英语培训教学反思荣成三十二中孔玲凤为期六个周的培训学习已经告一段落，可是留给我们的却是深深的、无限的思考……这次培训无论从听力、口语还是写作和语音等专业知识方面都让我有所提升。
更让我受益匪浅的是，从所有任课教师身上都能深深体会到一种敬业的精神和勤学上进的优秀品质。
这是一次难忘的学习经历，尤其是在听了苏院长、曹世清和王红老师的报告之后，我及时反思教学行为，更加清晰地发现自己在平时的教学中存在许多的误区，这对今后的工作会有很积极的帮助。
我现任教的班级学生原有的英语基础和学习英语的习惯都较差，这大大影响了学生学习英语的兴趣。
通过这次培训，我深切体会到转变教学观念、改进教学方法的重要性。
因此，在今后的教学实践中，我会力争帮助学生学会学习，激发和保持学习动力，提高学生的自学能力，培养良好的学习习惯，把优化课堂教学当成教育的主渠道，尽最大可能为学生创造运用英语的情景，指导学生积极地运用语言，在学中用，在用中学。
具体我准备从以下几个方面入手：一、课堂教学交际化（1）课前投入。
每堂新课之前安排几分钟时间进行Role Play, Brain Storming, Discussion等，让学生自由用英语交谈，允许学生模仿课文内容适当增减，自由发挥、畅所欲言。
轮到有困难的学生会话时，鼓励他们大胆实践，有点滴进步就给予表扬肯定，以增强他们的自信心。
也可以在上课铃响之前，用多媒体展示外国风俗、乡土人情、歌曲等，相信学生一定会在这样的异国风情中喜欢上英语课堂的。
（2）注重语感教学。
这次培训语音课上最大的收获，就是周老师让我明白了标准发音的重要性，尤其是以前不太重视的语调教学。
因此，在平时教课中应该加强听说训练，努力做到视、听、说同步，培养英语学习兴趣。
每篇课文的生词、句型和文章也都是朗读的好材料。
而且要注意创造情景，让学生懂得不同句子的重音有不同的语感，显示不同的语言心理。
这样其实也是在无形当中让学生的口语更贴近英美人的口音，同时也能提升学生的听力能力。
（3）对话、角色表演。
结合课文内容，每教一个情景句型，让学生用当天所学的知识结合以前的旧知识到讲台前来表演。
整个课堂就是欢乐的海洋，在热烈的气氛中学生们学会并运用所学单词和句型，提高了运用语言交际的能力。
二、设计真实语境注重课堂容量一方面突出知识重点，狠抓基础，一方面面向全体学生，注意容量，平时注意了解和分析每个学生的具体实际情况，课堂上，让每个学生都能与学习活动，设置不同的情景，在情景中进行教学，学生们不知不觉地学习了知识，使教学走向希望。
课堂环节中一定要注重实践应用。
正如苏院长所说的那样，一个不真实的语境是没有意义的。
他举了一个最简的例子：在学习Is this your…?的句型时，应该灵活组织教学，将许多学生的物品混在一起让学生来猜，这样组织的活动才有意义。
三、温故知新克服遗忘注意在课堂上经常复现旧知识，让学生反复操练，由易而顺利地完成一个个学习目标。
具体方法是：学习——复习——再复习。
复习时做到系统性、针对性、综合性。
用以前学过的词语操练新句型或已学过的句式学习新单词。
四、鼓励学生自己动脑及时巩固反馈教学时要处处考虑如何发挥学生的主体作用，所以，在学生经过一段学习活动后，让学生自己进行归纳分析，然后教师以鼓励表扬为主，满腔热情帮助学生，及时处理反馈信息，当堂巩固，引导学生对一些易出错的地方，如人称变化，谓语动词的形式变经、某些习惯表达的异同进行归纳分析，让学生学有所得。
五、注意培养自学能力教是为了学生的“学”，是要让学生“会学”。
因此，今后我也会更加重视对学生的课外学习的指导，帮助他们养成良好的学习习惯和自学能力。
（1）领着同学们坚持听课文录音，加强听力训练，让学生模仿地道的美人语音、语调。
（2）指导学生订出学习英语长期计划和短期安排，每天坚持搞好课前预习。
（3）搞好课外阅读，对一些有自学能力的学生，给一些课外读物来扩展他们的知识视野。
（4）培养学生认真听课，初步运用英语思维和理解。
（5）从音、形、意几方面培养观察力和记忆力，打好语音基础。
（6）用联想对比，归纳演绎等记单词和语法知识。
相信在经过上述教学方法的改进之后，我班学生的英语学习兴趣一定会有很大程度的提高，这次培训带给我的不仅是知识上的提升，更加使我在观念上贴近新课改的要求，今后我会将自己的所学更好地运用于平时的教学之中，设计出高质量的课堂模式。
英语全员培训后的反思扬中市西来桥学校黄娟有幸参加了扬中市英语教师的全员培训，向葛小英老师学习了一堂初二语法课的教学，倾听了王茂宏校长的点评以及陈希诚主任的关于牛津英语有效性教学的讲座，从中确实受益匪浅。
葛小英老师的课给我最大的感受就是：虽然是一节语法课，但是并不枯燥，趣味和操练结合得非常自然和恰到好处，条理非常清晰，教学环节科学合理，充分体现了对学生的启发性教学和迁移能力的培养。
我觉得在课堂开始导入到新授课时用到的三个句子——What is it called? What is it made of? What is it us ed for?非常合适，首先图片呈现激发学生学习的兴趣，而且这三个问题的设置既贴合了前面Reading和Vocabulary的内容，又启发了语法部分的内容，承上启下的作用发挥的淋漓尽致。
这个环节自然得似乎让人都感觉不出来，但是仔细思考可以看出来，葛老师对于这个环节的设置是花了很大时间的，这三个问题是被精心挑选出来的。
另外，葛老师语法教学讲解也是很透彻的，而且从正反双向思维出发让学生进行句型的转换，学生会理解得更加透彻。
这些教学亮点都是葛老师进行精心准备形成的。
这种钻研的态度以及不着痕迹的教学技巧都是值得我学习的。
王校长的点评提醒了我英语教学也一定要有大英语的观点。
我们不能为了学生的考试而教，而应该为了帮助学生形成学习能力而教。
确实是的，比如现在英语考试中，音标不再作为考查的内容，那么是不是意味着我们可以不教呢？从狭隘的应付考试的角度来看，教了是浪费时间，因为你教学的成果在学生的书面成绩里不会体现出来；然而我们教师任何工作的出发点应该是为了学生的成长，这是一个长远的目标，而不是短暂的功利的。
以前每次接到一个新班级，不管是初几，我都会花1－2个课时来教学音标，让学生知道它们怎么读，怎样来拼读音节。
之前我也曾心怀担心：这样会不会耽误时间？现在听了王校长的点评，我觉得以前这些做法值得。
今后我会提醒自己，在每个教学行为前都要认真思考我这么做是不是从学生长远出发？努力培养自己的大英语观念。
陈希诚主任的关于英语有效性教学的报告非常精彩对实际教学有较强的指导意义。
他的讲座给我指明了教学的方向，既要传授基础知识，也要注重能力的培养。
他把一个单元分成了几个模块来讲解各模块的教学，很有实际操作性。
例如，Reading部分的教学，他强调了整体阅读，其实在实际教学中一开始我没有注重这一点，后来听了几次课后我就向其他老师借鉴了这个经验，先整体阅读再讲解知识点，实践表明，这种教学方法确实能起到双重作用，既不会影响知识点的理解和运用，而且还会提高学生的阅读能力，感觉学生阅读理解的正确率高了。
给我印象最深的是，关于Integrated skill部分的教学，我只是注重在书本上的听力材料上下功夫，经过陈主任的提醒，我才意识到我可以上课补充其它材料，让学生进行训练，也算是及时反馈。
还有Checkout的教学也是，平时这一块很容易被忽略，但是陈主任提出了，可以在总结本单元后及时来小测试，反馈学生的学习状况，这些对我的实际教学都具有很强的指导性，真正是体现了有效、优效教学，今后我会在教学中努力应用来提高教学效果。
总的说来，这次的活动让我收获很多，希望以后能够经常有这样的培训，让我能不断自我改进自我提高。

我觉得这次培训我的最大的收获就是如何在英语课堂上吸引学生的注意力.只有最大限度的提升学生对英语学习的兴趣，才有可能使学生全身心投入到英语学习中去。
就如在培训中郭老师提到的。
兴趣是最好的老师，所谓的兴趣一个是知识本身的兴趣。
另一个就是教师个人魅力使学生对英语产生兴趣。
英语老师的自身素质都很高，都是学了很多年的英语。
专业知识都不差，关键的是管理能力要跟上。
我觉得郭老师的话说的很对。
班级管理工作不光是班主任的事情，英语老师只有把一个班级管理好了，在学生当中有了威信。
那学生才会爱上你的课，才会愿意听这个老师的表扬，才会心甘情愿的被你“忽悠”。
在培训中，三位发言的老师都谈了自己对音标教学的独到见解。
我很赞同张老师的观点，不要怕把语音混了就不敢教音标。
很多老师总是怕英语字母和音标与拼音弄混了，总是强调要注意与拼音的区别。
但是我们也可以借助拼音的基础来帮助学生记忆读音。
尤其是差生，学习了三年的拼音之后，对拼音知识一般来说都很扎实。
当差生不敢发音，不敢张嘴的时候就可以往拼音上靠。
兰老师的集中教学和打持久战的方法也很实用。
尤其是听到兰老师的学生都已经能够熟练的使用字典来解决学习中的困难时，我深感自己与其他老师的差距。
总之，通过此次的英语培训，我不仅仅收获了许多有关英语教学的一些先进理念，而且掌握了对于英语学习的一些有效的方法。
作为一名英语教师，必须时时刻刻在学习，不断提高自身的知识水平和业务素质，才能适应新形势对教师的要求。
所以我深深的明白，培训不能只是形式上的，必须持之以恒，才能收到实效，所以我会将自我培训的工作继续做下去。
小学英语培训学习反思通过培训、研修我深有感触，深感自己英语基础的浅薄，英语听力的低下，自己平时教学中只注重知识的传授，而在课堂设计方面还欠功夫，对如何调动学生的学习积极性，使课堂气氛活跃，在玩中学，学中玩方面还需进一步探究，引导学生主动学习。

比如：每天晚上或每个星期天，我都要把学生的作业带回家批改，我应该把自己所做的一切讲给学生听，让学生知道我为他们付出的艰辛的劳动，让学生知道尊重老师的劳动，所以对于老师辛苦批改出来的错题，学生也会认真得去改。
老师要守信，答应学生的事一定要做到，可以让一个记性特别好的学生经常提醒你。
二、注重以人为本，发挥学生主体作用。
在日常的生活中，在课堂上创设各种情景，让学生感受、领悟英语中某些句子在什么情景下用。
还可以把所学内容融会贯通。
