happiness的英语演讲稿篇二Honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen, good evening. I’m xxx, major in xxx, grade xxx. It’s my great honor to be here and discuss the familiar topic “happiness” with all of you. Firstly ,a brief introduction of myself. Actually, once make self-introduction, the first point I would like to emphasize is that I e from Shangrao Yushan, one of the world natural heritage site—San Qing mountain is just located there. After these words, I particularly willing to lo(.)ok forward to your envious eyes. The second is about my mother school-Yushan NO.1 middle school, I still remember used to give a presentation of the school, paring its front door to the one of Peking university, then all the students and our teacher laughed .I love my hometown, and I am really proud of my mother school. Thank you.OK, so let’s get into the topic—happiness. As I’ve mentioned just now, it’s a familiar topic since we have discussed during our class meetings for several times. What impresses me most is a sentence from our dear secretary Xiong. He says: Our destination is happiness, but the process is much or less painful. So today, with the indoctrination of our secretary, I’m going to re-interpretation an old story, and to share my view of happiness. Believe that you all have read the story of the rich and the fisherman. Yeah, the rich teaches the fisherman how to bee a billionaire, so as to have a carefree holiday and enjoy life at the seaside like him. But, what’s the fisherman’s answer? Don’t you think I’m now enjoying the result of all the processes you have just said?——that’s the answer. Well, when first read the story, I thought the fisherman is very palladian, even believed that enjoying the moment was more important than just hard work. However, once again to review the story with the secretary’s words, I awaken to the truth immediately. We are born in different background, grow up in a different environment, in a word, we are different. As I always believe, everyone on the big stage of life has his own role, we all burden various missions when e to the world. The fisherman is content with the status, repeating simple life day-after-day, enjoying the peace and serenity. But he’s just satisfied with self demand, his contribution to the society ,however, is rather limited. Then, let’s turn to the rich with great ambition. After enjoying the short holiday, he has to get back to his business, continue to struggle, to bring more joy to his family through his owneffort, and, last but not least, to create great value to the society. Obviously, the two protagonists in the story are living in two different ways. But I believe both of them want to reach the happiness destination in their mind. We are also the same. As we grow, we are always in constant choices. And often the choices we make is based on our inner yearning for happiness.Maybe sometimes, we are not so lucky, just have to accept some facts rather than make our own choice, such as success or failure, or the death of relatives or friends. Or maybe sometimes, our eyes are not so bright, our intellectual is not so maturity, and then get to a wrong way when pursuit happiness, for example, hurt the closest person around us, or even do something illegal. However, life is a practice. All we suffer will help us bee more stronger and powerful, and gradually ,we will have more choices about our own life. Whether to be a rich, or to enjoy life like the fisherman. Howsoever, we are pleased with our life, and we feel happy. Finally,What I would like to emphasize is that no matter what we experience on the way, we cannot ignore the family members, relatives, friends ,and our lovers. They care about us now and then ,our happiness is often affects theirs. Just cherish everyone we met or will meet. Whoever loves us ,loved by us, offers help, or even hurts us. Ok, as there es an end to my speech ,I wish you all are enjoying happiness, or are just on the way. As we have no choice about success or failure but we can choice to work hard, so, let’s work hard together for our happiness, let’s fighting. Thank you.happiness的英语演讲稿篇三It is a monplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. This is only true if you pursue it unwisely. Gamblers at Monte Carlo are pursuing money, and most of them lose it instead, but there are other ways of pursuing money, which often succeed. So it is with happiness. If you pursue it by means of drink, you are forgetting the hangover. Epicurus pursued it by living only in congenial society and eating only dry bread, supplemented by a little cheese on feast days. His method proved successful in his case, but he was a valetudinarian, and most people would need something more vigorous. For most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. But I think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, except in rare and heroic cases, be inpatible with happiness. If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in mon.The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see ing into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work sseems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring es, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly. It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure inthe alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.happiness的英语演讲稿篇四It is a monplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. this is only true if you pursue it unwisely. gamblers at monte carlo are pursuing money, and most of them lose it instead, but there are other ways of pursuing money, which often succeed. so it is with happiness. if you pursue it by means of drink, you are forgetting the hangover. epicurus pursued it by living only in congenial society and eating only dry bread, supplemented by a little cheese on feast days. his method proved successful in his case, but he was a valetudinarian, and most people would need something more vigorous. for most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. but i think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, e_cept in rare and heroic cases, be inpatible with happiness. if you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in mon.The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see ing into e_istence. women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. but there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring es, they e_perience all the joys of having created beauty. the whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly. It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. but when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. it is the simple things that really matter. if a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. if, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more e_ercise, or what not. man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. this is a humble conclusion, but i cannot make myself disbelieve it. unhappy businessmen, i am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking si_ miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.Thangk you.happiness的英语演讲稿篇五As we all know, happiness is something that everyone is chasing. But, what is happiness? Does happiness have a universal definition? I say no. But there must be something in life that makes you realize what it means. When you are hungry, you have something to eat. Don’t you feel happy? When you’re in sick, there is a short message full of care and love from your friend. Don’t you feel happy? When you have each tiny wish e true, don’t you feel happy?I always try my best to find out what is the true meaning of happiness. And I think I have got lots of it from my career. Today, standing here, I’d like to share with you a little piece of my happiness from my school life.“Dear queen, how do you feel? Do we massage well?” Lee said softly around me. Of course, the “queen” was me. One day, our P.E teacher was out for business trip. So it was my duty to be the leader in this P.E class. After guiding students to play games for a long time. Everyone was tired. Then, one student lay down. Then, another?in a minute, all of the students lay down on the playground. It was so enjoyable for me to see such a great situation, as in the classroom our lovely guys always sit properly to show their poritive attitudes. The sun was shining. The wind was blowing. Smelling the faint smell of flowers, I couldn’t help closing my eyes and lying on my back. Suddently, a tiny hand touched my arm. “Queen, you must be tired after a day’s work. Right? I’m your faithful maid. Let me serve for you.” Then, the other students came over to sit and serve around me. Head, neck, leg. Wow, that was really a great happiness to have such an experience.Dear friends, everyday we have a lot of work to do. Everyday we have a lot of things to plain. But, just like Xiao Shenyang saying, “The eyes close and open - a day is over. The eyes close but never open , all life has gone.” Time is limited. Why can’t we focus on our lovely students and keep a happy mind in the school life? Just like me. Lie down and enjoy the happiness from my kids.Happiness 篇六What is happiness? Different people have different ideas. Some people are rich; they think they are happy. Other people have many friends, so they feel happy. Still others are happy because their lives are meaningful. Happiness attracts(吸引)everyone. For children, happiness often suggests eating something good or playing with toys. For a stamp collector, stamps bring more delight than meals. And for a scientist, a discovery or an invention rather than anything else gives him greatest satisfaction.幸福是什么?不同的人有不同的想法。

关于幸福的英语演讲稿Happiness is something that every one of us is pursuing. It is the ultimate goal of our lives, the driving force behind our actions and decisions. But what is happiness? How can we achieve it? In my speech today, I would like to share with you my thoughts on happiness and how we can all strive to attain it in our lives.First and foremost, happiness is not a destination, but a journey. It is not something that we can simply find and possess, but rather something that we need to cultivate and nurture within ourselves. It is about finding joy and contentment in the little things, and appreciating the present moment for what it is. In a world that is constantly pushing us to achieve more, have more, and be more, it is important to remember that true happiness comes from within, and not from external sources.Secondly, happiness is not a result of our circumstances, but a choice that we make. It is easy to think that we will be happy once we achieve a certain goal, or acquire a certain possession. However, the truth is that happiness is a state of mind, and it is up to us to choose to be happy, regardless of our external circumstances. It is about finding the silver lining in every situation, and choosing to focus on the positive rather than the negative.Furthermore, happiness is not a solo journey, but a shared experience. It is important to remember that our own happiness is intricately linked to the happiness of those around us. By spreading joy and kindness to others, we not only enhance their lives, but also contribute to our own sense of fulfillment and contentment. As the saying goes, “Happiness is only real when shared.”。

幸福英文三分钟演讲稿

幸福英文三分钟演讲稿

Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is my great honor to stand before you today to talk about a topic that is close to all our hearts – happiness. Happiness is a universal pursuit, a dream that we all strive to achievein one form or another. But what exactly is happiness, and how can we attain it?First and foremost, let us define happiness. Happiness is not a destination, but a journey. It is not a state of being, but a way of living. It is not something that is given to us, but something that we create. In other words, happiness is an inside job.To understand happiness, we must delve into the essence of what it means to be human. We are social beings, and our happiness is deeplyintertwined with our relationships with others. It is in the laughter of a child, the comfort of a friend, and the love of a partner that we find joy. Therefore, one of the key components of happiness is the quality of our social connections. But happiness is not solely dependent on our relationships. It also stems from our personal achievements, our sense of purpose, and ourability to adapt to life's challenges. When we are engaged in meaningful work, when we contribute to the well-being of others, and when we embrace life's ups and downs with grace, we are more likely toexperience happiness. Now, let me share with you some insights on how to cultivate happinessin our lives.1. Practice gratitude: Gratitude is the foundation of happiness. By acknowledging the good in our lives, we train our minds to focus on the positive aspects of our experiences. This practice not only enhances our own happiness but also has a ripple effect on those around us.2. Cultivate kindness: Kindness is a powerful force that can transform our lives and the lives of others. When we act with compassion and empathy, we create a positive feedback loop that fosters happiness. Kindness is contagious, and it has the power to change the world.3. Embrace mindfulness: Mindfulness is the art of being present in the moment. By practicing mindfulness, we can break free from the cycle of negative thoughts and emotions that often lead to unhappiness. When we are fully engaged with the present, we can appreciate the beauty of life and find joy in the simplest of moments.4. Foster resilience: Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity. Life is full of challenges, and how we respond to them can significantly impact our happiness. By building resilience, we can face life's obstacles with courage and determination, emerging stronger and happier in the end.5. Seek balance: A balanced life is a happy life. It is important tofind a harmonious balance between work, rest, and play. When we overcommit ourselves, we neglect the other areas of our lives, leadingto stress and unhappiness. Remember to prioritize self-care and nurture all aspects of your well-being.6. Connect with nature: Nature has a profound impact on our happiness. Spending time in the great outdoors can reduce stress, improve our mood, and increase our sense of well-being. Whether it's a walk in the park, a hike in the mountains, or a visit to the beach, connecting with nature can be a powerful source of happiness.7. Cultivate an attitude of optimism: Optimism is the belief that good things will happen in the future. When we approach life with a positive outlook, we are more likely to attract positive experiences and, in turn, experience happiness. In conclusion, happiness is a choice. It is a state of mind that we can cultivate by adopting certain habits and practices. By practicing gratitude, kindness, mindfulness, resilience, seeking balance, connecting with nature, and maintaining an optimistic attitude, we can create a life filled with joy and fulfillment. As we navigate the complexities of our lives, let us not forget the power of happiness. Let us embrace it, cherish it, and share it withothers. For in the end, it is the pursuit of happiness that truly defines us as human beings.Thank you.。

I am ..from..##. I am going to start my speech with a question. How can we harvest happiness? As for this question, most of you have thought about it incidentally or purposefully. While have you figured out the way? Next, I will share my understanding of this question. For me, the road to happiness is the way to fight for my goals and desires. As a matter of fact, I have been on the road to happiness from the moment I was born. When I was 5, I racked my brains(绞尽脑汁)to get a Barbie doll or a teddy bear. In order to get them, I was willing to attend the piano class which actually was the last thing I wanted to do. However, on thinking of my little dolls, I forgot all the pains in the piano class. I deeply believed that I was realizing my happiness, and I was on the road to my happiness. When I was 10,I was fascinated by the title of NO.1 which could bring me a huge sense of success. TO be the NO.1, I sacrificed my rest time to attend all kinds of training classes, and I saved my pocket money to afford reference books. These might sound painful for most 10 years old children. But as long as I achieved my goal, Ithought I was on the road to happiness. When I was 15, I became an enthusiast of painting. I enjoyed the way to express myself by means of different colors.. with a strong desire to improve my painting techniques, I attend a painting class. I travelled between the painting center and my home for hours. What is more, none of my t-shirts and skirts could have a narrow escape from those pigments. However, I still felt happy, because I was fighting for my desire little by little.Time flies. I am 20-year-old now. by comparison with 5-yeae-old and ten-year-old, I harvest more desired things, such as love form friends, care from teachers and CDs signed by celebrities. The feeling is always the same. By this time, I realize that as long as I fight for my goals and desires, I will feel excited, fulfilled and satisfied. Today, my goal is to present a perfect a speech to all of you. Now I am working on it. Hence I can say I am harvesting happiness, and I am on the road to happiness.

Happiness lies in dedicationMost of us have learned a story. A little puppy asks her mother, “Mummy, mummy, where’s happiness?” Her mother smiles and says,“It’s on your tale.” The puppy thus tries to reach her tale, only to find it’s impossible. At last, the mother tells her, “Honey, if you head up and walk straightforwards, happiness will follow you all around.” As for our human beings, we all pursuit it without realizing that happiness is si-mp-le in many ways. Meeting an old friend is happines s. Winning a game is happiness. Even now I’m standing here and giving my speech is also happiness.Happiness is basically a state of mind. It’s not in the mere possession of money, power or other material. When we achieve something we’re longing for or do something we prefer to, a spiritualsatisfaction is perceived, which in my opinion can be defined as happiness.Happiness lies in the effort of dedication and in the joy of achievement. Let me share something of my experience as a volunteer for the German agent in the 2015 World Stamp Exhibition. During the five days, with another two volunteers, we’ve done a lot of cancellation and helped communicate with customers who came to our booth. We all felt tired but cheerful. I’ve learned to listen to others, to value their opinions, and to work in cooperation as a team member. In short, I think I can say that I’ve learned to be a better person through volunteering. And I believe it’s one of my unforgettable experience in life.Every person, regardless of their position, has something to offer to humanity. We achieve our own value by dedicating to the society we live in. And we gain grate satisfaction through our sincere effort. In a word, if everyone does a little, we can make a big difference, to build a happier and more harmonious world.关于幸福的英语演讲稿 [篇2]ordinary happpinessgood morning everyone:as we all know, happiness is something that every person is chasing.i always try my best to find out what is the true meaning of happiness. and i think i got it last week.it was an ordinary saturday morning. i felt a little tired because of the preparation for the mid-term exams. it was not long before my mother came in with a large bunch of white roses picked from theseller’s gardon. during the next few minutes, we wer e both busy putting them into a big cley case. looking at the flowers, i found the dark sitting room became bright, so did my mood, just like a person gets some fresh air when he feels dizzy. all the feeling of boredom flew away.then i remember a poem nam ed “life could be worse”, which said:” for the weariness and aching muscles at the end of the day, because it means i have been capable of working hard. for my alarm that goes of in the early hours, because it means i am alive. and finally, for too much e-mail, because it means i have friends who are thinking of me. “i learnt that happiness is not the diamond in a necklace, nor a dream far away, it’s just your attitude towards life.if you realize it, a si-mp-le cup of cola with ice can bring you a cool sum mer, for happiness is so ordinary that it’s right in the palm of your hand.thank you!平凡的幸福各位早上好:我们都知道,幸福是每个人都在追寻的`东西。

主题为幸福的英语演讲稿Happiness is something that everyone desires, and it is often considered as the ultimate goal in life. But what exactly is happiness? How can we achieve it? In today's speech, I would like to share with you my thoughts on happiness.First and foremost, happiness is a state of mind. It is not something that can be bought or acquired through external means. True happiness comes from within, and it is a result of our attitude towards life and the way we choose to perceive the world around us. It is about finding contentment and joy in the present moment, rather than constantly chasing after material possessions or external validation.Secondly, happiness is closely linked to our relationships with others. Studies have shown that having strong and meaningful connections with family and friends is one of the key factors in determining our overall happiness. It is the love and support from the people around us that brings us a sense of belonging and fulfillment. Therefore, it is important to cultivate and cherish these relationships, as they are essential for our well-being.Furthermore, happiness is also about pursuing our passions and living a life that is aligned with our values and beliefs. When we engage in activities that bring us joy and fulfillment, we are more likely to experience a sense of purpose and satisfaction. Whether it is pursuing a hobby, volunteering for a cause we are passionate about, or simply doing something that makes us feel alive, these are the things that contribute to our overall happiness. In addition, practicing gratitude and mindfulness are also important aspects of achieving happiness. By focusing on the present moment and being grateful for the things we have, we can cultivate a positive outlook on life. Research has shown that individuals who regularly practice gratitude and mindfulness are generally happier and more resilient in the face of challenges.Lastly, it is important to remember that happiness is not a destination, but a journey. It is about embracing the ups and downs of life, and finding meaning and fulfillment in every experience. It is about being resilient in the face of adversity, and learning to appreciate the beauty of life in all its forms. In conclusion, happiness is a complex and multifaceted concept, but it is ultimately within our reach. By cultivating a positive mindset, nurturing meaningful relationships, pursuing our passions, practicing gratitude and mindfulness, and embracing the journey of life, we can all strive towards a more fulfilling and happy existence. Thank you.。

happiness演讲稿4篇*目录happiness演讲稿经典英语演讲稿:Money and Happiness 英语演讲稿 the way to happinessThe Road to Happiness英语演讲稿The Road to HappinessIt is a commonplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. But I think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, except in rare and heroic cases, be incompatible with happiness. If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certainthings in common. The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and findspleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.[经典英语演讲稿:Money and Happiness]happiness演讲稿(2)| what is happiness? if someone has a lot of money, does he really be happy? the two questions point out the relation about money and happiness. today, people treat money the first place in their life, they work hard for making money, because without money, one can’t do a lot of things, indeed, we need money. when people get married, the first thing they do is to get enough money to buy a house, money seems everything. while on my opinion, money can’tbuy happiness, i see some guys who are not rich, but they live in a free way, they move everywhere they want, they feel happy. so happiness is from someone’s heart, it is nothing to do with money.
