2018年中国梦演讲稿:梦想航班
女士们，先生们，欢迎您乘坐中国梦想航空公司的航班------梦想航班。
本次航班飞行距离无限公里，预计飞行时间无限小时，飞行高度无限米，飞行目的地------未来。
是的，朋友，无须讶异。
你、我、他，每一个人，每一个中国人，都应该感谢这个美好而伟大的时代，让我们一同搭乘上这架梦想航班，飞向属于我们共同的美好未来。
中国人从来就是梦想的紧紧追随者，嫦娥奔月，是飞天之梦；夸父追日，是追求光明之梦；愚公移山，是人定胜天之梦。
中国人从来就是梦想的努力实现者，改革开放，梦圆富民；航母下水，梦圆强国；百年奥运，梦圆XX；神十飞天；梦圆太空。
这一个又一个伟大精彩，激情绽放的中国梦深深地震撼着我，更激励着我，虽然我只是一个平凡而又普通的小学教师，但同为中国人，同样置身于梦想航班，我想说，我也有梦，那是我的梦，我们的梦，我们每一个教育工作者心中都会有的梦，那就是教育梦。
那一年，15岁，我背起行囊走进师范，在那里，严谨的校风，严格的基本功训练，是他们让我明白作为一名教师应该承载的梦想------“学高为师，身正为范”。
那一年，18岁，我一脸稚气走进学校，与那些呕心沥血几十年，青丝已然变白发的老一辈教育工作者们一同并肩工作，是他们让我懂得了作为一名教师应该秉持的梦想-----“捧着一颗心来不带半根草去。
”
然而，梦想的坚持并不都是一帆风顺的，就像梦想航班在飞行中也会遭遇气流，也会发生颠簸。
工作近十年后，当职业倦怠悄悄爬上心头。
当日复一日，年复一年的辛勤工作却发现得不到家长的支持、社会的理解。
当一切向钱看的价值取向扰乱原本清淡的生活。
最初的梦想竟变得有些模糊，甚至不够清楚。
直到18年5月12日，那生死一线，几十秒钟的残酷之梦彻底敲醒我的头脑。
张米亚、谭千秋，这些和我一样的为人师者用身躯挡住瓦砾，直至生命最后一刻。
张丽莉，最美教师面对生死考验用瘦弱的手臂推开车轮前的孩子。
是他们让我明白，教育
梦是一个关于爱的梦，师爱让这个梦无比温暖，无限厚重。
当胡忠、谢晓君这对高原并蒂雪莲从盆地一同走上海拔3800米的高原，当农家大婶高淑珍用粗糙的手臂支起课桌，用宽厚的背挡住风雨，高原上的孩子，小院里的孩子对读书充满渴望的眼睛。
是他们让我明白，教育梦是一个关于执着的梦，执着让这个梦一直延续，生生不息。
这一年，35岁的我已经离不开心爱的讲台，钟爱的学生，热爱的事业，因为，因为几乎每一天我都是从一个美丽的梦开始一天的工作，这个美梦从清晨的上课铃声响起那一刻开始，在悦耳的铃声中我脚步轻盈走进教室，从讲台上我凝望每一张纯真的笑脸，我和孩子们互相问好，聆听他们真诚而温暖的回应，这每一天，每一个美丽的梦积攒着、沉淀着，最后成为我、我们、我们每一个教育工作者的教育梦。
不要再说我们的梦普普通通，不信你看，当我们一堂堂精心设计，煞费苦心的课换来作业本上满目鲜红的勾时，我们的梦里全是满足；不要再说我们的梦平淡无奇，当我们利用业余时间精心辅导的学生在各级各类比赛中名列前茅，崭露头角时，我们的梦里都是喜悦；不要再说我们的梦平铺直叙，当我们所带的班级被评为先进集体，孩子们欢呼雀跃，激动相拥时，我们的梦里光彩一片。
我骄傲，我是中国人，我有中国梦，我自豪，我是教育者，我做教育梦，路在脚下，梦在前方，梦想航班，请让我带着充满爱与执着的教育梦随你一同高飞，飞跃“雄关漫道真如铁”的昨天，飞跃“人间正道是沧桑”的今天；飞向“长风破浪会有时”的明天。
梦想航班，一旦起飞，绝不降落！。
