合格率随浊度升高而降低
随着浊度的升高ꎬ总磷浓度均呈升高趋势ꎬ但自
动站总磷浓度的升高幅度明显大于手工总磷浓度的
升高幅度ꎻ比对不合格率也随浊度的上升呈现显著下
降趋势ꎬ在浊度<４０ ＮＴＵ 时ꎬ合格率能保持在 ８０％ 以
上ꎬ当浊度超过 ４０ ＮＴＵ 后合格率迅速下降至 ４０％ ~
７０％的水平ꎬ如图 ４ 所示ꎮ
但总磷自动在线监测仪器目前尚未有规范或者
标准对总磷分析步骤和水质的预处理步骤进行规定ꎬ
导致市场上的总磷仪器在预处理和监测方法上千差
万别ꎬ在个别水质条件下与实验室手工分析的结果也
差强人意ꎮ

本标准适用于地表水、地下水和降水中可溶性磷酸盐的测定。
当进样体积为50µl时，本标准测定可溶性磷酸盐（以PO43-计）的方法检出限为0.007mg/L，测定下限为0.028mg/L。

本标准验证单位：江阴市环境监测站、太湖流域水环境监测中心、吉林市环境保护监测站、天津市水环境监测中心和黄河流域水环境监测中心和苏州市环境监测中心站。
本标准由环境保护部2013年10月25日批准。

水中磷酸盐含量的测定的实验报告
实验名称：测定水中磷酸盐含量
实验仪器：电热水浴，PH计，PH试纸，磷酸盐分析仪，磷酸分析试剂盒等
实验时间：2020年10月
实验内容：
1.将水样置于电热水浴中，加热至80-90℃，备用。
2.将量筒100ml中加入90ml水样，搅拌均匀。
3.滴加适量Hg(NO3)2，调至pH= 6.0-6.2，加入足量NaOH滴定至pH范围内，继续搅拌。
4.将测试液置于电热水浴中加热至80-90℃，维持10min，取出冷却。
5.用PH计、PH试纸等测定温度降至50℃以下时的pH值，校正液体温度。
6.用磷酸盐分析仪，在740nm波长透过国家标准样品和检测液，测定该液的色度，取
出测定结果。
7.根据实验报告，准确测定水中磷酸盐含量。
实验结果：
用磷酸盐分析仪，在740nm波长透过国家标准样品和检测液，测定水样中磷酸盐含量，测出的磷酸盐含量为1.575mg/L，误差值小于4%，实验结果满足环境卫生标准要求
（≤2mg/L）。
实验结论：
通过本次实验，我们准确测定水中磷酸盐含量为1.575mg/L，测定结果合格，实验所
用仪器及设备可靠，实验操作步骤符合要求。

系统设计和功能
光度法测量原理
试样经预处理后，仪器的样品泵将试样输送至混合器中，试剂泵按设定的比率加入试剂，试样同试剂反应后，形成特定的颜色，光度计测量出样品对一特定波长的吸收（如图所示），该波长为特定波长，样品对该波长的吸收强度同样品中所测成份的浓度成正比，另外，参比光的吸收被用来消除由于浊度、ＬＥＤ老化和污染而可能产生的干扰。
光度计中温度控制为恒定，这样保证反应的重现性，并使反应在短时间内完成。
测量原理
１、参比ＬＥＤ２、ＬＥＤ发生器３、探测器４、样品
钼蓝法（ＰＨ－Ａ，ＰＨ－Ｃ）测定磷酸盐（ＤＩＮＥＮ１１８９标准）
磷酸盐同钼酸盐和锑离子生成蓝色络合物，在８８０ｎｍ（ＰＨ－Ａ）／６６０ｎｍ（ＰＨ－Ｃ）波长处测量吸收值，吸收强度同样品中的磷酸盐浓度成正比，参比波长为５６５ｎｍ。
钒—钼法（ＰＨ－Ｂ，ＰＨ－Ｄ）测定磷酸盐
磷酸盐同钒钼试剂形成黄色络合物，在４３０ｎｍ波长处测量吸收值，吸收值同样品中磷酸盐的浓度成正比，参比波长为５６５ｎｍ。
—一个０／４．．．２０ｍＡ的模拟量输出，并有可编程的限位开关量（继电器）输出可直接完成控制功能。
测量过程参数和数字记录通过一个串口输出。
操作失误时，清晰文本出错菜单帮助诊断并提示。
强大的自监测功能防止任何误动作。
自清洗功能可防止沉淀物积聚和错误测量。
在程序间隔期，为了保护准确的测量数值，系统可进行自动标定且监测标定参数，只需每月对标准液的值进行校验。
