比如能用英语的我一般不用汉语,即使是题目要求我也用英语读出来,如果他们一开始听不懂,我就说完英语再用汉语简单翻译一下,反复几次后就可以完全抛弃汉语,再用英语发出指令时,虽然他们并不一定能完全听懂每一个单词,但却可以听懂指令,知道要求他们做什么。
同时我比较注重学生的语音语调,学完新单词后去检查学生的发音,尽可能的去纠正一些错误的发音。
这样也有利于对他们听力能力的培养。
因为有些学生在做听力时之所以失分较多,就是因为自己的发音和录音机上的发音相差甚远,所以明明是自己会的单词却听不出来。

老师与学生之间大都是灌输,而缺少交流.如何优化课堂教学,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生良好的英语学习习惯,让学生真正成为学习的主人,使其获得成功的机会,取得成功的喜悦,一直是我教学以来反思的问题。
通过这次理论学习和培训,使我对课堂有效教学有了更深刻的认知。
什么是有效教学?它包括了有效果(effectiveness)和有效率(efficientness)两个层面。
“有效教学”是一个以学生自主学习,合作学习的基础,让学生可持续发展的学习过程。
它的最终衡量的标准就是学生的成长,学生活动的形式多样、灵动,能让学生充分的享受学习的过程,教师不再是知识唯一的传授者,而是学生学习的高级合作伙伴,学生学习活动的设计者,也是学生学习效果的研究者。
教师的主要责任就是诱导学生自主合作探究学习,培养学生自主学习习惯,提高学生自主学习的能力,以下是本人对英语课堂有效教学的浅见。
一、有效的兴趣培养爱因斯坦曾说过:“兴趣是最好的老师。
”古人亦云:“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。
”兴趣是求知的起点,是激发学生积极主动探索知识的内部动力,是学生积极认识事物,积极参与活动的一种心理倾向。
兴趣越浓,学生学习的积极性越高,掌握知识就越快。
因此,要激发学生学习英语的兴趣,增强学生变被动学习为主动学习的信心。
只有激发兴趣,才会集中学生的注意力,激发学生的主动参与意识,使学生产生一种内在学习动力。
教师必须坚持从诱发学生的兴趣入手,有目的、有计划地培养学生学习英语的兴趣,并使之能长久下去。
首先,必须营造愉悦的学习氛围,创设良好的语言情境,把英语知识融入生活实际中,使学生在情绪上引起共鸣,还要根据学生学习的年龄特征和认识规律,充分利用学生的好奇心,采用各种手段诱发他们的求知欲望,让他们产生欲罢不能的激情。
这就要求教师在课前要充分地准备,运用恰当有趣的例子,活跃课堂气氛,扩大学生的知识面、增添学习兴趣,使学生自觉地将注意集中到授课内容,以便更好地掌握这些内容。
还有上课期间,教师应与每一位学生进行个人的、积极的交流,针对其作业内容、完成质量等说一些鼓励话。
布置练习后,教师应在教室内来回走动,察看学生的作业情况,一个点头或微笑,一句赞赏的话,一声亲切、热情的指导,都会引起学生的兴趣。

教师必须紧紧抓住”善导”、“激趣”、“引思”、“精讲”这四项教学要素。
例如,老师在上Unit3,The international food festival第二课时warming up 阶段首先通过口头提问、回答问题来复习学生上一课时已学过的14页课文要点,吸引学生的注意力,如:What are they going todo?Why are they going to do it?Where are they going to do it?When are they going to do it?How are they going to do it?Who is going to help them? 其次给出这些答案句子让学生朗读,旁边标注相应的特殊疑问词。
最后让学生根据给出的Poster用自己的语言描述出其中的内容,做什么?为什么?在哪里?什么时候?谁?老师有意识通过提问来唤起学生对已学知识的回忆。
同时巧妙运用教材处理,让学生尽可能多开口,在Poster旁边打上特殊疑问词。
学生只要根据这些词的提示,学生就会很容易的把上一课时所学课文的内容描述出来。
在此基础上导入新课文,因为有了知识背景的铺垫也就顺理成章了。
四、有效的课后反思教学是一门艺术。
在新的平台上的课堂教学,教学任务的完成不在于教案是否讲完,而在于学生是否学会了,会学了,喜欢学了。

同时在本书中,作者将国内外英语课程标准作了对比,内容更为充实,并在英语语言技能、学习策略以及文化意识等方面作了较为详细的说明,使新课标的指导性更细致明确,在实际推行过程中也更容易落到实处。
其次,就此书对我自身的教学影响而言主要有以下几点:第一,教学目标的设置更为明确。
书中作者就英语学习所要达到的层次标准作了明确要求,在目标等级清晰的基础上设置教学目标将更切合实际,更能够符合学生的发展特点。

第四,教学评价更完善。
在新的课程标准中,教学评价体系被定为是实现课程目标的重要保障。

在这一理论指导下,我改变了以前以分数论英雄的评价模式,从更多的角度去评价学生的学习行为。

众所周知,在英语教学中师生互动特别重要,提问就是互动中非常重要的一环。
提问就是通过巧妙的激疑设问,使学生心中产生疑惑,引起积极的思考,我们要不断优化课堂提问的方法、过程、内容、途径、角度,通过科学的课堂提问,多角度、多层次地调动学生学习的内动力,加强教与学的和谐互动,充分发挥提问的有效价值,从而极大地提高教学的有效性,真正激发学生的英语思维。
一、有效提问的教学策略所谓“有效”,就是:“能实现预期目的;有效果。
”“有效提问”,意味着教师提出的问题能够引起学生的回应,且这种回应或回答让学生更积极地参与学习,由此获得具体的进步和发展。
1、提问要适时。
提问该作铺垫时就铺垫,该作归纳时归纳,要把握最佳时机提问,使之能化解难点、深化认识,要在学生“心求通而未得,口欲言而不能”的状态提出相应的问题。
2、提问要明确、清晰。
教师要把问题交代清楚,必要时将一些问题口语化,让学生听清楚教师在问什么。
设计提问时要充分顾及学生的年龄特点,我们针对的学生是高中生,问题要引起他们的`兴趣。
