, and reach your destination. Thank you very much.3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇二Good morning/afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My topic is: faith does make a difference to our life. The recent earthquake in Japan has triggered a series of unexpected crises and even faith crisis among us. Are the increasing natural disasters echoing the 20xx prediction by Maya? Is our future really so vulnerable and tentative? I am trying to probe the answer.Last November, as a volunteer of the Global Sustainable Leaders Forum, I first came across the concept of social entrepreneurship. In the inspiring speeches, I saw the determination and faith of converting ideal into practice. I couldn’t help asking myself: what should I live for?The great thinker Russell once put in his essay: Three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong have governed my life: the longing for love, the search for knowledge, and unbearable pity for the suffering of mankind.By launching donation campaigns and bearing social responsibility, Bill Gates reshaped the stereotyped faith of businessmen. Then, how can I make a difference? A talk with my father gave me some inspiration. My father is a superfan of traditional Chinese calligraphy. When I was a kid, I had the faintest idea why I should practise routinely this form of art. It was terribly boring. But Dad said seriously: As a Chinese, we need to pass down and promote our rich culture. It is our responsibility.Yang Lan, a well-known TV host once said: As a media worker, I want to track down the passage of time and history by conducting interviews. For me, the responsibility outweighs the occupation itself.Far back to Confucius, who was once obscure and humble, undertook the seemingly hopeless task of building a harmonious society. But with his strong faith, hemade a change by spreading the seeds of wisdom. The story about three craftsmen further illustrates the power of faith. When asked about their work, one said: I'm piling up the bricks. Another replied: I'm building the wall. The third responded: I'm designing a home for people. These three replies mirrored distinct insights toward work: Task, job, and undertaking. In my university, students majoring in National Defence choose to devote their golden years to safeguarding our mother land. They have interpreted faith with their own dynamic youth. My friends, musicians can not simply provide us with lyrical notes, but create melody to sooth our soul; Scientists can not merely invent machines, but utilize their wisdom to reshape our lifestyle; teachers can not just impart knowledge, but usher us to become a worthy person! So, my dear friends, life without faith is just like music without melody, and world without color. We are who we choose to be. It is faith that’ll remove our fear about future and stretch the radius of our life. Let faith light up all our young dreams.Thank you!3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇三Sports are more than competitions. To me, they mean growth under the care of others. I learned this the hard way.I used to be very shy and often felt lonely. Although I did well in all the academic subjects, I was afraid of physical education. My classmates often laughed at me.“Look at that girl,”they said. “Her feet don’t leave the ground when she runs!”Their words embarrassed me. Moreover, whenever the teacher organized some competitive games, no one in the class liked to have me as their partner or team member. As a result, I often ended up looking at others enjoy their games.Things would go on like that if not for a sports meet in my high school. By mistake, my name was put on the list of those who would compete in the women’s 1500 meters race. By the time people found the mistake, it was too late to change. My desk-mate was a natural athlete. She said to me, “I couldn’t run that race in your place, because I’ve signed up for three items already.”Other athletic girls of the class said the same.I was utterly dumbfounded. 1500 meters! Running against the best runners from other classes! And in front of students of the entire school! It would be the worst nightmare I’d ever have!“You still have time to catch up because there is still one month before the sports meet,”they all said this to me, including my teacher. My desk-mate patted me on the shoulder, “Cool! You will run for our class! And we will do training together.”Yes, this is not just for myself, but for my class too, I said to myself. But still, 1500 meters to me was like Mount Everest to a beginning climber. I had no idea even how to start my preparation.Fortunately, my desk-mate gave me a hand. Every afternoon after class, several of us ran together. When the fear of being laughed at struck me, I saw others running right beside me. They gave me strengths. While we were running, some others would stand by the tracks cheering for us.One month certainly couldn’t make me a good runner. But when I was standing behind the start line, I no longer felt lonely or afraid. I saw my classmates standing by the tracks waving at me as if about to run beside me.With the shot of the starting gun, I dashed out and ran as fast as I could, as if it were a 200-meter race. Soon I was out of breath and slowed down. Other runners passed me one by one, and gradually I had no idea how many of them were still behind me. My legs were getting heavier and heavier, and I might fall down at any moment. However, I suddenly heard my classmates chanting my name. My desk-mate even ran along the tracks beside me and cheered for me at the same time, just like the month-long training we did together. As expected, I was almost the last to cross the finish line. Immediately, my classmates held my arms and urged me to walk on my feet and not to sit down. I was surrounded, with all kinds of drinks handed to me. I felt a kind of warmth I had never felt before. Even though I was almost the last to finish the race, I was full of confidence that I would improve in the future. That sports meet was an unforgettable experience. The memory of my classmates cheering for me, holding my arms and handing me drinks stays fresh on my mind. Sports are no longer about winning or losing. They give me a lot of confidence, both confidence in my fellow students and confidence in my own potential. I am no longer lonely, no longer afraid. Sports havebrought me close to my classmates and helped us grow together. Now, I participate in the sports meet every year. Even if I am not competing, I would help my classmates with their practice, just like the way my desk-mate and others ran with me.3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇四I have a question for you. ‘Do you know how to breathe?’Okay, I know what you are thinking now, “Girl, are you kidding me? Everybody knows how to breathe.”Actually, if I were you sitting down in there one year ago, I would think, “How did she make it to the final?”Alright, seriously speaking, what I am talking about is “the art of breathing”, and it’s about breathing in a Yoga way: peacefully and always under control. What it reveals is the real essence of perseverance, “In order to achieve, sometimes, you need to wait.”And when it comes to things you really want in life, it is as hard as it could possibly be.For me, singing is a life thing. When I am singing on the stage, I feel whole-heartedly involved, and the self-fulfillment it renders is inexplicably thrilling. But with all the realistic problems I need to face in life, all those I want seem too far to be true–so far that I am terrified that I will never ever be able to get there and that gradually I will be carried away by the currents and torrents of life. I’ve been drowned into this ambivalence for so long. Now, with a refined perspective towards self-realization, I am waiting, in agraceful posture, and knowing that I am going to get there. And on this, I should say, I owe Yoga a thank-you.I still remember, about one year ago, I attended a Yoga course for the very first time. And to tell you the truth, I went there for a nice figure. However, after practicing for some time, I discovered that there was an ineffable inner-strength burgeoning sneakily in me while I totally focused. In order not to let go this significant power, I started to picture all I wanted in my mind while I was fully concentrating, for I believe the wings of imagination could make things possible. I learned to breathe with my dreams, shaping the eagerness into this elegant gesture of persisting. And now, if you ask me what exactly is “the art of breathing”, I would say it is indeed “the art of living”. It combines the search of balance, the grace of patience, and the awareness of appreciation. So even though feelings are tied up with life routines, I could still hold onto that free EGO which I have always adored: the girl who is singing under the spotlight, with all her heart and soul; the girl who is persevering with all she believes in and always feels grateful for what has been bestowed on her. That girl is now standing right here in front of you, hoping that you are all as lucky as she is, living with dreams and love. No matter how tough things get, I tell myself, I tell myself that, every single thing I am doing now is every step closer to that very momentof my trajectory, just like every Yoga breath to every blossom moment of my life.3分钟经典英语演讲稿篇五How well are we in tune with the rhythm of life? In our busy day to day existence, we don’t often stop to ask ourselves this question. At least I don’t. And it wasn’t until I joined a competitive sporting event that I learned a most important lesson –we must place our mind in harmony with the natural order of things to be successful.Let me tell you what happened.I decided to take part in an International Marathon in my hometown last year. Being an ambitious person, I hoped to finish it within 5 hours, accompanied by my friend with whom I had trained. The big day finally arrived. "Ready...set...bang" And we were off.At first, we kept a rapid pace and ran nonstop. At this pace, we finished the first 20 kilometers in 2 hours and I thought running a marathon was a piece of cake. Then my running mate began to slow down. I urged him to keep running at the same pace but he said no, he wanted to conserve his energy. I felt I had partnered with the wrong person, therefore, I sprinted on and left him behind in the dust.A few kilometers later, I began to understand his strategyas my pace slowed to a jog then a walk. After that I was incapable of moving another step. I was humiliated as more and more people ran passed me. More than once I thought "Maybe I should quit." I started to doubt my ability to finish this race.At this moment, my running mate caught up with me and slapped me on the back. “Follow me,”he shouted. He had balanced his marathon pace and was encouraged me to do the same. For the rest of this grueling contest, we walked, jogged, ran a few miles, and walked again. Slowly, painfully but hopefully this time, we established the most suitable pace within the natural flow of our physical capabilities.Eventually we accomplished our first Marathon of 42 kilometers in 4 and half hours. I asked myself, what did this marathon mean to me? My Marathon experience became an influential metaphor for my life about how we must learn to pace ourselves in everything, by being in tune with the rhythm of life.Like the tide that ebbs and flows, we must listen to advice but make our own decisions. Like the show at dawn and dusk, we must learn to balance pride and modesty. And from the way the wind can both shout and whisper, we must learn when to be strong and when to be gentle, for everything moves in its own rhythm and its own yin and yang elements. It is the interaction of these complementary extremes that produces harmony, as Laozi said, extremes meet. Since the marathon, this notion of two opposite forces working together has been my running partner, so to speak.Yin and yang exist everywhere, constantly interacting, and never existing in an absolute condition.Ladies and Gentlemen, life is like running a marathon, let us discover, define and develop a natural rhythm of life, in order to achieve both harmony and success.Thank you for listening.。

最新三分钟英语演讲稿范文1Good morning everyone:Its a great honor for me to stand here to deliver a speech to you. Then today I want to talk something about dreams and reality. As the famous Russian litterateur Lev Tolstoy (列夫、托尔斯泰)said,“Ideal is the beacon(烟火、灯塔). Without ideal, there is no secure (无虑的,平安的,安心的,牢靠的,保险的)direction; without a direction, there is no life.” So there’s no doubt that everyone needs hisor her own ideal. Have you ever thought that what is practical and sensible(.明智的,有感觉的,明理的) will connect with our most treasured dreams? Maybe,to somebody, reality has little relation to ideal. To others nothing can be done without the sense of reality. So make our dreams a part of our reality. And make our reality a part of our dreams. There is no reason why our dreams must oppose our reality. Improve our dreams and our reality by bringing them together. As a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do everyone must see the reality clearly at first. Your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse (交往、沟通),your subject and the job you want to do,these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.Further more, difficult or otherwise,we should put the power ofreality into our dreams. Last but not least remember to work hard at the task of chasing 追赶our dreams. Do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time!In the end,I want to share with you a poetry named I think I can.Maybe you can not understand the meaning of the poetry ,But do not be worried ,Let me tell you the meaningThank you for your listening!最新三分钟英语演讲稿范文2good afternoon!honorable judges, dear teachers and close friends.i’m very glad to stand here to share my speech with y i’m going to talk about dreams.everyone has a dream.martin luther king had a dream-and we can all recall his civil rights knight had a dream-and now the whole world knows his nike slogan“just do it”!i also have a dream, but not only a simple one.when i was in primary school,my dream was that i would be a doctor when i grew up.i’ll be the first person who produces a new kind of medicine can make teachers relax when they are busy correcting their students’ exercises and preparing their use one day when i woke up at midnight,i found my father,a senior chinese teacher, was still busy with his work.i was deeply moved.i wish my father could be healthy and relaxed every minute.now i’m a senior grade two student, all my classmates and i are working hard,we all know the college entrance examination which will come in the year of is a big problem for must study harder and harder in order to go to a good university, then when we finish our school,we can find a good job in dream is also gh now i’m not good at study,i’ll try my best.i know fantasy is hard to come true, bue dream can.i’ll work hard for my dreams,i’ll never give up.thank you!最新三分钟英语演讲稿范文3good evening ,ladies and gentlemen:thank you very much for choosing to e in such a cold night。

Whether it be through keeping in touch, lending a helping hand, or simply being present for those we care about, we must make an effort to maintain these connections.Life can be a lonely road without the support and love of thosearound us. It is these relationships that make the journey of life meaningful and fulfilling. So, my fellow graduates, I urge you to take the time to appreciateand nurture the relationships that have meant so much to us duringour time in school. Butstaying humble means acknowledging that we do not have all theanswers and that there is always more to learn. It means recognizing the contributions and achievements of others and being grateful for the opportunities we have been given. As we move forward into the world beyond, let us remember thatsuccess is not a solo endeavor. It takes a village of supporters, mentors, and colleagues to help us achieve our goals. Let us stay humble, remain curious, and continue to learn from those around us. Thank you.。

There is a good sentence I want to share with you firstly: “A man can have nothing, but he can not live without a dream.” Yes, it is all because of the dream that lead us moving forward, facing and conquering all the difficulties of today and tomorrow. Undoubtedly, everyone’s dream must be backed by the greatness of their country. When talking about a dream of a nation, the first inspiration that comes into my mind was the American’s Dream, which was badly famous throughout the world during last century. Without any doubt, their dreams were relied on a highly developed country: the powerful economic strength and the leading comprehensive national power. And similarly, with the rapid development of our nation, the comprehensive power and the international status of China is growing significantly. The citizens of the world are going to witness an unprecedented development of prosperity of our country, and now, we have every reason to announce the world, that we also have the qualification to realize and talk about our own dream, it’s the dream deeply rooted in every Chinese dream, the dream of the People’s Republic of China! For 170 years, thousands of our forbears have given theirenergy, their faith, their devotion and even their lives for the realization of this dream. They bring their endeavor to the great rise and rejuvenation of our country, they melted their dreams deeply to the dream of China, and light our country, we can feelthe glow from its fire, and we believe that this fire can truly light the world! And now, It’s our turn to take on this endeavor, for the pursuit of our own dream, also for the realization of the dream of our nation! Finally, I want to finish my speech with the words from President Kennedy’s First Inaugural address: With a good conscience our only sure reward, with history the final judge of our deeds, let us go forth to lead the land we love, asking His blessing and His help, but knowing that here on earth, God's work must truly be our own!篇二:高中生三分钟英文演讲金钱能买来吗-Can Money Buy HappinessCan Money Buy HappinessCan money buy happinessDifferent people have different opinions. However, it is equally true that lack of money causes great distress. It is a common view that "money is the root of all evil." The pursuit of money drives many people to cheat and steal. In some places there is nothing that cannot be bought with money, resulting in corrupt societies where everybody is miserable. So, money does not necessarily mean happiness. It all depends on how it is used. If we make honest and sensible use of money, it can be a stepping-stone to happiness lAlthough money cannot buy happiness, it can make happiness possible if it is employed sensibly.金钱能买来幸福吗金钱能买来幸福吗不同的人有不同的回答。

英语演讲稿3分钟范文5篇1. 演讲稿一Good morning everyone,I am honored to stand here today and speak to you about my passion – environmental conservation. As we all know, the planet we live on is facing tremendous challenges, from climate change to loss of biodiversity and environmental pollution. But I believe that it is not too late to turn things around, and that each and every one of us has a role to play in creating a more sustainable and livable future. To begin with, we need to recognize the interdependence of all living beings, and the delicate balance that exists in our ecosystems. We cannot continue to exploit natural resources without regard for the long-term consequences, or to pollute our air and water without taking responsibility for the harms we cause. As individuals, we can make a difference by reducing our own carbon footprint, by recycling and conserving resources, and by supporting policies and practices that protect the environment. But we also need to work together, as communities, businesses, and governments, to address the systemic causes of environmental degradation. This means investing in renewable energy, protecting wildlife habitats, and reducing the use of harmful chemicals in agriculture and industry. It means promoting sustainable tourism, designing cities with green spaces and public transportation, and promoting education and awareness about environmental issues. Most importantly, it means recognizing that environmental conservation is not a luxury or an afterthought, but a fundamental aspect of our survival and well-being. We cannot thrive on a planet that is dying, and we cannot achieve social justice and equity without addressing the environmental crises that disproportionately affect the most vulnerable communities. We must prioritize environmental conservation as a core value in our economy, our politics, and our daily lives. In closing, I urge everyone here today to take action in support of environmental conservation. Whether it is by recycling a bottle, volunteering at a local park, or advocating for policy change, every action counts. We owe it to ourselves, to future generations, and to the planet we call home. Thank you.2. 演讲稿二Ladies and gentlemen,It is an honor and privilege to be given the opportunity to speak to you today about such an important topic: diversity and inclusion in the workplace. As we all know, a diverse workforce is not only a moral imperative, but also a business imperative. Studies have shown that diverse teams outperform homogenous ones, and that companies with a diverse workforce are more innovative, adaptable, and profitable. But what does diversity and inclusion in the workplace actually mean? It goes beyond simply hiring people of different races, gender identities, and backgrounds. It means creating a workenvironment that is safe, respectful, and welcoming to all individuals, regardless of their identity or background. It means valuing and respecting the unique perspectives, skills, and experiences that each person brings to the table.Unfortunately, we still have a long way to go before we can say that diversity and inclusion are the norm in the workplace. Too often, individuals from underrepresented groups face obstacles in recruitment, retention, and promotion, due to bias, discrimination, and lack of access to opportunities. This not only harms those individuals, but also limits the potential of the entire organization to achieve its goals and mission. So, what can we do to promote diversity and inclusion in our own workplaces? I believe that there are several strategies that can make a difference. First, we need to acknowledge and address implicit bias. This means recognizing the ways in which our own unconscious biases may affect our decisions, and taking steps to mitigate their impact. It also means increasing our own cultural competence, by learning about different cultures, identities, and experiences.Secondly, we need to ensure that our recruitment and hiring processes are fair and inclusive. This means seeking out diverse candidates, widening the pool of applicants, and using objective criteria to assess qualifications. It also means providing support and training to new hires, to ensure that they feel valued and included from the start. Finally, we need to create a workplace culture that is supportive ofdiversity and inclusion. This means providing opportunities for all employees to learn, grow, and advance, regardless of their background or identity. It means fostering a sense of belonging and community, and encouraging open communication and dialogue. And it means holding ourselves and each other accountable for creating a workplace that reflects our values of respect, equality, and justice. In conclusion, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace is not only the right thing to do, but also the smart thing to do. By creating a work environment that welcomes and values diversity, we can unlock the full potential of our workforce, and achieve greater innovation, productivity, and success. So let us commit ourselves to this cause, and work together to build a future in which diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords, but a reality. Thank you.3. 演讲稿三Dear friends,Today, I want to talk to you about a topic that is incredibly close to my heart: mental health. Mental health is an issue that affects us all, whether directly or indirectly. It is estimated that one in four people will experience mental health problems at some point in their lives, and the COVID-19 pandemic has only exacerbated this trend, with rates of depression, anxiety, and stress on the rise around the world. The reasons for this are complex and varied. They include socialand economic inequality, discrimination and stigma, trauma and abuse, and pressures from work, school, and family. But whatever the cause, the impact on individuals and society is profound. Mental health problems can lead to reduced quality of life, impaired relationships, and even suicide. They can also have negative effects on physical health, productivity, and social cohesion. So, what can we do to promote mental health and well-being, both for ourselves and for those around us? First and foremost, we need to recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that seeking help for mental health problems is not a sign of weakness, but of strength. We need to break down the barriers of shame and silence that prevent people from seeking support, and create a culture of openness, acceptance, and empathy.Secondly, we need to promote mental health literacy, by increasing awareness and understanding of mental health issues, and by providing education and training to help individuals and communities recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health problems, and know how to respond. We also need to ensure that mental health services are accessible, affordable, and effective, and that they are integrated with other health and social services. Finally, we need to work together, across sectors and disciplines,to address the root causes of mental health problems, and to create environments and policies that support mental health and well-being. This means investing in social determinants of health, such as housing, education, and employment, and promoting policies that reduce inequality and discrimination. It means providingadequate resources for mental health research, prevention, and treatment, and involving people with lived experience in all aspects of mental health care.In conclusion, mental health is a fundamental aspect of human well-being and dignity, and it is our collective responsibility to promote it. Let us work together to build a future in which mental health is valued, respected, and prioritized, and in which everyone has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Thank you.4. 演讲稿四Dear fellow citizens,As we approach the next election, it is important that we reflect on the current state of our democracy, and consider the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Democracy is not a static or fixed system, but a dynamic process that requires constant vigilance and engagement from all of us. We must recognize that democracy is not just a set of institutions and procedures, but a way of life, based on shared values of freedom, equality, and justice. Unfortunately, our democracy is facing a number of serious threats today. We are witnessing the erosion of democratic norms and values, the rise of authoritarianism and populism, and the delegitimization of the institutions and principles that underpin our democracy. We are also facing significant social and economic challenges, from inequality and polarization to racism and climate change, that require collective action and political will to address. But despite these challenges, I believe that there is reason for hope.I believe that we can strengthen our democracy and build a better future, by working together and engaging in meaningful dialogue and debate. I believe that we can address the root causes of social and economic inequality, and create a more just and equitable society. And I believe that we can recommit ourselves to the values of democracy, by defending the rule of law, promoting civil discourse, and respecting the rights of all individuals. To achieve these goals, we must begin by engaging in open and honest dialogue, across political and ideological divides. We must listen to each other's perspectives, and seek common ground and solutions that reflect the diversity and complexity of our society. We must also work to increase democratic participation and engagement, by promoting voter registration, expanding access to voting, and supporting civic education and awareness. We must also hold our elected officials accountable to the principles and values of democracy, and demand transparency, honesty, and integrity in governance. We must resist attempts to undermine the rule of law, and protect the independence and integrity of our institutions, from the judiciary to the media to the civil service. And we must promote policies and practices that promote social and economic equity, and ensure that all individuals have the opportunity to participate fully in our democracy. In closing, I urge all of us to recommit ourselves to the values and principles of democracy, and to work together to create a future that is just, equitable, and democratic. We owe it to ourselves, to our children, and to the generations that will follow, to protect andstrengthen this precious and fragile system. Let us honor the memory of those who fought for democracy before us, by continuing their work, and ensuring that democracy thrives for generations to come. Thank you.5. 演讲稿五Dear graduates,As you stand here today, on the cusp of a new chapter in your lives, I want to reflect on the importance of perseverance and resilience. Between the challenges of the past year and the uncertainties of the future, it is easy to feel discouraged, overwhelmed, or lost. But it is precisely in these moments of difficulty and adversity that our true strength and character are revealed.Perseverance is not just about gritting your teeth and pushing through tough times, although that is certainly part of it. Perseverance is about having a clear sense of purpose, and a deep commitment to your goals, even when the road is rocky or the destination seems far away. It means being flexible and adaptable to change, and being willing to learn and grow from setbacks and failures.Resilience is not just about bouncing back from adversity, although that is certainly part of it. Resilience is about having a strong sense of self, and a deep belief in your own worth and potential, even in the face of challenges or criticism. It means cultivating positive relationships and support networks, and drawing on your strengths and resources to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.Together, perseverance and resilience are the foundation of success and fulfillment. They enable us to overcome the obstacles that stand in our way, and to achieve our dreams and aspirations. But they are not just individual traits – they are also collective values, that we can cultivate and support in each other, as friends, family members, colleagues, and members of a larger community. As you move forward to the next phase of your lives, I encourage you to reflect on your own values, goals, and aspirations, and to cultivate your own sense of perseverance and resilience. Surround yourself with people who support and challenge you, and seek out opportunities to learn and grow. And remember that setbacks are not the end of the road – they are just temporary detours on the journey of life.In closing, I want to congratulate you on your achievements, and to wish you all the best in your future endeavors. May you continue to persevere and thrive, and may you make a positive difference in the world. Thank you.。

英语演讲稿三分钟带翻译5篇Good evening ,Ladies and Gentlemen:晚上好,女士们,先生们:Thank you very much for choosing to come in such a cold my topic is about choice and process.A research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day. With so many choices one day, people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life. In my opinion, the following part is of much more importance than the choice. There is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life, which the process makes the difference.

Life is a box of chocolate, you never know what you will get. Forrest Gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplishedgreat success with his strong will in the process. The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ,the caution, courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles. Take myself as an example, I changed my major when I became a postgraduate. After the choice, days have been harsh for me.I cannot understand the new lessons at all. For they are closely related to mathmatics which I learned nothing about before. However wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself,I persisted. I asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life. Gradually I could understand some parts and even found maths , I learned to act instead of complaining. In retrospect, the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months becomes an unforgetable experience in my life.生活是一盒巧克力,你永久不知道下一步你会得到。

3分钟大学英语演讲稿五篇3分钟大学英语演讲稿篇一good evening, honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen。

it’s my great pleasure to stand here to present my speech―change the world, change ourselves。

it’s noticable that western holidays are bAcoming increasingly popular day by day, while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected。

not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ,because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture。

frankly speaking,i don’t quite agree with them。

indeed,we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions。

(examples)。

but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture。

there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china。

on the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as fathe r’s day and april fool’s day etc。

on the other hand, the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china。

overwhelmed by such a trend, chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture。

with the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important。

we are indeed from different nations, but we are the citizens of the same world,so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth。

the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no。

what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture。

only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture。

only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us。

at last i’d like to share a f amouse saying of gandhi with all of you ,that is:if you want to change the world, then you must change yourself first。

”3分钟大学英语演讲稿篇二but for myself,i learn english not only because of its importance and its usefulness, but also because of my love forit.when i learn english, i can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.when i read english novels,i can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.when i speak english, i can feel the confident from my words.when i write english,i can see the beauty which is not the same as our chinese...i love english,it gives me a colorful dream.i hope i can travel around the world one day. with my good english, i can make friends with many people from different contries.i can see many places of great intrests.i dream that i can go to london, because it is the birth place of english.i also want to use my good english to introduce our great places to the english spoken people,i hope that they can love our country like us.i know, rome was not built in a day. i believe that after continuous hard study, one day i can speak english very well.if you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. so i believe as i love english everyday , it will love me too.i am sure that i will realize my dream one day!3分钟大学英语演讲稿篇三well, it's quite a question argued by people all the time.i think a person's personality has little relation to his family economic level. it's commonly said that a child in rich family will has more chances and better choice for his study. however, if the kid himself isn't aware of this, that is all in vain. it's not unusual that many children from rich family are quite rude and conceited although they are always receive the best education. then, how about the poor family's children? there is another saying that adversity cultivates heroes. to be honest, i disagree with it too. poor children should learn harder and catch every chance to strengthen themselves. however, the reality is often not like that. subjectively speaking, poor children are easy to feel inferior and thus can't study well. even if they study well, they hardly do well in practicing ability. objectively speaking, poor children can hardly receive good and plentiful education because of the economic limit. that will cause deficiency in some literal or artistic talent such as music or dance. therefore, i think children's personality have little relation to their family situation.3分钟大学英语演讲稿篇四Today I’m glad that I’m standing here talking to you all. As the title given, I am going to talk you about a way of treatingpeople and things in life. My speech here basically includes 2 parts,in the former of which I‘ll describe you the pre sent occasion we teenagers are in., as well as the reason behind. Then it’s about the several opinions of mine toward the case above.Undoubtedly, every one of us has stepped into adolescence,a period of time where the mostexciting and mysterious changes take place. Boys, apparently become more ambitious. Girls, in some ways, start to dream and become more sensitive about the world. All in all,as if our emotions become much stronger, somehow we’re always trapped in circles and struggli ng against something that can’t be changed anyway. We complain about how fragile our friendship is, how little people know about us, how unfair the life is,etc. It seems that every time we fail, we blame it to the tough conditions we’re in, while never notice a problem inside ourselves, that we’re never satisfied.Let’s just imagine that there was an old lady. What she sees was her neighbors’ being mean again while not how kind they were when they took care of her sick body. What she saw was her dog’s annoying barking while not how much loyalty it had shown. What she saw was always so depressing that it finally turned her intoan unpleasant person. Think about how our life would be if we stand in her shoe. Why don’t we focus our attention on how much we’ve al ready got in stead? You know it’s really simple to do as there’s a tremendous amount of examples. Like the popular Jetpack Joy Ride on your Iphone, you can enjoy it whenever you like, whereas in some poor area people don’t even know such thing as Iphone.A ctually we should be thankful about the richness we’ve got, thankful that with each sunrise taking place we don’t need to starve to call it a day, thankful that the people we love are still in health, that we still got much to hold on. As a saying on website,” The world is tough, but I’m tougher.” What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.Every day is a gift from life, all we need is to accept it,cherish the lessons life has taught us, so as to achieve our goal with high spirit. In this way, someday when we leave the world, we leave no regrets.Thank you for listening.3分钟大学英语演讲稿篇五I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. We all know that Bingxin has a famous saying “we always admirethe beauty of flowers but its sprout was watered by tears of struggle and rained by blood of sacrifice”.So for the majority, behind their success, are filled of sweat and tears. Eagle flying in the vast firmament, must be experienced the pain of countless times fall under the cliff, then hammered out a pair of volley wings. A shinning of pearls, inevitably suffered countless body friction and numerous waves’ shock. In this view, a real successful people, and he must experienced numerous times to stand up again and agin after failed, because without sweat and tears on the life road ,no one can casually get the beautiful flowers. Alfter a heavy fall Shi Tiesheng lost his legs, it must be a heavy blow for anyone. But he didn't lose faith in life, but use his brain and hands to show the infinite love of life;Beethoven was blind and deaf, but he still had written the "Hero""Destiny"nd so on a large number of music works,in his unfortunately life, he doggedly gripped the "fate of the throat. They all had a fall, but they are strong enough to stand up, fight against fate and misfortune, finally they succeed. So for each of us, wrestling is not terrible, lose confidence and courage in life is the most terribe thing. In my opionion, the sweat and tears during the life’ journey are veryimportant for us, they hone our will, and enrich our experience. As the saying goes, how can you see the rainbow without a rainy day, while you don't work hard and not struggle, how can you gain the successful flowers. All in all, the sweat and tears on the struggling road is inevitable, don’t look for shortcuts anymore, steadfast walk every step, we will succeed in the end.So belief yourself, nothing is impossile, just do it. Thank you for taking your time to listen to my speech, I hope in the near future we all can be successful.。
