亚马逊图片要求:
l 单边像素至少1000,具有缩放功能,买家能放大图片查看 局部细节;
l 图片的横向跟纵向比例为1:1.3时,能在亚马逊网站达到最佳 的视觉效果;
l 亚马逊开放的制造+卖家,在开通A+页面时,同时有文字的产品 描述页;
l 手机APP端搜索进入的一级页面,展示的产品描述内容的字符为 200个左右,也就是产品描述的前200个字符是比较重要的;

在亚马逊正常销售产品的评论星数是4.3,低于4.3的评分,产品转化率 将会直线下降(也需要考虑整个竞争市场的评论星数),而如果你星数达 到4.8,转化率又会直线上升; 对新产品,在评论基数太小的前提下,买家差评会起形成致命打击, 如果不能迅速拿到好评,listing将很快一蹶不振,一个差评的负面影响 在前期超过五个好评的正面效果;

通过点击edit可以进入产品信息修改页面来调整一切相关的产品信息,也可以通过edit旁边的下拉菜单来进行其他操作(关闭产品、补充库存等)。
- 如图所示,每个上传的产品需要创建两个SKU,一个为卖家自己发货(fulfilled by merchant)的SKU,一个为亚马逊仓库代发货(fulfilled by amazon –即卖家将货物提前发到亚马逊仓库,卖出时由亚马逊仓储自动负责打包发货的服务)- SKU的区分方法是创建SKU时为亚马逊仓库代发货(FBA)的SKU加上“FBA-“的前缀(如图)FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) 库存管理在后台inventory下拉列表中点击Manage FBA Inventory在这里可以看到每个产品在亚马逊仓库的库存情况,包括运输途中的库存、可用的库存、不可用的库存(一般是损坏的或客人退货的)和保留库存(待发货、待入库)。

第二部分:FBA入库产品包装要求简介1、每件商品外包装上都要贴好FNSKU条形码,清晰可扫描。
2、移除或覆盖包含多件商品的纸箱外侧的可扫描条形码,仅纸箱内的单件商品可具有可扫描条形码。
3、成套产品必须标明不可拆分;盒装商品封闭保证不会自动打开盒盖,包装盒施压不会坍塌,若无法保证包装必须用塑料袋包装好。
4、塑料袋包装商品需有窒息警告(开口不小于5英寸的塑料袋)。
举例:“警告:为避免窒息危险,请避免婴儿和儿童接触此塑料袋。
请勿在婴儿车、床、手推车或婴儿护栏中使用此塑料袋。
此塑料袋不是玩具。
”塑料袋要求:透明/可扫条形码/厚度至少1.5毫米/彻底密封/塑料袋或收缩包装纸不得伸出商品尺寸8cm以上5、存在有效期商品必须在大箱上标注有效期,并须在单件商品上包含有效期(仅印刷批号是不够的)。
6、亚马逊不接受营销材料(如预先确定价格的标签、小册子、商品价格标签或其他非亚马逊标签)。
7、包装商品时,必须使用刀片被覆盖的安全刀。
这有助于避免刀片等锋利物品意外落在箱子内,进而对亚马逊员工或亚马逊买家造成潜在的伤害。
第三部分:FBA入库货件包装要求简介一、纸箱包装:(一)纸箱尺寸:纸箱的任意一边尺寸不得超过63.5cm, 除非单件销售的商品尺寸本来就超过63.5cm。

A-Z投诉出现的原因有几种:1.产品质量与描述不符;2.客户要求退款,卖家不予受理;3. 买家为了引起卖家注意;4. 买卖双方商议不和等原因。 卖家必须努力避免A-Z投诉的发生,需要注意以下几点: 1. 卖家质量要与描述相符,发货速度快,物流速度快,不可超过预期送达日;2. 如果是产品质量问题,卖家需要先 选择跟客户协商,选择补发或者部分退款,如果卖家不同意,卖家必须全额退款,否则亚马逊处理时会扣处理费。3. 针对只是为了引起卖家注意的不良买家,卖家需要提供证据向亚马逊提出申诉,撤销A-Z投诉。
