电镀术语中英文对照1.化学腐蚀chemical corrosion金属在非电化学作用下的腐蚀(氧化)过程。
通常指在非电解质溶液及干燥气体中，纯化学作用引起的腐蚀。
2.双电层electric double layer电极与电解质溶液界面上存在的大小相等符号相反的电荷层。
3.双极性电极bipolar electrode一个不与外电源相连的，浸入阳极与阴极间电解液中的导体。
靠近阳极的那部分导体起着阴极的作用，而靠近阴极的部分起着阳极的作用。

大气暴露试验 atmospheric corrosion rest 在不同气候区的暴晒场按规定方法进行的一种检验镀层耐大气腐蚀性能的试验。
电镀 electroplating 利用电解在制件表面形成均匀、致密、结合良好的金属或合金沉积层的过程。
电镀用阳极 anodes for plating电解浸蚀 electrolytic pickling 金属制件作为阳极或阴极在电解质溶液中进行电解以清除制件表面氧化物和锈蚀物的过程。
电抛光 electropolishing 金属制件在合适的溶液中进行阳极极化处理以使表面平滑、光亮的过程。
