三、组内情况分析:本教研组共有英语教师八人,面对英语知识功底相对薄弱,有的甚至发音不够准确,书写不够规范,针对这种现象,教研组要求教师特别是专职英语教师积极上进,采取每周五下午全部集中到中心校统一研究下周上课的教案。

而且我们还要求每位英语教师订阅一份英语教学杂志或报刊,如:《中小学外语教学与研究》、《英语辅导报-小学教师版》、《学英语报-小学教师版》等,平时相互探讨、学习先进的教学方法,用于自己的教学实践。

同时要求各位英语教师平时多说英语,强化自己的语音语调,教师的业务水平正在逐步提高。

英语教研活动心得体会
每一次的教研活动都是对前一阶段教学的反思,反思我们的教学常规,反思我们的教学理念,反思我们的教学基本功。

反思的同时探究更好的,适合我们的孩子的教学方法。

因为我们都追求一个目标——让学生真正学到知识并运用知识,感受学习英语的乐趣。

通过这次的教研活动,让我受益匪浅,体会颇深。

一、提高自身的专业素养。

每一次参加完教研活动后总是觉得我还有很多东西需要加强。

如提高口语表达能力,驾驭课堂的能力等等。

只有这样才能更好的完成教育教学工作。

二、不断完善课堂教学。

应该说每一次英语教研活动,我们都会从中汲取很多好的教学方法。

也就是说。

很多英语老师在平日繁重的教学过程中,都在不断地学习,探究,不断地完善自己的课堂教学,从而不断地提高课堂教学效率。

三、重视评价,关注学生的情感。

英语课并不是简单地知识的累加,而是一个综合体。

每一单元的内容都是有思想的,都是很好的教育材料,应该把情感教育应用到每一节英语课上。

简单地让学生只学一些词和句子没有什么实际意义,有些学生态度冷淡,情感脆弱,关注学生的情感态度培养是必需的。

一句鼓励的话,让学生兴奋,促使他们集中精力,积极完成课堂上的各种教学活动。

希望能多参加这样的教研活动,学习别人的长处,弥补自己的不足,不断提高自己的业务水平。
